The location was convenient, and Anne and the Pass The Keys team were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free experience. We had a lovely time in Oakham, the apartment was as described/pictured and super relaxing. Also close by to Rutland Water which we wanted to explore. Veronica was a great host answering any queries we had promptly and providing smooth & timely check in guidance. Would definitely stay in the Oak Tree Annexe again.

The entire house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, it was well equipped and the kitchen had everything we could need. Fiona even took the trouble to have milk there so we could give our toddler a bedtime drink as we arrived late. When I couldn't work the heating she was there to help. I think this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and if we are ever visiting Peterborough again we would definitely stay again.

It’s the perfect alternative to staying at a hotel—offering much more space and a homey atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Living in the USA I visit family here every year, this time we planned to stay for an extended period of over three weeks. So we wanted a spacious house, in a good location to the train station and central Cambridge, with dedicated parking, and this home matched and delivered on those needs. The house was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The train station is an 8 minute walk; central Cambridge 20-30 minutes. There is no on-street parking for non-residents so the driveway parking spot was important to have. Some initial problems (mostly by me not reading the home guide fully) were quickly sorted out; I was very pleased with this and would use this host again. We had a birthday party and the place was perfect for 18 of us, adults and kids. Only issue for us was the lack of a dryer as stayed here for so long during the winter and fully drying clothes was a bit of a chore. Otherwise completely satisfied!

Our group of 16 ladies stayed at Luke's and it was perfect! It had everything we needed to fit/seat/cook/sleep us all comfortably, with beautiful surroundings and the added bonus of a gorgeous hot tub overlooking the fields. Luke was great at answering questions we had in the lead up to our stay and was fast to reply. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you Luke!

We had a lovely stay at Claire's property. The property was as described. It was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well stocked (plenty of crockery, glasses and cookware).

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

Perfect little Gem for a quiet couple of days away. Maggie was very responsive to all our requests. Apartment was spotlessly clean and everything you needed... home from home ! Lovely little touches like fresh milk and biscuits. Lovely village and so close to Rutland Water so enjoyed a good few walks. We will be back !

House very clean and spacious, would book again

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Mark and his family, who were extremely kind and welcoming! Although there were a few minor issues in the flat during my visit, they were addressed promptly once communicated. The location is excellent—conveniently close to both the city center and the train station, making trips to London very easy. Additionally, the neighborhood itself is lovely, with several markets within easy walking distance. Recommended!

had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend away. opened the door on the saturday morning to a view of a rainbow stretching over the fields. place was very clean and well looked after. short drive into Bedford for a walk around the shops and the local museum and gallery. will be booking in again asap!

Kams place is one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at. It looks incredible in the pictures and it's even better in person. There's a reason it was ranked as a top 5 airbnb in england. He is also a very thoughtful guy, from writing us a personal message when we arrived to the fact that he allowed us to mail some football tickets to his home and gave us his mail key to check if they came in. If you're coming to Leicester and you don't book Kams home, you're missing out. Thanks again for an absolutely perfect stay.

This was our second great stay at Amanda's property and we will definitely be back again. The place is just what we require when visiting family in the area - peaceful, with lovely walks nearby and close enough to shops and other amenities. Lots of lovely extra touches in the bathroom and kitchen- the milk in the fridge is especially welcome, thank you!

Absolutely would recommend this place. Extras in welcome package meant I did not have to shop immediately. Large shops nearby. Within walking distance to town centre. Beautiful scenery just outside flat. Always replied promptly to messages.

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

We had a very comfortable stay at Ann and John's place. Ann and John were very kind and helpful and had stocked the fridge with milk, butter, and eggs. There was also fresh bread with jam and cereals available for breakfast. This was very thoughtful of them, and convenient for us. I highly recommend Ann and John's place if you are planning to stay near Cambridge.
