A perfect getaway as a couple on our first holiday! Daisy’s den is definitely the most private of all the cabins as it’s on the end. The cabin is exactly as described and we would highly recommend it to anyone. There is an absolutely incredible Italian restaurant just down the road called Da Luigi Bistro, one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten so would highly reccomend this as well. The bed was very comfy and we felt very safe and secure.

I loved my stay at the bolt hole! Set in a very peaceful location, great for relaxing after a day walking on the nearby beautiful coastal path and beaches. It was very cozy as well with the log burner keeping you warm in the evening. The outside toile hut was a great addition as well.

The second time I have stayed at Richard’s beautiful hut. Such a peaceful location and lots of lovely places to visit nearby. The hut is well thought out and comfortable. Secure garden for my dog and fantastic hot tub!

I had a wonderful stay at the Shepard’s Hut. It was the perfect place to stay whilst working in Cheltenham for a few days. It was quiet and cosy and Rosalind was a friendly and helpful host. I look forward to staying again in the future!

Absolutely amazing, peaceful & tranquil hut. It has everything you need, including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and everything pan and you utensils you can think of. The compostable toilet is amazing, I was worried it would smell, but it doesn’t smell at all, the shower was really powerful and really hot water! The mattress was so comfy and the duvet was even comfier. The views, the birds, the river, everything makes this stay perfect. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back 🐾♥️ Thank you for having us!

Lovely and. Cosy, clean and peaceful. We had a lovely time . Running late on arrival and host going out at 6:15pm, so this did panic me as I was afraid we would have to sleep in the car all night. Only airbnb I’ve gone to that doesn’t allow a lock box or anytime check in. That aside had a lovely time and the bacon and sausages were a real treat . Thank you

Our stay at Jessica's place was absolutely fantastic! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and the little touches like the welcome basket and soft blankets made us feel truly at home. The surrounding views were stunning, and waking up to the peaceful countryside was a dream. We loved the attention to detail in the decor, from the charming framed pictures to the warm lighting. Jessica was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations for local spots. We highly recommend this to anyone.

I had a lovely few nights at Franks place, great hosts. A cosy shepherds hut with all the amenities you need readily accessible in a peaceful location. I had a lovely time looking at the stars from the deck outside with the fire going to keep warm. Breakfast was amazing, croissant with jams, fruit and yoghurt bought to the hut, with everything you needed to make a tea or coffee already there. Would definitely stay again if passing through the area.

Claire was the most amazing host from start to finish, all the beautiful touches in the shepherds hut were just so well designed and thought out, including a lovely bottle of fizz. The hot tub was all lit and ready for us to get in as soon as we arrived., we visited a couple of the local pubs which were absolutely delightful serving beautiful food. I totally recommend the Plough and the Hood inn, both only a couple of minutes away. The location of the Shepherds hut was just perfect far enough out of the way it was so peaceful and quiet but close enough to only be 20 minutes away from the M5. We have recommended this to a few of our friends and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for making the stay so perfect.

We had an amazing time staying in the Shepherds Hut. The hut and views were more amazing than we imagined. Carol was a wonderful host, very friendly and gave us lots of detail and some great recommendations. Would love to return!

We loved staying at this secluded Shepard's hut tucked in the beautiful rolling hills of the Welsh countryside. The hut was easy to find thanks to Manon's great directions and was in the perfect spot to explore the local area with a great disused railway line just out the doorstep of the hut, as well as being close enough to the coast and Aberystwyth. The hut itself was in immaculate condition, with the perfect use of the small space, it felt spacious and was easily liveable in. It was the little touches that Manon had clearly thought about that made it such a great stay, with a well stocked kitchenette and even hooks to put personalised dressing gowns on when in the hot tub. We don't think we've ever sat in a hot tub with such great views! We would recommend Manon's place to all and will definitely be staying again in the future. Thank you Manon!

We absolutely loved staying in the Shepherd’s hut for a sunny spring weekend. Everything was as described and well kitted out. The location is dreamy and loved waking up to the sheep outside our window each morning. We had breakfast in the cafe on site and did a few local walks which were excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to return

Wonderful serene location, absolutely recommend. Just watch out on the tub - it took us over 12 hours to heat when air temp was between 0->10 deg, but it was so worth it.

Janine is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had - the hut was absolutely beautiful and the hamper was so special with personalised touches. We felt right at home! Can’t fault the place, I fully recommend. Watching the stars in the hot tub at night really made it a special experience.

I had a truly lovely stay at this cozy and warm shepherd hut. The welcome breakfast basket was such a delightful surprise—it really set the tone for a wonderful visit. The place itself is peaceful and charming, surrounded by beautiful countryside views, farms, and horses. I loved walking around the area, especially with Lacock village just a 10–15 minute walk away and the stunning Castle Combe only a 20-minute drive. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful—always ready to help and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing countryside escape!

A fabulous peaceful and romantic bolt hole - beautifully furnished, very comfortable. Great welcome hamper, much appreciated. Just the right level of extremely helpful and friendly service and lots of peace and quiet. Having to make the fire (all beautifully pre-laid for us) and keep it going for the hot tub was fun and well worth it when we got in. The robes and slippers are a great touch. Will definitely be back.

Wow wow wow! What a gem! Absolutely adore everything about this hut!! The walk through the lambs field to get to it, the stunning view, cosy fire and incredible outdoor shower all just took our breath away. The space is really thoughtfully put together and there’s everything you need for a really comfortable stay. Amber was such a fab host and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for such a special stay! We will be back :)

The Shepard's hut is a perfect get away in a beautiful area with it own private area. The hosts were fantastic being very welcoming and giving us great ideas for places to visit. You have to visit the bar on site. Definitely would recommend and come back again. we went with two dogs and had space in the hut and there own area to run.

Emma and I really enjoyed our getaway - it was much needed and we loved the Shepherds Hut. Annette is a great host and had lots of recommendations for walks, restaurants etc. Returning to London feeling refreshed!

We had a fantastic stay in the Shepard’s hut. It had absolutely everything we needed. We were given fresh eggs and milk on arrival. The hot tub was so easy to use and warm when we arrived. The bed is really comfortable, everything is well organised. The location is great for walks and accessing Alton towers. There are plenty of lovely pubs close by and there’s lots of information in the Shepard’s hut about local places. We will definitely be staying again. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful surroundings and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. Although we never met Aly she was contactable whenever we would’ve needed. Thank you very much for a lovely stay- 2 nights was not really long enough I could definitely stayed for longer.
