We had a lovely stay, we will definitely return! Communication was great and the views are amazing. It was very clean and there are comfy beds.

We loved Julie’s place! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Fort Augustus and a great base from which to explore the Highlands. The house is beautiful, incredibly comfortable and very spacious for the 6 of us. Julie provided a great welcome with treats and even crackers ready for our Christmas meal. The kitchen is very well equipped. Nice garden and plenty of space for parking. Very highly recommended, would love to come back.

This property and the grounds and area surrounding it are stunning. Warm, incredibly clean, beautiful, peaceful, with every amenity you could possibly need or wish for to create beautiful memories. Susan and her family have built something incredibly special and we felt privileged to have experienced something that has love and thoughtfulness pouring from every inch of the property. Susan is a wonderful host, kind and caring, helpful in every moment and accommodating. She responded immediately and kindly let us have an earlier check-in and late check-out when we enquired. Lorna the housekeeper is a wonderful human being who is helpful and keeps the property beautifully to a high, high level. Stop reading this and book this property immediately. You won't regret it.

We had a great 3-generations-family-gettogether at Zippity-do-da House. Plenty of space in the house, everything you need was there and spectacular views (we were very lucky with the weather!). Teenagers LOVED the den down stairs, great for chilling out with a movie after the day's hillwalk. George was super helpful, would definitely recommend ZDD House!

Drummond Lodge is a great place. Very spacious and elegant. We had a welcome package, great wildlife, plenty of ground for walks. Furniture are quite comfortable, rooms are spacious, and all amenities are new and in perfect condition. Bill and Dawn (Owners) were very friendly, and their dogs too (Toby and Ruby). We had a great time at Drummond Lodge and the kids loved our stay. We will definitely be back.

Heerlijk plekje en mooie omgeving. Het was lastig om aan de sleutel van het huisje te komen, maar daarna was alles perfect. We hebben zelfs een rondleiding gekregen. Zwembad en gym. Restaurant op het terrein.

Me and my parents booked this place for a night on the way to isle of skye and had the most amazing experience. The airbnb itself was way bigger than expected and was extremely clean. And then the grounds around it were even nicer. I was initially drawn in by the pool but we ended up spending the whole night in the billiard room that’s in the old refractory. The staff at the club is super nice and gives you a tour explaining all the history of the place while showing you to the room. Fort Augustus is also a really cute town to explore. overall the best place I’ve stayed so far in Scotland!!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Perfect location right on Loch Ness with plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to keep the kids entertained. Highly recommend!!

Angela's place in Findhorn is simply beautiful and we had everything we needed from the amazing location, to the accommodation itself being exactly as advertised to the way the apartment is decorated and furnished. Angela made everything very easy for us; it is true, she does reply within 1 hour and we felt so welcome when we arrived. The fire was lit, there was prosecco chilling and the lamps we already on. The bay in Findhorn is stunning and the apartment is right on the sea front. It's a short walk to the sandy part of the bay to see the seals and there is a lovely pub, The Kimberley, no more than 100 metres up the road. Everything was wonderful. I would highly recommend Angela's place and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Findhorn. Thank you again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose's place. Fabulous place, cosy and great location. I loved star watching from the skylight in the bedroom! Lovely finishing touches of decor, fab kitchen, extremely comfy bed and very warm apartment despite the thick snow and minus temperatures outside. Will return again in the future if we can. Definitely recommend 100%

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der alten Abtei sehr geliebt - wir haben uns ein bisschen gefühlt wie Harry Potter in Hogwarts. Die Wohnung war sauber, gute ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Die Außenanlage der Abtei ist ein Traum und der Pool ganz wunderbar!

The Boat House was amazing we had a wonderful week with our family so peaceful and relaxing beautiful walks and the babbling brook at the side of the property was something else the weather was very kind to us sunny and warm for mid October I would say is good.

Lovely family cottage in beautiful surroundings! Well equipped, comfortable and cosy cottage within the stunning grounds of St Benedict’s abbey. Having the facilities such as the swimming pool, gym and play park for the children was a real bonus. Lovely dog walks nearby and very close to lots of different cafes, restaurants and easy access to walk along the Caledonian canal.

Felt sad this morning when it was time to leave 😢. Beautiful cottage, old fashioned in a very good way. Very friendly hosts and lovely to meet Andrew. Parked our car on arrival and did not move it until time to leave after 5 nights, usually we are off out every day but the traffic through the canal is fascinating and you soon feel that you don’t want to miss anything going through, also enjoyed local walks. Plenty of local eateries, try the homemade scones at Ripples. Already wondering when we can return.

We cannot praise this cottage and our stay organised by Gigina highly enough. 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (is that possible?) All communication was swift and helpful, the cottage is charming and in stunning location with amazing farm and canal views. We woke up to deer 🦌 strolling through the garden. There is lots to do near by and the cottage manual gives heaps of ideas and guidance. The cottage is clean and well presented with lovely touches such as the animal art work and the thoughtful supply of kindling and wood for the wood burner and hot tub. It’s the perfect base to explore Inverness, Loch Ness and the Highlands of Scotland. One tip is that the hot tub takes quite a while to heat up as it’s an eco-tub heated by a wood burner - hence it requires focus and attention to get the water up to the right heat. Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub in Errogie verbracht. Das Haus, die Umgebung alles ist wunderbar. Izzy und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns gleich willkommen geheißen und wohlgefühlt. Dass Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und es fehlt an nichts. Izzy macht einen fantastischen Job und ist die gute Fee des Hauses. Die Rehe stehen vor dem Küchenfenster, so etwas findet man nicht überall. Es war unsere erste Erfahrung mit Airbnb und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Vielen lieben Dank an Edgar und Rosi, dass ihr euer Haus mit allen teilt und wir uns in die Highlands und Schottland verlieben konnten. Wir empfehlen Euch definitiv weiter und kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Bis hoffentlich bald :)

Lovely, spacious and spotless house, exceedingly well-equipped and very comfortable. Responsive hosts. Handy location in Newtonmore. There's a £150 security deposit outside of Airbnb, which is mentioned in the House Rules of the description. Having spoken with our hosts, I can understand why they ask for it. It was returned promptly. Highly recommend this if you're after a generously sized, comfortable house in the Cairngorms.

This was our second visit to February Cottage and we had a wonderful time. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring the highlands, with plenty to do either within a short walk in Kincraig or a short drive to Glenmore and lots of nearby attractions. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Allison is very helpful and responsive host. We look forward to returning again soon.
