Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home, in a central but quiet location. Exactly as described. The house was lovely, with a private enclosed garden. My son and our pet dog had a great time! There was parking on the street right outside the property and also a drive way. Board games to play, and we really appreciated the tea or coffee on arrival with fresh milk too. Mark was a perfect host, and really saved the day for us and was on hand immediately if we needed assistance. We have family that live nearby, so would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

We had a Great Stay over Easter.. The house was bigger than i expected and was very stylish and comfortable. Kathy was very responsive and provided great local recommendations.. A few steps from the local pub where we went for a friendly welcome after a long day exploring Suffolk.. We would definitely recommend the location and accommodation.

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

We have stayed here twice and we love it. Great location for exploring Suffolk. The flat is really comfortable and cozy, and it very peaceful with lovely views of Jo's garden and the countryside. Jo was very helpful and accomodating. Would happily stay again

We stayed at Jo’s house to celebrate our daughter Emma’s 30th birthday. The 9 of us enjoyed a perfect family get together in a part of the country non of us were very familiar with but now love! I wanted beautiful surroundings and this house massively deliverers, we were all on a high for the whole weekend! The house, painted a beautiful Suffolk red, has the most lovely atmosphere. It is furnished extremely nicely with pictures, paintings and plenty of interesting books. The gardens, with beautiful box and topiary yew are superb and larger than I had imagined. As with inside the house there are different, almost secret areas, to enjoy on your own or with others. Our son and his American girlfriend played badminton.The huge swathers of daffodils were at their absolute peak and we loved the views of the estuary and enjoyed fantastic walks from the house in gloriously sunny weather. If you like birds in this peaceful area, there were many varieties including a tawny owl at night!

Thank you for such a lovely stay. The place was ideal for what we needed - a garden with beautiful surroundings for us and our dog to relax in. Very clean and comfortable. The welcome treats such as bread, butter, milk etc were very thoughtful and appreciated. The host was very friendly and welcoming, giving recommendations and always proactive in sending instructions. Lots to do nearby and easy to find. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

We had a lovely stay. Nice and spacious with everything we needed. Lots of seating when family came over. Alice was quick to respond when needed. The baby loved running up and down and seeing the chickens. Would love to come back in summer when the weathers better to explore more

We felt privileged to be in such an amazing place. Very comfortable Cottage in beautiful grounds. So quiet and peaceful. The surrounding countryside is spectacular and we enjoyed several really lovely walks in the area.

Beautiful little place in a quiet location but handy for trips out nearby and to the coast. Garden perfect for our dog, he’s already grumpy to be home to our tiny one! Alix was really helpful and communicated everything perfectly. Highly recommended

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

We had a brilliant 2 night stay for my partner's birthday. The property is a sweet little building right next to a really cool boatyard, only a minute's walk from the picturesque small harbour of Pin Mill. The host sent really clear instructions on how to find the property and checking in via the lockbox was extremely easy. We absolutely loved the peaceful environment and the pretty garden with trees where we could hear owls at night and a dawn chorus in the early morning. The property is small but perfectly formed - ideal size for us (2 people and a small dog!) and felt extremely private and relaxing. It has lots of windows so we were easily able to air it out on arrival and it felt fresh and nice. It's also really well located - Pin Mill is a cool spot (the woods are lovely) and we visited loads of different places around Suffolk during our short stay. We would definitely be back if we are coming to the area. Thank you for a really straightforward and enjoyable stay!! :)

A lovely little place to stay, nice and quiet put close enough to get around from there

This was a multi purpose trip which included some R&R. The property met all our needs perfectly; it is spacious and really well equipped - beyond the usual. A real 'home from home'. Gorgeous garden. Lovely little house within 10 mins walk of Woodbridge centre and 15 mins drive of Sutton Hoo (part of our reason for staying). Really comfy and exactly as described, perfect for our multi generational family of four (me, my husband, mum and son). Extra nice to have a little garden space. Abi was really helpful and informative before our stay. Only slightly tricky part was parking - it's on a really narrow road with parking, but spaces were limited, so we ended up parking 5 mins away by the park (Kingston Farm Road). Not an issue for us, but might be for others! Great place to stay and we would stay again if in the area.

Wow, what a beautiful cottage. Had a fantastic stay. Marie the host was super helpful. The cottage itself has to be seen to be believed. So, as long you are fit and can cope with mountaineering the staircase (literally!) you will have a fantastic experience. Spotlessly clean, full of charm and very well equipped. Will definitely return ;)

Lovely long weekend at Louie property very comfortable and dog friendly was a bonus! Bungalow was very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need plus lovely garden and seating area, close to all amenities and lovely dog walks, Louie was available at all times and full of great recommendations for restaurants etc will definitely be back!
