We loved our stay at the Crow’s Nest in Rye. It was in an amazing location just off the Main Street. If you are looking for a cosy idyllic getaway, Hannah’s place is perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a relaxed and interesting stay, loved the ever-evolving view from the apartment and Leigh Old Town. A great 3 night getaway destination. Andrew responded quickly when we needed to get in touch. We had a car, but journey by train looked like a viable alternative from London.

Great place to stay, probably the most cleanest Airbnb I’ve been to, everything looked brand new! The place has thermometers around so you’re able to control the heating temperature in different rooms which is awesome. The place is located in the heart of the city centre, so close to the pier, seafront, and all the shops, bars and restaurants (all walkable). If you are staying during the weekend be mindful that there will he noise on the street from bars, pubs and people etc, as it’s in the centre - can make it difficult to sleep at times. It’s a short walk from the two train stations and there is a paid parking service around the corner. I would say it only fits 5 people comfortably rather than 6, the sofa bed is meant to fit 2 people but it’s broken on pulling it out, so only really suitable for 1 person to sleep on. Otherwise is an immaculate place, safe, clean, good rooftop, convenient, and responsive hosts for any q’s. Would definitely book again!

Great place to stay while visiting relatives. The apartment was clean, warm and well equipped. Trevor was a very helpful host. I'd stay again if returning to the area.

We had the loveliest few days. The apartment looked just like the photos. We were able to cook in the flat and go out for food during our stay. When eating at the dining table you can look out over the sea just like the photos. Theres a short walk to local bakeries, brunch places and antique shops. It's downhill so to get back up there is a few steep steps/paths. We had the best fish and chips at Masters and a beautiful massage at Tranquillity spa, both walking distance. We loved the peace and quiet, switching off from tv/phones and enjoying resting in this beautiful apartment.

The apartment was wonderful just how the pictures looked the host were all so helpful definitely will stay again beds where so comfortable the balcony was lovely could see the sea so peaceful

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

Superb host, lots of communication by email and text . Sweet touches including a hamper of food , milk , Prosecco, beer, breakfast and fruit . Towel and treats for our dog . Place was immaculate, pristine bathroom, hot shower , amazing comfy bed and bedding . Lovely and warm , great location . Easy to check in and a 11am check out which really helps . Lovely place x

I have just spent a wonderful relaxing 2 weeks at High Knap. It is a perfect spot to recharge the batteries. The house itself works brilliantly. A lovely bright sitting room with spectacular sea views, extremely comfortable bedrooms & a well appointed easy to manage kitchen where one didn’t spend hours trying to locate items! Lovely shower room too. The bedrooms have splendid views, are extremely comfortable & the entire house feels so welcoming on arrival. The location is excellent with the historic towns of Rye, Winchelsea & of course Hastings nearby plus a nature reserve to hand. I went on some bracing sunny walks along Winchelsea beach, which although a typical south east shingle one, nevertheless has charms of its own with the view of Fairlight hills & cliffs to the west and Dungeness (looking like a castle in the mist sometimes) to the east. Another plus point is that the beach is absolutely not crowded but has one delightful cafe half way towards Fairlight. Much to enjoy!

Excellent choice for a family in the gorgeous camber sands. Minutes from the beach, the house really suited our family of four and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Fantastic location for exploring the area and we would love to come back in the summer but also enjoyed the peace and beauty of camber in the winter.

Our stay at this home in South End East was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. A lovely place to stay in the centre of Rye! As per the description, there are low beams and doorways but the house is full of character, it had everything we needed and is in an amazing location. Becky was a very responsive host providing detailed information before we arrived. We had a lovely stay!

The beach house was everything I hoped for in a coastal getaway—relaxing, cozy, modern and full of charm! The place feels so welcoming, with light, airy decor that’s perfect for a beach vibe. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a nice meal, and the living space was a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach. It was super clean and had little touches, like comfy throws and beachy accents, that made it feel special. The beach is on the doorstep - so close that I could hear the waves from the bedroom. There are also some great little cafes and shops nearby in Rye, which made exploring really easy. Julie was awesome—super friendly, quick to answer any questions I had and happy to help at any time. If you’re looking for a chill spot to unwind by the beach, this is it. I’m already planning my next trip back!

A good position near to shops and restaurants etc. Very quiet area although lots of houses close by. Access ok although on tiny side road. Rooms were large and well furnished. A lot of stairs although they are quite easy but this is not a good place for people with substantial mobility issues. One of our party has a very arthritic hip and coped ok provided she used her visits upstairs wisely! A caretaker appeared and dealt with some minor issues well.

What a beautiful place to stay! Excellent hosts, Chantell was so communicative, helpful, proactive and flexible. Would definitely come back, the place was spotless, had all we needed and super comfortable.

It was a nice stay. The place is in a great location, just a 9 min walk from the train station and a 5 min walk to the sea and city center. Dan was a wonderful host, check in was very easy, we found everything we needed coffee, tea, some food and even a bottle of Prosecco, thank you so much! We also had an early check in and late check out , which was really convenient.

fantastic little flat, felt really cosy. had all the facilities to work from. great shower with lots of options. great location with shops nearby. lovely walks around there. free parking. very satisfied with this place.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting the ExCel centre or Canary Wharf. Good transport for further afield in London as well. Really easy to check in, Leon and Claudia were really helpful with everything we needed and accommodating our requests. Check in and check out was a breeze!

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha!
