My boyfriend and I visited with two friends, so we booked the entire barn. Helen was there to meet us when we arrived and offered us a tea and coffee with biscuits. We found the barn to be spotlessly clean. The soft furnishings and interior design were lovely quality and comfortable. The beds are lovely and comfortable. The quality and choice of breakfast was amazing and they catered for a vegetarian and gluten free. Helen was a great host who couldn't do enough for us. The grounds are pretty and peaceful with lovely views of the Countryside. The photos dont do this place justice. We really couldnt rate this place highly enough. Thanks Jen

Can not recommend Stonelands B and B more highly. Christine and Roy were more like old family friends yet gave the appropriate amount of privacy and space. Chris’ recommendations for dining and walks were greatly appreciated! Thanks to you both for making our mother /daughter trip to Cornwall memorable.

As ever Jan was a fantastic host. Lovely rooms with a great view and excellent breakfasts.

We had brief but lovely and welcoming stay at Pamela's house. it felt like at home straight away. Village is very peaceful and we had a great night sleep.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

Nogle dejlige rolige dage i et historisk interessant sted i landlige omgivelser. Princetown er et godt udgangspunkt for vandreture over heden. Det er muligt at spise aftensmad i Princetown, som ligger en km fra Tor Royal Farm. Hyggeligt at bo på en gård med køer, får og venlige hyrdehunde.

Stayed with Nicky and Si for a couple of days in Swimbridge and I think the most tranquil AirBnB I’ve stayed at yet! Breakfasts were continental and lots of choice, and Nicky was great in responding quickly to queries on check in and the room. The room was clean and well put together overlooking a great view of the church.

Amazing find of a place on the south side of Plymouth, near ferry departures. Friendly, helpful host and excellent response times. Great value.

What a lovely B&B place this is! The house is set in a very quiet location, with a lovely garden for sitting outside, and gorgeous surroundings inside. We had Room 1, which had a huge ensuite bathroom, with a lovely long bath, a shower and two wash basins. The French double bed has a very thick feather-filled duvet to keep you warm on cold nights, and the entire room is fitted with loads of wardrobe space, plus several drawers for all your belongings. The cooked breakfast was amazing, plus lovely fresh fruit, fresh croissants and yoghurts. You will not go hungry here! However, we highly recommend that you book well in advance, any lunches or dinners that you intend to take in Bude or the surrounding areas, as it is virtually impossible to find any places to eat, unless you have a reservation. Charlene and her family were incredibly hospitable, and nothing was too much trouble for their guests. We can highly recommend Bosvean House for a delightful stay.

Rosina was a wonderful and welcoming host. I had a very peaceful and deep sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent! Her dog is also very friendly and added to the charm of my stay. A small tip for future guests: don’t rely only on the GPS to find the place—pay attention to the helpful signs Rosina has placed along the road. They make navigating much easier! Highly recommended

The most special stay with Libby and Mike. A snug little garden room to stay in, surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. A full English breakfast, homemade biscuits and a clean, comfortable stay. I turned up expecting a place to crash whilst in the area for work, but had the most relaxing time and would happily come back for a holiday! Highly recommended.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Ian und Lorraine geliebt - die beiden sind so herzlich und wirklich Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft, die mehr geben als die meisten, die wir sonst getroffen haben. Wir haben uns so willkommen gefühlt und die kurze Zeit bei und mit beiden sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön ruhig und grün, hier hätten wir gerne noch Zeit verbracht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles war sauber, dazu noch ein tolles Frühstück und super Musik. Eine Stimmung zum Wohlfühlen. Mindestens 5 Sterne! Danke Ian & Lorraine

We really enjoyed our stay with Jayne! She was really lovely and friendly and made us feel at home! It was really nice to have a cup of tea when we arrived because Jayne prepared for us a little kitchen facilities with milk and tea bags, and nice little treats! The location is great! Not far from the local beaches. Everything was great! We will definitely stay again! Thank you, Jayne!

We had a great stay at Hall Maor. The place is beautiful, Renee is an excellent host!

Staying at Justin and Mike’s place was wonderful. Their home is completely renovated, feels modern, while retaining all the best original features. Original entrance hall floor tiles. Original wooden floors and doors. The wonderful juxtaposition of freestanding furniture, old and new. The room is warm, I stayed in March, the bed super comfy and the furnishings expertly chosen. Then there is the rain shower - perfect after a long day walking along the Tamara Coast to Coast Way. And did I mention breakfast, it really is an occasion, complete with yogurt granola orange juice bread warm pastries tea and more. Public transport is by bus. These run from Bude to Launceston to Fore Street, next to Saltash mainline train station. From the wonderful welcome to the timely mugs of tea, Justin and Mike’s home really is an ideal base for your visit to North Cornwall and Devon.

Great stay, convenient location close to town which was perfect as we had car issues. Beverley was communicative and clear on everything before and throughout the stay. The house and room itself was very clean, tidy and homy. Beverley and her husband were very friendly, welcoming and generous with their kitchen and lovely garden. Pukka teas an added bonus :) It was easy to add my friend to the booking and no problem switching to 2 single beds. Although the room itself is as little on the small side for 2 with 2 beds none of this came as a surprise as Beverley explained everything clearly and nothing was a problem for us. Good value for money..Finally if you are a dog lover, Herman the Chorkie (daughters dog who visits some days) will steal your heart forever and you won't want to leave him! Thank you will be returning

What a great find. Julie and Graham's Smithy is really lovely, just as described and with Julie's added touches. These included a small display of flowers and homemade cake and chocolate brownies. Very welcome after a long journey to this beautiful location. The Smithy has everything you want for a peaceful stay. It is decorated to a very high standard and has a beautifully made wooden staircase to the mezzanine bedroom. The garden of the main house, which has a small stream running through it, is beautiful with many mature shrubs and trees and at this time of the year Primroses and Bluebells. Guests are encouraged to use the seating area by the summer house near the stream. Julie and Graham are great to talk too and gave us very good advice about the local area. One thing was The Bell pub in Chittlehampton. We had a very good evening meal there and owners are lovely people. The Smithy is great for short break and we hope to return in the near future.

I honestly have one word to describe Rita and that is perfect. It was an amazing weekend away from work and responsibilities and Rita made us feel right at home. Not only was she always willing to help and carried a smile on her face but she helped us with recommendations on where to go for dinner and what to do during the day. Her hospitality could not have been better and we could not have had a better time there. We cannot wait to go back soon and do more things. It was the loveliest weekend thank you so much

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Josianne puts the BnB back into AirBnb. A fantastic host who strove to make me as comfortable as possible. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Wonderful cat, and great company. All round excellent value for money.

What a delightful old-fashioned B&B. Lovely, friendly hosts, comfortable room (it's old and quirky but that's clear when you book) and the cooked breakfast was simply delicious - made with care. You even get home-made marmalade and toast with your tea in china cups. The pond and ducks complete the scene. Thanks Rosemarie!

Lesley and Tony were great hosts, kind and helpful. Very clean bright room with comfortable bed and pillows. Good selection for the Continental breakfast. I was delighted to hear 13 different birds on my early morning walk around their land. Excellent stay which I fully recommend.

Our stay with Anne & Jonathan was perfect. They both made us feel very welcome and we loved exploring their farm. Anne is also a wonderful passionate cook, we were spoilt with her delicious home made food. Many fruits and veggies were grown on their land. The standard of the accommodation is also very high with a fine attention to detail and wonderful old furniture. The stay suited us perfectly and really look forward to staying again with them.
