Had a lovely break in Ely. Bobs house was very cosy and had everything we needed! It was the perfect location for our visit to Ely cathedral, which you can see from the house! Would recommend the Octagon Tower tour, but not for people with a fear of heights! We had a couple of meals at Wildwood restaurant in Ely High Street that were very good also! Fitzwilliam museum in Cambridge was very interesting too and entrance is free!

Linda was very warm and friendly and went out of her way to make my stay easy and comfortable. Great house in the greatest town in the world. Would highly recommend.

Benji & Leah’s place was fabulous, Close to amenities yet in a peaceful area It was clean, tidy, warm and welcoming. Parking for two cars by back gate was so handy. Bathrooms were spotless and an additional toilet downstairs was a bonus Two good seating areas out side which enjoyed the afternoon sun. In all a fabulous place,would definitely book again if in the area

Enjoyed my stay with Alex very much. He and his partner were kind, helpful and generous and it was a pleasure to get to know them. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were healthy, tasty and filling. It would be particularly suited to vegans or anyone with an interest in raw food but also good for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Colchester.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Bedrooms are of a generous size. House was clean on arrival. Check in was quick and easy, clear instructions were sent on the day. The high street is a couple mins walk, where there is plenty of shops bars & restaurants. My only issue with the property is that it sleeps 11 people but doesn’t have a living area to all sit together. It has a small dining room with a table to seat 6 - so in reality 11 people wouldn’t be able to sit and gather comfortably for dinner or drinks etc. This didn’t affect us so much as we had an event to attend and purely used accommodation for sleeping. I would suggest changing downstairs bedroom into a living/seating area. A great host and made our stay a pleasant one.

Thanks Joshua for an enjoyable stay. I used the AirBnB for me and my groomsmen before getting married at Stockbrook Manor. It is easy both for that location and for town. Joshua has made a real effort with the distinctive decor, which helped make for a fun stay, we loved the huge TV. The house is spotlessly clean and well laid out. Joshua was proactive in communication and made things easy for us.

A super apartment in a great location. Within 5mins walk of the town but in a quieter area with a supermarket, deli, pubs & restaurants, etc. Char had gone sbove and beyond to make sure the stay was pleasant. Thank you

We had a lovely stay, stylishly decorated, beautiful back garden, comfortable beds, well equipped throughout. We would be keen to stay again. A bottle of Prosecco and milk in fridge on arrival a lovely welcoming touch. Good communication. Easy to access via key box. Our 8 year old and 5 year loved the bunk beds and room. Digital tv with plenty of choices. Selection of board games. Location very close to train station. Great to have car parking on drive.

This was my second time staying at Kirsty's and it was wonderful once again! I love their home and they always make me feel welcome! I come into town for work and it is perfect for what I need. Clean bathroom and space, easy to get to work and very quiet neighborhood! Look forward to my future stays! Highly recommend!

Staying at Tim's house was truly special. From the moment he welcomed us into his beautifully decorated home we felt so comfortable. Our bedroom was just amazing with everything you could possibly need plus extras that were very much appreciated. Tim is a wonderful host and he treated us to the most spectacular breakfasts. Although the house is within easy walking distance of the town centre it was very quiet. We can't recommend Tim highly enough and we would love to come back.

I stayed at this house for work and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the home itself was beautifully decorated with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was a huge plus for an extended stay. It was the perfect place to feel comfortable and at home while I was working away in the area.

very clean, tidy, quiet, could do with a chopping board and perhaps a microwave. overall good experience. certainly nothing at all to put anyone off staying there

Christina’s place was clean, comfortable and well provided. It was quiet and private. There’s a park and playground nearby, and the centre of town is a five minute drive or 20 minute walk.
