I had a lovely stay here. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bedding was as soft and cozy as clouds — I slept so well! Ruth was warm, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, and her dog was absolutely adorable. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway.

Great place to stay! The room has a comfortable bed, there's a decent size bathroom and tidy kitchen. Akanksha and her husband were really friendly and accommodating. The pets were lovely as well! I recommend staying in this place if visiting Newcastle :)

Great facilities, shower is amazing, comfy bed, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer, great location for walking to shops and great walks for dogs.

My work colleague and I needed a place for 4 weeks of work in Newcastle, and Thomas’ place was perfect. Great amenities, well equipped kitchen, with a dining table, lots of space upstairs, effectively we had a floor and bathroom each. The centre of town is only a 20 mins walk. Thomas was a superb host. It’s a charming home. Thanks so much.

The cutest airbnb I have ever stayed at! Bianca’s place is the epitome of the perfect “house by the sea”! The house was cozy and Bianca is an amazing host, and is super understanding and helpful. Looking forward to staying with her again!

We visited Harrogate for the Knitting and Stitching Show. It was a late decision and we were concerned that we might not find anywhere to stay, but were delighted when we found the listing for a double room opposite the Conference Centre (where the show takes place). Kimberley came to greet us on arrival and gave us the key to our room. The room was perfect and the four-poster bed a very nice surprise. She also offered us buffet breakfast (or cooked breakfast for a small fee, which we declined). The bed was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast more than adequate. Kim was a perfect host – very welcoming and helpful. We would very happily stay here again.

My second stay at Paul Js beautiful home . Lovely room .( As is in photo) Comfortable bed . Wi Fi . Use of all kitchen facilities with dining table. Lovely bathroom good shower. On a quiet residential street. Walkable in to town .Also a local bus No 1 just around the corner will take you to Central train station/ Coach station close by. A few cafes and takeaways/ Corner shops localy. I would highly recommend a stay here . Very good value for money. Great location. Excellent friendly host. Thank-you N.Lewis.

Comfortable and cozy stay. Had one issue with a chirping smoke detector, but Mark acted immediately to try and rectify the situation. Recommended.

We were totally thrilled to be staying at Candlemakers. Sarah met us with the keys and had decorated the apartment for Christmas. On entering the place was warm and welcoming. Sumptuous bedding and towels. Even a toweling robe and slippers. Everything in the apartment was top quality and anything we needed for our stay was provided. The location couldn’t be better and I can’t praise everything about Candlemakers highly enough. Absolutely highly recommended.

The place was stunning and a great location. Rob was brilliant and was in contact if we needed him. Will 100% be coming back at some point. Thanks for having us

Beautiful house,with fine details of the interior(and the exterior too:)made us feel homely. The kitchen is fully equipped,everthing was there what we needed:) It was only 10 minutes walk to the Turkish bath.

Beautiful church at the bottom of the garden. Church bells chime on the quarter of each hour but are quiet between 10pm and 7am, bell ringing on Sunday morning was marvellous. Property spacious and comfortable with good view over the garden and beyond. The many levels within the house and garden makes it interesting and intriguing. Would highly recommend.

Lovely well equipped cottage, had everything you needed. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease so he did struggle with the narrow steep stairs, but this is what you’d expect in a cottage. Parking is outside the front of the house on the road.

Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit in Saltburn! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung und der Ort sind wunderschön und wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen unternommen.

A perfect place to stay for visiting in the local area. On street parking but always found a space. Shower and toilet downstairs through kitchen which may not suit everyone but it was clean and tidy.

This is the second time we have stayed in this place and it was as good as before. A beautiful home with everything we needed. It had excellent beds and linen and the kitchen facilities are outstanding. Stephen and Tiffany went out of their way to accomodate our needs and we would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Harrogate. It was especially handy in terms of being walkable from the convention centre in town.

We stayed at the cottage for a couple of nights and had a great time! It was beautiful, so cosy and in a great location. Vanessa was very helpful when we contacted her. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay ☺️

We had a lovely stay. From the outset, Lindsey’s communication was great, with clear and helpful instructions. Thanks for the welcome goodies too. The property was just right for us. It was really clean and it was also homely. Brilliant location for both the high street and shops and excellent walks right from the doorstep.

Great place. Really nice house. Walking distance to the centre of the city. The extensive record collection was a nice touch. Would definitive stay again when I come back to Newcastle.

I’m originally from Hartlepool and have wanted to stay in one of the houses on the sea front since I was a little girl. This was a dream come true waking up to such a beautiful view. The house was perfect and we felt right at home. Everything we could have needed was provided and the WiFi was great. Alicia and Ross couldn’t not have been friendlier and more helpful. Thank you for a perfect stay.

We had a great stay here for my husbands 60th birthday weekend with our children and their partners The house is beautiful and very close to everything in the centre of Knaresborough We loved coming back to the house after exploring and lighting the wood burning stove - so cosy as it was very chilly Super stay all round

Very helpful host right from the start of booking. House was decorated beautifully for New Year. We were 6 adults and found there was plenty of room to chill out in the living room and space around the dining table. Unfortunately the weather was very wet, but we still managed to get out and have a walk or two. The pubs, whilst we didn’t eat in any, were friendly and inviting locals had us chatting both evenings, we even joined in with the locals on NYE at the Turks head for a few hours before retiring back to the warm house and enjoying the log burner and buffet/drinks. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall the house is a great entertaining space for a family/ friends get together.

a perfect place to stay if you just want a relaxing stay, good for food and drink, the local amenities were perfect for food and drink lots of choice Lorraine left dome lovely treats for us and breat,milk ect. you wanted for nothing it easily met all our needs and would recommend this stay to anyone thanks Lorraine for letting us stay at your fabulous little cottage xx
