Cosy flat . Close to local amenities but quiet . Directions and communication very good .

We had a lovely week away. Ian was a lovely friendly host. It was the little touches like having prosecco as a welcome for us and being on hand if we needed him. He even invited us for a cup of tea and a blether but he wasn't intrusive during our stay. The flat was lovely across the road from the water and the views were spectacular. There was even a restaurant nearby. The flat was clean and had everything we required for a break away. Would recommend and will definitely consider going again. Thank you Ian.

The photos do not do this place justice, its even better when your inside, the views of the sea are absolutely stunning, the apartment was spotless and very comfortable also private and safe parking, really enjoyed our stay while visiting a friend. Stuart is an impeccable host very responsive to any text messages and requests place was lovely as described very quiet location with beaches both sides out the back of the property with a quick 5 min walk people in the town very friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend if your looking for a stay in Lossiemouth I will certainly be returning

We loved being so close to the sea. We very much enjoyed sitting by the living room window - the view over the bay was stunning and, on one evening, we were even treated to a glorious sunset. Our visit in February meant the beach was quiet and we walked for miles along the sand and through the forest. The flat itself is cosy, compact and comfortable and contained everything we needed. Our host was really helpful too, and we were super grateful for the welcome basket of groceries. We'd gladly stay here again.

Great house for a couple of days away

This was our second time here and as usual Kenneth was very helpful with everything and put extra things in place for our 20 month old son which were greatly appreciated

Andrea and Steven’s home in Culloden is a fantastic base for anyone exploring Inverness and the surrounding areas of Scotland. The location is both safe and incredibly convenient, with a Tesco Extra just a stone’s throw away. Additionally, the property is ideally situated for easy access to major tourist attractions such as Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness, and the stunning Highlands. The home itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and accessibility to Scotland’s most iconic sites, this is it. Highly recommended!

What a lovely and peaceful spot for our Inverness visit. Centrally located, spotless and comfortable.

This was the perfect family holiday location, the house had everything and more than we needed. You could walk to the beach from the house in 2 minutes. The beach was perfect for leisurely toddler strolls and evening runs. We cannot wait to plan our next trip, this home is an absolute gem of a find and we hope to return soon. Amazing house with a beautiful sea view. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The house was clean and pristine and had all the amenities we needed and more. Alistair and Kathy were amazing and communicated with us regularly before the check in and were helpful for any queries we had. They had provided us with a lovely hamper which had wonderful treats and gifts for the kids. The house itself was very spacious and all the rooms were decorated beautifully. We will definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

The flat was warm , comfortable and quiet. It was nicely presented and well equiped. We felt completely at home and got a timely response to any questions. We had a lovely few days away over Christmas and Margaret had made a special effort with seasonal decoration which was much appreciated .

I absolutely loved my stay at sally and Dave’s place and felt so comfortable and at home there. The property was even better than I’d expected and I really hope I can come back again soon. I loved spending my evenings by the wood burning stove, gazing out at the stars from the bedroom window and watching the sun rise over the sea in the mornings. It’s such a lovely spot and really handy for walks along the beach and up the peaceful fairy glen. Loved my fresh eggs for breakfast too! Thank you so much 😊

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

Lisa kept in touch throughout our stay and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We only stayed a couple of nights but it would be an ideal location for a longer stay too. The massive kitchen and dining area was the soul of our stay. We sat there and chatted around the massive table. The bedrooms were immaculate and the multitude of WCs meant no one was left dancing in the hall waiting for one to be free. The location is ideal too. It doesn’t get any more central. We really needed somewhere to base ourselves for our stay, somewhere we could retreat to and not feel like we were falling over each other and that’s exactly what we got. It’s a gem.

Fabulous, comfy, clean, well equipped place with stunning views, surrounding area great to explore, we did the coastal walk to the lighthouse, a long walk, but one of the best we've ever done! Responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. would definitely recommend, we had an awesome time!!

Clean and well maintained accommodation and had all essentials in excellent working order.

Stephen was a great host and although I didn’t need to contact him at any point he kept in touch and if I had any issues I know he would’ve helped. House was as expected and was perfect for me, lots of equipment in kitchen, spacious sitting room and a very big main bedroom. I had zero issues, location was in the centre of Nairn only a short walk to the beach or shops. Sheena the cleaner is also an amazing woman so helpful and went the extra mile. Had a brilliant stay and would go back again.
