we had a lovely break at the foxes den shepherds hut . The views are amazing and the area is beautiful . everything was as explained by Viki and it couldn't have ran any smoother. Our Shepherds Hut was Very Clean and beautifully decorated and the Easter Eggs were a lovely touch. We will certainly be back and would reccomend to anyone who wishes to explore the beautiful Devon countryside and Coast line.

Penny and Ant real nice people . If you want to unwind and go back to nature this is the place . The views and silence is perfect it’s a remedy . No 42” TV with mobile sockets everywhere this is off grid bliss , fabulous comfy bed in the hut and great shed for cooking , if your a 70s kid you’ll appreciate the shower and toilet , brilliant . Not just an over night stay but an experience of how things should be , regards Alan .

Last minute Valentine get away with our two dogs. Despite pretty grim weather, you couldn't have wished to be anywhere cosier. Surprisingly spacious and everything you could think of, provided for a weekend away. Basic breakfast foods provided and of course Juliet's famous delicious short bread and doggie welcome treats.Private garden space adjoining a wood and secure field. Dogs roamed and played freely and safety. Bring lots of dog towels if you expect rain. Lovely shower in the cabin. Very well designed compost in a separate cabin. We kept close for dog exercise but there seems plenty of options for walking.. especially to pub...It's between 40 to 50 minute walk away. So many birds. Absolutely fab weekend away! This place is such a unique experience and has great facilities, including comfy beds and sofas, pots and pans, games, table tennis, and cool boxes which makes a camping trip super easy for everyone. We will definitely be returning next year!

Lovely weekend away. Beautiful Shepard’s hut. Very peaceful and quiet, out of the way for privacy. Beautiful views. The Alpacca’s were an added bonus to our view and stay. They loved being fed apple by us and one of them liked me so much it kept sneezing all over me 😁 Would definitely return 😁

What an absolutely beautiful place. Really managed to disconnect from the outside world. Owners have thought of absolutely everything. Thank you so much! Highly recommended and will be making sure other members of our families take some time off to go here. Could not have asked for more.

what a fantastic place! the cabin is beautiffuly decorated, squeaky clean and very comfortable, fully equipped with everything you could need. both beds are super comfy. the hot tub and fire pit made evenings an absolute pleasure. it was so quiet and peaceful. lovely walks nearby. highly recommend!

Such a lovely hut for our anniversary. The place itself was so lovely & the owners were incredibly helpful. Such a clean and lovely stay. Would love to have stayed longer and will definitely recommend to a friend!

A fantastic stay! This Shepherd hut was spotless! The area is so quiet and friendly. Plenty of walks on the doorstep. The location is fantastic, especially when travelling to Dartmouth. Two pubs serving food within a few minutes walk was an added bonus. Excellent WIFI. Thanks Nina for having us.

Would give more stars if I could!! We had enjoyed a perfect stay in Kate’s hut. A beautiful, secluded location with easy parking, it is super tucked away but Kate gave detailed directions and we found it quite easily by following these - definitely listen to her instead of a google maps!! We spent 2 nights at Little Bear with our 2 dogs, who enjoyed it just as much as we did! There was an open field behind the hut for them to play in, and stunning local walks and beaches a short drive away. We enjoyed dinners on the bbq and evenings in the hot tub (wood fired - allow lots of time for it to heat up but keep checking after a few hours so it doesn’t get too hot!) Thank you so much Kate for a lovely stay, we hope to return in the future and will absolutely be recommending to friends and family! Xx

I took my boyfriend to Fiona’s hut for his birthday to get away from the busy city & life! It was exactly that & more, the hut is so amazing, it has everything you need and the bed is so unbelievably comfortable I’ve asked for the details of the pillows!! It was the perfect getaway, the hot tub was amazing & if you turn the lights off you can enjoy the starry skies! The pony’s are super cute & friendly! Honestly it was so much more than what we were expecting. The hut is so homely and cosy! Fiona is also an amazing host, she is very responsive & friendly! We will definitely be back! Also the milk!!! The milk that is provided by Fiona is amazing!! It is super thick and creamy! Just every little detail has be thought through! Thank you so much for such an amazing weekend! X

The accommodation was exactly as described and communication with the host was excellent. The shepherd's hut was cozy and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like information on local pubs and scenic walks. It was dog-friendly, which was a big plus, and the hot tub was a lovely bonus for relaxing after a day of exploring. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous shepherd hut, loved everything about it, beautifully dressed and fitted out, really well organised and clean. It’s in a fabulous location, nice and secluded and really easy to visit Harlyn Bay and Constantine bay. Loved the outside undercover lounge area for a morning cuppa tea in the sunshine. We had a wonderful stay in Nicola's cosy shepherd's hut. Despite wind and rain the hut was toasty warm and comfortable. The hot tub was an absolute treat - half the fun is making the fire and the smell of wood smoke as the water warms. It's a fantastic location - private and perched above Boscastle with lovely views of the coast and amazing stars at night. Ideal to have a walkable pub. Plenty to do nearby with the coast path and Tintagel and Boscastle Harbour and Bude. Nicola is an exceptional host - thank you for the prosecco, fresh milk and delicious shortbread biscuits. The hut is spotlessly clean and well equipped - beautiful! I can't recommend Nicola's place highly enough! We absolutely loved it!

Second time we have stayed at these absolutely beautiful shepherds huts, and what can I say it certainly won’t be the last, Jackson’s mum is an absolute angel that showed us around the beautiful countryside. The kitchen has been newly renovated and it’s stunning and perfect for a cozy weekend getaway, also has the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, nice warm shower and a fire pit outside. We took our spaniel and the freedom is just what he needs, he enjoyed it just as much as we did. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough, perfect place to switch off and reconnect with nature. Can’t wait to come back, already planning the next trip this way.

Pattishams was perfect for a quiet getaway. The hut was so peaceful and in a beautiful setting. The only sounds we heard during our stay were the birds in the morning and the lambs playing in the next field. Our stay was perfect and we were sad to leave. We will definitely be returning for another stay. Thank you for being such a lovely host! X

Sarah is a fantastic host & made us both feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The views are amazing, words can not do justice! The shepherds hut is so cosy with quality bedding & we cooked on the fire pit every evening. Sarah made amazing bread rolls for us, she inspired me to try & bake myself. We are looking forward to spending time there again. We love it there! Thank you Sarah 😊

Beautiful location, private with views over countryside and sunsets towards Salcombe. The facilities were as expected, hot water, wood burner and small kitchen - everything we needed. We walked to Salcombe for lunch (an hour-ish to the foot ferry), borrowed the kayaks (stored close to water and very easy to use) and enjoyed the beauty and serenity of paddling up the creek to the estuary for a picnic on the beach. Weather was great so that definitely helped. Becky was very responsive and helpful. Recommended

We had the most amazing long staying at Mulberry Shepherds Hut. The location is peaceful and private with some great local spots/activities nearby. The hut had everything you could need and more, making for the perfect escape. Amy was a great host and so accommodating during our stay. We especially loved getting to meet Harry, the golden retriever, at the gate. We can’t wait to return! 😊

I have just had a lovely stay at honeysuckle hut . So peaceful and relaxing. Managed to recharge my battery and unwind . Place is spotless and cosy and Jan is an excellent communicator but also respectful of privacy . Log burner a bonus as was the space in the deck with clear skys a couple of nights where the stars were so vivid . A great place to come back to after exploring all Dartmoor has to offer and I would highly recommend!!

This was our 2nd stay and of course we will return again at some point. So lovely and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We stayed with our pooch, he could wonder a little bit as the yard is safe with a large gated enclosure. The animals on site are also friendly and just get on with doing their thing. Wild life is lovely to see, rabbits in the paddock and squirrels climbing trees, birds singing. We were lucky with beautiful weather too. We chilled on site sitting on the garden furniture on the patio in front of the hut. Our hosts were lovely as always and very respectful of our area so that we have a quiet time. Lovely people and nothing is too much trouble for them. Places to visit, Tavistock, we had a walk around and had food in Cafe Liason which is dog friendly and food is great, the willys locally made ice cream from the van just across the street. Goliath falls dog friendly woodland walk next to a river that you can have a dip in, in pooled areas.

Beautiful place with so many lovely walks close by! Would highly recommend staying here!😃
