Very comfortable and cozy with everything you need to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. There are several wonderful walks close by and the area is stunning.

Great location just outside of grasmere - always a plus if you can set off on your walk from the doorstep

We had the most amazing time. The apartment was fantastic, well equipped. The pool was lovely and a massive hit with my 8 year old. We had lovely meals at the on site restaurant and the staff were lovely. The grounds of whitbarrow are honestly lovely. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Great location for activities, we visited Rookin Activity Centre and did horse riding and quad biking, which was great. We will be back

Such a gorgeous stay at Jerrys place! We loved the location - easy access to lots of the Lake District. Decorated lovely and a home away from home feel. Staff on site were lovely, and Jerry was really helpful with any questions we had - responded quickly. Thanks for a lovely stay! We’ll be back!

Fantastic property, amazing facilities and very close to local amenities. David responded very quickly to any queries and was very helpful.

We enjoyed our visit. The accommodation has been very well renovated to a high standard. Although we didn’t do them, there appeared to be a lot of nice walks on your doorstep. There were lots of walkers and cyclists around. Keswick is a lovely place to visit and it’s only a 10 mins walk from here.

We stayed with family for my Birthday. Was a perfect location as 2 minute walk into Ambleside town centre, yet the house is set back so still peaceful. Beautiful house and views from the front of the house. Hot tub was a lovely added bonus.

Fantastic place, beautiful location, everything we needed available for a great weekend stay

We stayed at Weavers Cottage for a long weekend at the end of March. Clear instructions on how to find and get in the cottage, it had everything we needed - beautiful views from every window. We tried the local pub, The Brothers Inn, need to book for an evening meal as they get very busy. Lovely stay at Weavers Cottage, would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was even better than described—so cosy and well-equipped. The jacuzzi was just amazing, with a beautiful view that made it extra special. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic weekend stay......the flat is accurately described and shown in the photos. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked. Comfy beds, crisp linen and fluffy towels. We ate in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Log burner very welcome as it was typical February weather in the Lakes! Pub at Hill Top very cosy and welcoming. Queen's Head at Hawshead too. We booked Luan’s place for a girls’ family weekend to celebrate a 30th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our goal was to relax, enjoy quality time together, and soak in the beautiful surroundings—and we did just that. From the moment we arrived, Luan went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was incredibly helpful and even set up a warm, thoughtful welcome, complete with 30 balloons, banners, a pre-warmed hot tub, and an extra special touch that made the occasion even more memorable. It was such a lovely surprise and appreciated by all of us. The home itself was fantastic—the views were breathtaking, the beds were comfortable, and the lounge/dining area was ideal for socializing. It was exactly the kind of getaway we had hoped for. A huge thank you to Luan for making our weekend so special. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this place!

This was our second visit to Julie’s place and so we already knew we were getting a great apartment in a wonderful part of the Lake District. There are stunning views of Ullswater, the place is very well-equipped, comfortable and the bedrooms (both en suite) are another touch of luxury! Julie is so helpful and answered all our queries promptly including giving us ideas for local places to go and being a friendly voice at the same time. Thank you Julie for another perfect stay.

Really good value for money, great stay in a well equipped property, in a beautiful place, excellent base for exploring the lakes. And a minor issue quickly resolved by our hosts.

Luxury apartment with a view to match, overlooking Ambleside pier, the lake and mountains. Exquisite! Full use kitchen. Chaisse overlooking the lake is the perfect spot! Comfortable seating in front of large screen TV. Can't wait to come back!

This was our 2nd stay at Paul's place. Its a lovely peaceful apartment, immaculately presented and just a short walk to the town center. Paul's communication was spot on and the bread, milk and little birthday cake were appreciated. I have already recommended Paul's placd to family members.

Stayed here whilst attending a wedding. The apartment was beautifully furnished, had everything you could need and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Close to town, clean and large bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfy mattresses. For common space it's good to be able to use one of the rooms.
