This house was easily one of the best airbnb houses I have ever stayed in. Mark was helpful, communicated with ease and the you tube videos of all possible 'tricky' points preempted any questions we might have had. The house was so well equipped that we wanted for nothing whilst we were there, plenty of space and beautifully clean. I would and will happily book this house again without hesitation.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Such a unique place in a picturesque rural setting, a piece of Japanese heaven in the middle of Hampshire area. Located close to Winchester, it is ideally situated for country walks and pursuits. The property is peaceful and private, the mill is stunning build over a river, such a stunning romantic oasis. Good for the soul if you want to recharge your battery in a beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The host's attention to details is impressive and everything looked and felt authentic, including the vintage Japanese screens and all furniture and decorations. I would highly recommend if you want to disconnect from everyday life and recharge! I'm planning to come back!!

Me and my partner went away for a couple of nights and wanted to extend our visit somewhere and luck would have it we found the cute cottage! We felt so comfortable and at home here! The hosts were fantastic and welcoming! The views were beautiful and surroundings were stunning! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Newly furnished & very clean place, Highly recommend to anyone looking for rooms nearby. Honestly everything was top class.

We had a lovely stay here. The house is pristine and very comfortable. Great welcome package on arrival. Great communication with Alison who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Would love to come again. Thanks for having us!

Terraced cottage 10 minutes walk t the centre of Windsor, 2 minutes walk to the river. Walk into town was via the river path or park area, easy and pleasant. House had all the amenitities we needed we felt very comfortable. Andrew gave helpful directions, restaurant and other local ideas and was very approachable if needed.

The warmer weather made for an even more pleasant stay being able to make use of lovely garden. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for entertaining and socialising. Great layout. All other aspects spot on too.
