A beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. The quality of the fixtures and fittings is excellent. There are many thoughtful extras supplied by Rita and Simon to ensure that you have a lovely stay. We especially liked the wellies in various sizes as well as the lovely shower gel/soap. We would thoroughly recommend this property as we had a very relaxing week in this stunning location. Probably the best property we have stayed in.

Fantastic accommodation combining history, charm, spaciousness and elegance. No low ceilings! A lovely conversion and although the owners are nearby, it was very private. A real treat of a place which had a lovely feel about it. The entrance area (on the way up to the accommodation) offering a glimpse of a bygone age before the sturdy staircase which accessed the accommodation. Amazingly clean accommodation offering a comfortable stay. Good beds, super bath, lovely towels. Access and parking for our sensible car where fine (but our low-slung car, which we'd left at home, would not have coped). Although out of Lustleigh village centre, we walked in and out several times during our stay, twice one day. Walking after dark (to visit the pub), we were glad we'd taken a torch with us. Would definitely book again if we returned to Lustleigh.

We had a lovely stay. It was super clean and cozy. The view from the living room was great! I would definitely recommended staying here.

WOW this little cabin was beautiful, cozy, stylish, extremely well equipped, and wonderful to be in. It had everything I could possibly have needed. The bottle of Prosecco, chocolates and fresh scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival was truly wonderful! Lovely that eggs, milk, tea and coffee were provided too. I particularly appreciated the fact that the outside area was fully secure for my little dog. All fencing was to the ground with no little escape holes like other places I’ve stayed. I had complete peace of mind. The view of course was beautiful too. Parking was easy (once I realised I needed to open the big wooden gate!) I was sorry to read that Chilli had passed as I’d seen him in the pics and was looking forward to meeting him. Hopefully there will be a new resident the next time I visit. I absolutely loved everything about my stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you Clare. 10/10 !

We had a great stay at Miranda’s cottage. The bedrooms were so cosy, bathrooms spacious and spotless and the view from the kitchen was breathtaking. The children loved the garden, hot tub and the bunkbed room. The location was wonderful with lovely walks from the door and easy access the the rest of Dartmoor. We would very happily stay again!

We loved our stay in this dream cottage! It has everything you could need and the surroundings are stunning. We enjoyed some beautiful walks from the cottage and cosy evenings in by the fire. We’ll definitely return!

Great location, 3rd time I have stayed here always clean and tidy with lovely biscuits

A truly beautiful spot. We loved the cosy feel of the house, the warm kitchen, comfortable beds and welcome electric blankets. The views were spectacular and we were blessed with amazing sunshine. The walk along the two moors way was fantastic and it was lovely to return to a warm and cosy house. Thank you.

I was intrigued to find somewhere with an exclusively 5* rating and I was not disappointed! The cottage is idyllic, the attention to detail and responsiveness of the hosts were fantastic! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a cosy hideaway near to Dartmoor.
