River Medway : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Shirley is a lovely and gentle lady. I came to London to settle down and have been staying here for about a month while looking for my next rental. I feel at home with her, especially when we watch TV during dinner time. Haha.

The house was all we needed, the beds were ok, mattress needs an upgrade. Ammenities were really nice and clean. We asked for a fan in the rooms as it was pretty humid, Freddie was more than obliging and when we got Home from a day at the cricket we were greeted by 2 fans for us, very happy. The kitchen and its ammenities were great and all in perfect condition. We were really happy with both Freddie and the property. We will be back.

Jo and Peter were superb hosts, friendly, informative with a delightful continental type breakfast too, we never felt rushed and they were very unassuming with their flexibility. We would definitely recommend a stay with them and intend ourselves to stay again.

Excellent séjour chez Babs. Il y a tout pour passer un très bon voyage. Babs est tres sympa et très serviable et la chambre qui se situe dans sa belle maison est parfaite. Je recommande fortement.

Orsolya’s home was perfect for our stay in Hove. Three families for a weekend overnight stay. It is very homely and comfortable. We took advantage of the proximity to the sea for a quick swim, followed by warming up in the sauna! The host was excellent at communicating and was very responsive. Thank you so much for having us!

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

The host was very nice, we had a great time! There’s a fried chicken place nearby that’s cheap and good too. Everything is well prepared and is very clean when we checked in. The location is walkable to both the train station and bus station.

We had a lovely couple of days, Linda was there to greet us when we arrived and answered our questions about the area and where things were. The room was clean and more than adequate for our needs. The breakfast items supplied made it really easy in the mornings and the flapjacks on our arrival were delicious with a cup of tea. It is in a quiet area but a short walk from the beach and shops. If we were in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Lovely space to spend a couple of days. Very countryside. June was a warm and helpful Host.

We stayed at the View for the weekend to celebrate my partners birthday and as a first holiday with our 5 month old puppy, Peaches. We had a lovely time, the house and grounds were stunning and so peaceful. We went for beautiful walks and bike ride and will recommend to anyone

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Sian's place was great value for money, in a v central and convenient location, and was spotless when we arrived. We felt very comfortable there. Check-in was easy and Sian was very prompt in responding to us. It's worth knowing if you're travelling with a baby/child that there isn't a door to shut between the bedroom and living space (which I imagine wouldn't affect anyone without a child!). But it was still a five star stay for us and we'd love to return to Whitstable and the place again.

Fantastic location so close to the beach and pier. A really cosy and interesting flat which was lovely to come back to after a day exploring Brighton. We parked on Madeira Drive for the weekend which wasn’t very expensive and was close by. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely stay at the costal Cabin. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. A lovely little find.

Very convenient location with lovely views of the sea from front of property. Easy to park on road - no restrictions. Property very well equipped and host left a range of edibles from fresh milk, orange juice, bread, butter, fruit etc for our use. Beds very comfortable with very clean linen/bedding. Garden area looked great. In the summer, I imagine, a great spot to relax. It was expensive to stay but this seems the norm now and 100x better than a hotel. Would return at a warmer time of the year next time to enjoy the garden and nearby Lido and beach.

영국에 간다면 반드시 영국사람들의 집에 머물고 싶다는 막연한 생각을 현실로 만들어준 아름다운 데보라의 집이였습니다. 정말 사진처럼 예쁜집이였고, 예쁜 집 만큼이나 데보라와 두마리 강아지는 너무도 친절하였습니다. 마침 생일은 맞이하였는데 직접 쓴 카드와 선물을 주었습니다. 우리가 어디에 가고, 무엇을 먹을꺼라고 얘기하면 어떻게 가는지, 또 어떤 소스를 선택해서 주문할지도 알려주었습니다. 다시 런던에 가도 또 데보라의 집으로 갈꺼에요.. 데보라~ 3년후에 또 만나요~~

We had a great stay. Lovely place, both the space itself - very cosy and comfortable - and the garden and surrounding area: beautiful, green, and tranquil. Carol and Guy are great hosts, very kind and accomodating, and communicate well. Highly recommended!

Superb accommodation and excellent hosts! We had a fabulous stay at Delaford Stables. The converted stable was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and in a lovely peaceful location. Jonathan and his wife were super helpful and friendly plus recommended places to visit and eat. The complementary Prosecco on arrival and tasty breakfast next morning was delicious and so thoughtful. We loved our stay and will definitely be re-visiting. Thank you

Excellent accommodation. The room is decorated to a top spec, well presented & has everything you need. Vivian is a great host, welcoming, friendly & helpful. With the added bonus of a breakfast it really is very good value for money. I would happily stay again & recommend.

Lyn & Gavin were wonderful hosts! Their home was welcoming and beautiful. Both creatives, their space reflects this with great art, decor and personal touches throughout. I stayed in the Garden room, which was set back from the others, which allowed for extra privacy and peacefulness. I slept like a baby. My room was just down the hall from the bathroom, which was well equipped with many amenities and always spotless. Gavin’s sourdough was delicious! I enjoyed it with butter & soft boiled eggs some days and Nutella & bananas on others. The breakfast spread was superb. I’m glad I was able to start my days with a hearty meal before bopping around London. Lyn was so kind to let me borrow her jacket for a chilly day and recommended a spot where I could pick up a quick sweater. All in all — a lovely stay and I’d definitely choose their place again.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cette chambre propre et fonctionnelle, idéale pour un court séjour. L'accueil était chaleureux, et Mara est bienveillante et attentionnée Seul petit bémol : l’emplacement un peu éloigné du centre de Londres, nécessitant environ une heure de trajet en voiture. Mais pour ceux qui recherchent le calme après une journée en ville, c'est un bon choix

Jill was a fantastic host, so friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was super cosy and spotless and the house was lovely and full of charm. We didn’t manage to explore the immediate surroundings but it was very beautiful on our way to Brighton. Thanks Again Ben

Me and my friend stayed over at Rachel’s and Morgan’s over the Brighton marathon weekend and absolutely loved our stay! The room was as described, clean and very welcoming, also the beds and duvets were so comfortable! Felt like being at home! Also the communication was easy, prompt replies and very helpful and flexible. Even though the house was a bit of a way from city centre, it was very easy to get there by bus and if you have time to walk it’s definitely nothing too crazy, around 30min depending how fast you walk. I would definitely book the room again! Also it was nice to see a bit of different part of Brighton which you wouldn’t normally go if staying in a hotel. Thank you Rachel and Morgan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
