Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) just finished a wonderful stay in Chelsea. The flat was very nice with comfortable beds and perfect for our family. Very spacious and well-represented by photos in the listing. Kitchen has all the basics and it's a big plus to have laundry in the flat. While it's near a busy road, street noise is not an issue. The location is perfect. Chelsea is a beautiful neighborhood (especially with springtime weather and blooming trees) and there are tons of green spaces, restaurants, and shops nearby. A new Whole Foods is very close and just opened before our visit. Plus Waitrose and M&S are nearby. The Duke of York Square market on Saturdays is terrific. There's so much to walk to, but it's also very easy to get around London by underground or bus. Rich was super helpful with recommendations and responsive to any questions we had. Overall, we picked a gem of a location and a lovely flat to call home during our visit. Highly recommend.

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

If I could give more stars I would. Shane and Jedidias were amazing hosts. They were responsive and so incredible to work with. The location was optimal, close to restaurants and the tube station. The location was quiet after a busy day of sightseeing. We can’t wait to return to London and stay again!

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Lovely basement apartment near Hyde park and close to a very good restaurant street. Slight metro sounds but that didn’t bother us as they don’t run during night time. Good communication from the host.

Clare was an exceptional host—extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The house itself is stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and complemented by a lovely garden. The location is perfect, offering picturesque walks and plenty of activities to enjoy. I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend this experience. :)

Magda is simply the best Air BNB host in the world. I have used Air BNB for years but she is the best. I had a couple of minor hiccups on this stay and she 1) helped out at 11pm on a Saturday night; and 2) let me in straight away after I had locked myself out (doh!). No better host out there. She should be running The Ritz !

Maggie’s place was an absolute gem and the perfect home base for my family and me while exploring London! Coming back to this beautifully decorated home felt like such a treat. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The HUGE TV and PS5 were a massive hit with the whole family, and the Pac-Man arcade game added a fun, nostalgic touch—we spent hours enjoying it! The house had everything we could possibly need (and more!), making it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with Maggie and her co-host was effortless—every detail was clearly explained, and they were always available for anything we needed. The location was fantastic, too! Just a short walk to the nearest train station, making it super easy to get around. After a busy day in the city, it was the perfect retreat to unwind. If you’re looking for a stylish, cosy, and well-equipped place to stay in London, this it!

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with just a short walk to the O2 arena and the long stay car park. The apartment was super easy to find and I'd highly recommend for any events at the O2! Olivia was very helpful and very quick to reply.

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

We stayed at Tom's place after 5 years away from the UK and wanted to stay somewhere practical for our needs (ground floor for our little one), clean and in an ideal location - Tom's place ticked every box on that checklist and more. Getting to places like Central London, Battersea Power Station, Victoria, and Brixton was easy. My feet actually still hurt one week after my visit due to the number of steps I was able to clock in doing all the things I missed doing in London (shopping, window shopping, and tea/coffee catchups with friends). All the while, with all the fun that the location brought, every time we entered the flat we felt like we could be in a chocolate box cottage country retreat. Think 'The Holiday'. Tom was a very kind host and even went as far as to make sure our daughter had a cot for our stay, our daughter loved taking tours around the house and was in awe of the lovely art and happy colours. This was a memorable stay for our family! Thank you, Tom!

We found this apartment to be the perfect launch spot for our brief stay in London. The location was so perfect. Just 1 block from the central line, getting around the city was a breeze. You're also walking distance to beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point but the host was quick to retrieve our keys for us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I would recommend this place for up to 3 people who want a laid back London experience!
