Was our 2nd time staying at Kevin's place , we absolutely love it, we visit family nearby, enjoy all the amazing beaches, places to visit and eat, bonus on our last morning was watching 2 dolphins right outside while enjoying our coffee ❤️ would highly recommend booking , we certainly will again 😀 😊

Place was lovely and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Loved it was right on the river ness.

Our stay gave us just what we needed—a comfortable, well-located home base. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully provisioned, the apartment was perfect for us.

Highly recommend! My friend and I stayed two nights. The place was lovely and the owner clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure her rental is comfortable and well equipped for guests. It is a very easy walk to the main parts of town on the path next to the river (possible to cross at the roundabout, but just use the path - much easier!). We were also thrilled that the unit has a washer and dryer for clothes, but the dryer seemed to take a long time. We eventually figured out that it had a water tank that held water that needed emptied (very simple to do, but keep it in mind if your clothes are taking a while to dry).

You will not be disappointed with this lovely accommodation! Location is prime! We were very comfortable and wanted for nothing. Street permit parking wasn’t available when we arrived, but found affordable parking at the church five minutes walk away.

A lovely flat in a great location! The flat is less a 10 min walk from the rail and bus stations and has an awesome view of the river. The bedrooms are a good size and one with an en-suite is handy. The living room is spacious and the kitchen was practical for our needs. The flat was clean and had the amenities we needed. Hayley was prompt in responding to our messages and the check in and out processes were easy and hassle free. Definitely a great place to stay in when in Inverness.

We had an excellent stay, felt very comfortable and with beautiful views and close to town. Just an FYI being it’s on the 1st floor, you will hear a bit of creaking noise when people walk upstairs. Thank you Carol for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

Los dueños siempre atentos a las necesidades, únicamente me aprecio extraño que hay instrucciones para todo, hasta justo antes de acostarte la cama tiene un letrero. Fuera de eso es un gran lugar para quedarte por un par de noches

We had a lovely stay, we will definitely return! Communication was great and the views are amazing. It was very clean and there are comfy beds.

What can I say about Alasdair's place? I truly wish I could write a novel about this little cottage by the sea. It was everything I had hoped for & delivered so much more. The magic infused in the area is palpable & after everything we went through to get there (think power outage at Heathrow & 42 plane ticket changes later just to get there - not including the train & Ubers), this little slice of heaven was exactly on the menu. Alasdair was so accommodating & so willing to work with the issues we encountered travel-wise. This was the most relaxed I have seen my 22 year old son in almost 10 years. The place did what no other vacation spot has ever done for him - allowed him to just breathe & to just be. This is what I mean by the magic. You cannot place a price on that & as a parent, it was the most wonderful thing to see. My 16 year old daughter was just a smitten with the beauty of the area and loved the shops and the local people we encountered. Thank you again We will be back! A+++

If i could give 10* I would, fabulous house and host, I couldn't think of one thing that wasn't right! Kay was an amazing host, so thoughtful with many extra touches. Would highly rate Rivermill House at Drumnadrochit!

An incredibly beautiful location with amazing views down Loch Rannoch. The house itself is lovely. The kitchen is big and well equipped, and the dining area spacious. The two big fridges and freezers meant that you can stock up properly and avoid the shops. The living room, with wood burning stove, is super cosy. All the bedrooms are well appointed (the beds are very comfortable), and having two en suite bathrooms is great. The hotel is a really easy walk and the Wild Brownie pub has lovely food and very friendly staff. The delivery from Tescos worked exceptionally well too. The location is spectacular with lovely walks and exquisite drives. The drive to Aberfeldy is particularly magnificent (although icy currently). We had the happiest time over New Year with plenty of space to chill and play games and cook as a family. We are all keen to return.

What a lovely and peaceful spot for our Inverness visit. Centrally located, spotless and comfortable.

It was great place to stay

A wonderful stay in this beautiful house. A great location, The sunsets even in Feb were beautiful. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed as a family of four. The kids loved the extra touches like yummy tablet (Scottish fudge) and to use the binoculars to help spot sealife and birds. We used the house as a base to visit family further down the coast but Buckie was lovely and we enjoy shopping, breakfast and lunch at pozzi and ice creams at the ice cream cabin and over in Portsoy. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Stayed a couple of nights here with our two kids - a great base for exploring Inverness (we enjoyed the easy access to shops and restaurants across the wobbly footbridge) and a day trip to Cromarty. The property looked just like the photos and was perfectly laid out for a family of 4. We loved the wood burner and the Aldi round the corner was super-convenient!

This place is so amazing with Loch Ness and so cool Abbey. Beautiful environment. Feeling Harry Potter life.

No worries from start to finish,place was spotless, nice place for a base

We needed somewhere central to stay very quickly and 1 Bell Tower fitted the bill perfectly. We were able to book it one day and arrive the next for a 5 night stay. Fiona also offered that we could gain access earlier than the stated arrival time but this was not needed but still a very kind offer. Although our trip was for something other than holiday reasons the flat's central location and close proximity to everything that the City of Inverness has to offer would be a considerable advantage to anyone visiting. The only slight drawback for us was that the heating was controlled from elsewhere and the bedroom was quite chilly for the first two evenings, despite my adjusting the bedroom radiator thermostat but a quick message to Fiona had this fixed as she adjusted the temperature as she didn't wish us to be uncomfortable. I would definitely return to this flat again if returning to Inverness. 5 stars all round.

Fabulous, comfy, clean, well equipped place with stunning views, surrounding area great to explore, we did the coastal walk to the lighthouse, a long walk, but one of the best we've ever done! Responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. would definitely recommend, we had an awesome time!!

Muriel and Alexander were both super welcoming and friendly. We loved their charming apartment, and felt right at home. It was perfect for everything we needed. Inverness city center was a 10 minute walk along the river, with Ness Island a 5 minute walk. Absolutely gorgeous area to walk. We would return to their apartment if we were in Inverness again!

Karen had been an amazing host - great communication and nothing too much trouble - would highly recommend this 👍👍

A beautiful place to stay in Inverness and very convenient for access to facilities in the town centre, very quiet and relaxing. Great host, super friendly and very knowledgeable re what's going on and where's good to eat etc and loads of information at the house on where to visit. Thankyou Angela , you have a lovely place .
