Great stay no complaints.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

Amazing little comfortable place, Michelle was very approachable and was very polite, even offered to top up the milk in the morning. This place is spotless and has a drive so perfect for what I needed. Will be back for when work is in the area again. Thanks Michelle

This place was great value for money, right in the centre of town so it was easy to get everywhere. I had to contact the host about to door and he was quick to respond and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable stay, will definately return when in the area.

We loved our stay at Leonard’s cottage. He gave accurate directions as it really is in the middle of no where! The cottage had everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and basic cooking items. My only criticism, as others have mentioned, is the water pressure in the showers wasn’t great, but otherwise we had a great visit.

Very lucky to have found this gem of a property at short notice. Moving house with a young baby and needed a bridging home so to speak - for a week. The host is very responsive to all communications, very very helpful and accommodating to small changes and the property itself is excellent. Really same and cosy, they had a Christmas tree set up with the lights on. Felt right at home straight away. Highly highly recommend . Thank you

My friends and I had a fantastic weekend staycation at the farmhouse for our friends 30th - the perfect place for a celebration! The farmhouse and cottage are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed with art and decor and with all the amenities you could possibly want in one place, including a gym, games room and hot tub. Quiet and nestled away with tonnes of land yet super close to supermarkets etc. Julian & Bruna (and the dogs!) are lovely hosts. They were there to greet us and give us a tour and were available on the property or via mobile any time we needed them (which wasn’t much, but good to know), plus had no complaints about us playing music the Saturday night which was brilliant for the purpose of us having a celebration. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay, thank you so much!
