Fantastic weekend , we stayed in the loft which was ideal space to come back to after exploring Clovelly and Bude ❤️ … AND We had amazing pizza from the flame factory which had the best gluten free pizza for my partner !

Just back from a 2 night stay at Sandra’s accommodation. What a perfect find! Myself, partner and 2 daughters needed a base for the weekend as we were visiting family. The property was well equipped , clean and warm. Before our stay communication with Sandra was great. We were arriving late but this wasn’t a problem as Sandra gave good clear instructions how to enter the property. Sandra had even gone in to switch on the lights and fire on. Upon entering we found everything clean and tidy . All bedrooms were en-suite which suited everyone. Well equipped kitchen and even found homemade scones with some jam and cream which was a lovely welcome. We travelled down during the storm and Sandra checked we were okay on the journey down and to make sure we arrived okay . We would highly recommend a stay here, value for money and a really lovely host .

Loved our stay, the place was spotless, private, surrounded by beautiful views, very peaceful, the spa bath both glorious looking and practical, lovely outside area with the seats. Very well equipped kitchen with modern amenities. Rowan is a super friendly and attentive host. We also tried Swedish massage which was great value for money and a wonderful addition to our stay. Highly recommended!!

We had a fantastic one night stay in the Annexe. A perfect stop over whilst walking the coastal path. Lou welcomed us on our arrival and made us feel at home. A lovely peaceful location and also a short walk to the Chichester Arms for dinner. Thank you!

Really cosy and quirky basement flat, made for a fun and comfortable 4 night family stay. Iain and Jack were very friendly and responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

My brother, whose birthday we were celebrating, was first to arrive. He had had no part in organising it but I had sent him the email link to contact Gary, and had already explained how friendly and amenable Gary was. My brother was still really impressed and surprised by our host's down to earth attitude and generosity. He also made the most of the jet bath before the kids arrived and ruined his peace! The house was just stunning. 8 people, three families, and no one felt on top of one another. With teens and an old lady, we could have easily fallen out somewhere less spacious. Gary did not advertise how big his kitchen space is and that it doubles up as a dance floor ❤️ Very fond memories made of my kids moon walking with their uncle. Huge hot tub. Max 6 but I don't think we had more than 4 in at a time, and it was a lot more pleasant than smaller hot tubs with 4 in at a time. The view from the back of the house was something else. ❤️ Planning our next visit already.

We decided to stay at Matt’s place on a whim, and I’m so glad we did! I had a few questions about the description, and Matt was super quick to respond, which really put my mind at ease. We booked it and happily took off for a spontaneous overnight stop on our way to Cornwall. When we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by how lovely the place was! It was not only spotless but also had such a charming, quirky vibe—especially for an old doctor’s surgery! The beds were incredibly comfy, and the whole atmosphere felt so peaceful and cozy, just like home. We’ll definitely be back because we didn’t get to fully enjoy our stay with just one night!

This lodge is stunning, we did not get chance to use the facilities on offer on the resort but b the hot tub at the lodge was lovely and very much needed after we had worked all day. We will definately be back when in Cornwall.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

This was the perfect space for us 3 adults. The area is beautiful, it’s very peaceful, but there’s lots to do if you feel like it and wonderful walks to take from the property. Gorgs and Sam were perfect hosts, attentive and helpful when we had questions and we found it a very relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Everything you need is on your doorstep and very close to many local attractions. It was perfect for what we needed. Our dogs were also very comfortable. Thank you
