Truly wonderful stay - my parents and daughter travelled from Australia to spend Christmas with me and we decided to go to the Cotswolds (along with my dog). I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Tracey’s home had everything we needed, set amongst a beautiful, tranquil surrounding nestled on the lake. Picturesque views and relaxing surroundings. The house itself is beautifully presented - lots of lovely little touches and thoughtful additions. It was so easy to get around from the house to all different parts of the Cotswolds - perfect place to come back to after a days worth of outings. Nice hot shower and comfy couch and amenities. Restaurants and pubs close by within an easy four to six minute drive - dogs welcome! Thank you for a wonderful stay. It truly made our Christmas.

Had an amazing long weekend here. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for the 7 of this with 4 dogs. The views are outstanding and lovely being able to walk down to the lake. Fresh eggs from the chickens was a lovely bonus and we enjoyed feeding and petting Bonnie. Jane was excellent with communication and more than helpful.

We had a great stay at Nicola’s place. She provided really useful information before we arrived so we could get in easily and felt right at home. The house was unbelievably well equipped, we cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and toys to suit all of our children ranging from 0-8. The cot and toddler bed were set up waiting and had linen which is so helpful! Nicola was very responsive and friendly. The estate has a restaurant on site, but they recommend booking particularly at weekends. There is an amazing outdoor pool, where we spent most of our time. For the indoor pool you need to be bang on time as it gets very busy! A perfect stay for us. Thank you

We had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and much nicer and bigger than the photos in my opinion. The host was really responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a trip with friends or family. Kitchen has more than enough glasses/pots/pans etc which was really helpful when cooking a meal for 6. Lovely space and I will be back :-)

A beautiful, modern lake side house with spacious open plan kitchen and living area with stunning views over the lake. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with birthday treats when we arrived, which were a nice touch. Impeccably clean, and decorated tastefully. Lots to do near by, but it felt secluded enough to enjoy a countryside feel. Thanks for letting us come, we had a great time. James was responsive and helpful when needed.

We had a lovely time! The house is well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. It has a great location in the Cotswolds, near beautiful towns and right by a lake with plenty of wildlife and tranquility. Highly recommended!

Lovely modern apartment attached to the owners centuries old home. Immaculate throughout and in a quiet location on the outskirts of Witney. On this occasion I used as a mid way stop off to travel into Southern England but this would be a great location to explore the Cotswolds and all it has to offer. Highly recommend and I hope I’ll be able to stay again in the future.

Had an excellent 2 night stay in this beautiful place, Grady was a responsive host and had clear instructions. The area was beautiful and it’s in walking distance of all the amenities and everything Barmouth has to offer. This was our second stay at Michelle's place and we found the flat to be as lovely as the first time. The check in instructions were clear and we found the parking spot with no trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We also appreciated the lovely welsh cakes Michelle had left out for us. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Myself and three others had an amazing two-night stay at this apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The space was not only sparkling clean but also beautifully organized and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials yoy need. The cleanliness and comfort made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The location was convenient, the check-in process was really easy, and the host was friendly and responsive on the app. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the high standard of cleanliness. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pristine and comfortable stay!

A lovely home from home, the apartment is furnished well, with everything you could need at hand in the kitchen. Helen and Jonathan were extremely helpful and responsive, wonderful hosts. A very cozy, warm apartment and kept very clean. Ideal location for early morning walk along the beach front or lazy stroll as the sunsets, nice views and plenty of fresh air. Parking for 1 car allocated and right on the door step also handy. If we visit the area again we would look to stay here again.

Excellent flat to stay in with beautiful views from both bedroom and living room. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and plates. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Host gave great instructions on all the processes needed for check-in, finding the place, and general rules.

Geoff was the perfect host and we had everything we needed during the stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-stocked - including with some delicious home-made muesli and biscuits - thank you Geoff! It has all the convenience of being situated next to a really handy retail park whilst also backing onto peaceful greenery and a lovely lake which you overlook from the leafy balcony - this was a really nice surprise! The apartment is modern and well-laid out and feels really safe and secure. We'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

First of all, easy to find our way there due to Anna's clear instructions. Once there it was easy check in and Anna popped over to introduce herself which was lovely. The property was exactly as described, clean, very spacious, fully equipped and so very peaceful. Nothing that could be done to improve on this amazing getaway. Thanks again Anna, look forward to visiting in the future.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning setting. We were very lucky with the weather (for March) and enjoyed an alfresco breakfast over looking the lake. Many thanks 😊

Lovely peaceful cottage with all the amenities you could need. Very relaxing. Sitting out on the balcony with views of the lake was the perfect switch off needed. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. Small gestures like supplying shampoo, hairdryers etc helps the ease of packing. Nice touches with the board games too. Communication with Chris and Alexandra was effective and fast. Very friendly. The estate this is on makes this place suitable for families as well as couples. We used the outdoor pool, tennis courts, football pitch and sat in the resturant for a coffee but the beauty of this place is the cottage is tucked away from it all so if you want to switch off from it all you can. We took a 40 minute walk into Ashton Keynes following the Thames trail. Very easy to find and follow. Thank you Chris and Alexandra. We will be recommending to others.

Definitely worth staying!! It is beautiful, for homebodies like myself, it has some good Movies and games! For more active people, there are beautiful walls and sights!! Perfect for any type of person! Carolyn was amazing, whenever i needed help, she was there! Even if it was just a stupid question! Thank you very much, will definitely come back!!!

We had a great stay at Nantucket Lodge. Not only were there Christmas decorations still up that the grandchildren could enjoy but we arrived to find extra treats of biscuits and chocolates , a bottle of bubbly and basic essentials for breakfast drinks which we appreciated very much. Everything had been carefully thought out in the way of equipment and comfort and the kitchen was a delight. Beautifully furnished throughout with very comfortable beds and wonderful views of the lake. The grandchildren loved looking at the birds through the binoculars. The location is excellent for a local shop in South Cerney, and a restaurant is just a short walk away. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this air B and B.

An absolutely charming, well equipped cottage. As a young family the cottage was perfectly set up for our toddler with everything we could possibly need and more. She particularly loved playing with the toys you had left! Jason is the perfect host. Always super responsive, great recommendations and really thoughtful. Thank you so much for having us.

Had a lovely stay with my family, cottage is very cosy and has everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay. Local walks, cafe and restaurants that were recommended were lovely too. Hosts are great and community very friendly.
