Stayed here one night , Josh was outstanding in communication very helpful with Information at what was a stressful time for us as attending a funeral . The house was spacious and welcoming .

Our stay was idyllic! the house is perfect, modern and homely feel. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. The views are stunning. The house is right on the beach so a great location. Local amenities was great, 2 minute walk to the local convenience and restaurants. We will definately rebook, thats a 1st for us, definately recommend this stay.

Emily was a very welcoming host and was responsive through out. Pool area is kind of a common shared area (between host's house and the airbnb house ). Although the airbnb's house had a designated private deck area for the guests. The host never used the pool area at the same time while we were using, so it was exclusively for us to use. I would surely come back again. Me and friends enjoyed our stay.

L'estada ha anat molt bé, hem gaudit de la ciutat de Londres durant el cap d'any. Quan vam arribar a la casa l'accés va ser fàcil i teniem fruita, pa, llet i ous per poder menjar alguna cosa. La Marina sempre ens va contetsar els missatges ràpid i no vam tenir cap problema. Aspectes a millorar: - La neteja, hi havia pols i coses per sota els llits. - Els llits de matrimoni són correctes i còmodes però hi ha prou espai a les habitacions com per posar llits de matrimoni més grans. - L'escala interior de la casa és bastant dreta i els esglaons són petits. S'ha de pujar i baixar vigilant molt de no caure. Pel que fa a la ubicació de la casa és en una zona tranquilla, i tal i com diu l'anunci hi ha a prop parada de bus però l'estació de metro és una mica més lluny (uns 20 minuts caminant). Es pot fer bé.

Had an amazing stay here for my 30th birthday with six friends. The property boasts picturesque views, and though we only stayed for one night, everyone wished it had been longer. The rooms were spacious, and the house had a warm, homely feel—the perfect country escape. On the morning of checkout, we enjoyed a peaceful walk along the walking trail which was a lovely way to end our stay. A small note—If booking a later checkout, I’d recommend confirming with the host on the day to ensure everything is properly noted, as there was some miscommunication in my case, but it was quickly addressed. All in all, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the stay! Sarah and Reuben are fantastic, professional hosts; Sarah was swift and helpful with responses on any queries we had during our stay, and Reuben helpfully prepared some extra firewood for the pizza oven, as the logs we had were on the larger side. Everywhere was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfectly private and idyllic, with supermarkets only a 10 minute drive away. Of course, no review would be complete without mentioning the amazing hot tub - a wonderful, relaxing experience! We would highly recommend staying at their lovely property!

Sarah was an Amazing host and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful house. Sarah's home was stunning and was so lovely to be near a wonderful big park.

We had a lovely stay at Barbara's place, tucked away in the Sussex countryside. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed - the hot tub was a real bonus and meant we could enjoy the outside space, despite the weather not being on our side! The place was easy to find, communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy getaway ✨

Exactly what we needed in a great area for local event we attended. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Speaker in the ceiling is a great feature. Caroline was very responsive and helpful, with clear concise instructions. Can’t fault it :)

Overlooking the sea whatever the weather, never failed to lift our spirits. We were lucky to have lots of sunshine and moonshine - both glorious in the apartment. The heating worked great. We felt spoilt and grand. The coffee, eggs, bread and butter was a lovely start to each day. The bed linen was crisp, the beds are massive. The bathroom is STUNNING! Top stay.

I loved this little space. I'd taken myself away for a couple of nights me time and meeting old friends. Zoe was great, she let me use the driveway but the road looked to have good parking. The space was quirky and fun it even comes with a record player and a great selection of records. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Zoe.

It was a great place in a great location. We stayed a week, so having a kitchen with some of the basics (salt/pepper/sugar) was a huge plus. It is on a walking street, so from the sitting room/living room you can hear people outside and know you are staying in a fun vibrant neighborhood, but the bedroom is on the other side of the building and was very quiet, so definitely a win-win. We were there in January, so didn’t use the roof deck, but the light from the skylight door outside was a welcome benefit and I’d love to go back in the warmer months and enjoy time outside!! We were 2 people, so the space for a week was fine, but if you did have 4 staying, I would think a weekend would be the max you could do. Hosts were helpful and responsive when we had a question. You’ll likely do so much walking in London that it won’t be a big deal, just know it is a 3rd floor walk-up.

Fijn appartement in rustige straat, maar in een buurt met allerlei voorzieningen (supermarkten, restaurants, veel buslijnen). Het bed in de slaapkamer sliep als een droom! Ezekiel en Henry waren heel attent, er was een uitgebreid pakket met lekkers van wijn tot koekjes en van croissants tot jus d'orange. Ze hadden zelfs na een vraag van ons een koffiezetapparaat geregeld en heel proactief een kacheltje voor in de andere kamer omdat er iets aan de leiding moest gebeuren. Voor de meeste bestemmingen die wij bezochten (Hyde Park, Regent Street, West End) moet je ongeveer 45 minuten reistijd rekenen maar dat is in de dubbeldekkerbussen een beleving op zich. Het appartement is niet heel groot, maar voor ons gezin met twee kinderen zeker voldoende. Ik zou het aanbevelen aan vrienden.

I was down in Hackney for work and had the loveliest stay at Alice’s home. It is such a peaceful area of London with lots of great food places around and easy links into central. Alice’s home is bright and beautifully decorated - it really felt like a “home away from home”. I was blessed with fantastic weather on my trip, so it was great to spend evenings in the garden eating dinner after work. Alice was super helpful and responsive with any of my questions and I will 100% be back here for any future work trips in London. Thank you :)

A lovely stay at the costal Cabin. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. A lovely little find.

We had a wonderful stay at Renata‘s home. The house is very beautiful, comfy and we felt at home. Really comfy beds and a great terrace. The location was perfect for us, close to Broadway Market, Columbia Road and a lot of pubs and cafes. Renata was a super friendly and helpful host! We highly recommend staying at her home. I’ve been wanting to stay somewhere like this, a much-needed getaway to relax in nature, with a big window and a scenic view, and I found the perfect spot. Stayed for two nights and honestly didn’t want to return back to reality. It did get a bit cold at night, but starting my own fire in the fireplace was such a fun experience, and it didn’t take long to warm up the cabin. The host was super helpful and stayed in contact with quick replies. I took my pet rabbit, and she enjoyed herself too! Definitely looking forward to checking out the other cabins in different locations. Highly recommend!

Our stay was short and sweet, but how absolutely lovely it was! Thank you Alyson for being so attentive to us and responding so quickly. The forest den was easy to find thanks to Alyson’s instructions and it spotless when we arrived. Being greeted by the doggies was the highlight of my day! We stayed one night and the space was perfect for us. The local woodland was perfect for a walk to celebrate the start of spring. The surrounding area was so quiet and peaceful, it was exactly what we needed and expected. I recommend it to anyone who needs to take a break and recharge!

Lovely stay, Christopher was a fabulous host

Nice chalet in a nice location, and convenient for a wedding we were attending in nearby Benenden. Clean, warm and good value for us because the two bedrooms and fact that we could self cater our breakfast made it all up less expensive compared to two rooms in a hotel/pub/guesthouse. Our friends booked the other two chalets which was lovely as we were 3 families together and we enjoyed seeing the horses as we took our morning coffee.
