Weekend stay for a family birthday, and had chosen the house for its in-town location. It didn't disappoint as we were able to park the cars on our arrival and didn't use them again until we left. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and easy to use, with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable - thank you. Jess was very communicative ahead of our arrival and gave some great advice on local restauarants in the town. Check in arrangements were straight forward and hassle-free.

We had a wonderful stay for a friends Hen. The perfect location for being in the middle of Brighton and a lovely house. Hosts were always responsive and messaging to check up on how we were finding the stay. I would highly recommend this property for a group weekend away in Brighton!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming spot in Rye! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the town's quaint shops, cafes, and historic landmarks. Steve’s place itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Steve is friendly and helpful, and provided great recommendations for the area. We can't wait to return to Rye and would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting the area.

This was such a lovely stay! The whole family went to Brighton for the half marathon and this place did not disappoint. Not only was it so clean and beautiful, it was right by the seafront and the start line. A convenient location with lots of amazing pubs nearby. Xavier was very welcoming and met us at the house, he was a very Friendly accommodating to our needs. Also gave lovely recommendations for pubs and food. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Xavier.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adam’s place. His home is immaculate, and beautifully decorated. A fabulous layout which works well. Its location is handy for all the local attractions. We even had complimentary Prosecco and fresh milk and a huge bunch of divine white roses! Highly recommend this cottage. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Adam, it was perfect.

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

Our family of six and our year old grandson had a perfectly amazing stay! This townhouse was beautiful and so clean. We felt right at home. Easy to find, centrally located. We found fantastic nearby breakfast place, they were so friendly. Would stay here again for all our London visits! Can’t say enough about our wonderful host!

The flat and location are amazing. Schalk was very helpful and always available. Flat was super clean and looks exactly like the pictures.

Great location in London! Monday through Friday food market in the street, foot traffic only! That was great. Food was amazing. Convenient to everything close and on the street, pharmacy, restaurants, pub,convenience store,… And best of all the happy halibut! Best fish and chips in London! Walkable to many of the big attractions, easy access to the tube and taxis! Place was very clean as described! Lots to do, planning our next trip in September!

Stay was lovely home away from home. Can be a little noisy at night as it’s near some pubs and restaurants and the windows are only single glazed but these are things that cannot be changed due to location and type of building, I am used to the silence of the countryside at night so I am more aware of noise than others would be. Overall a great house and we would definitely stay again.

Ophelia provided comprehensive instructions to find the property and for parking options. It’s easy to park on the road just at the entrance to Spring Place to unload. We used the long stay car park in town each day of our weeks stay, it’s free and felt secure. The property and all that went with it was very clean and everything functioned perfectly. The bedrooms and bathroom were particularly comfortable spacious nicely decorated. The stairs leading to the first and second floors were quite steep, those with reduced mobility may find them quite challenging. Plentiful supply of hot water, the shower worked great and the cubicle was nice and big. The kitchen is well equipped, we prepared several basic dinners during our stay. The kitchen/dining/living space was very comfortable for the two of us, a larger group may find it very ‘cozy’. The location was nice and quiet but still relatively close to the town centre, a five minutes brisk walk. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend.

Dominique was an excellent host. She shared many local recommendations and information on bonfire night traditions. The house is in the heart of Rye and a couple of minutes from the train station. Dominique was very accomodating with providing early check in and late check out. Would happily stay again.

Very nice house with 4 separete bedrooms. Newly refurbished and beautifully styled and fully equipped. Very welcoming and with some fruit and snacks provide to us . Top value. Only backdraw perhaps is the shabby neighbour house. /Magnus, Olle, Peter and Janne from Sweden

Alain is an excellent host! He lives in the area and was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. He met us at the house and explained everything. The location is very convenient, only 5 mins walk from the high street, sea front, train and bus stations. The house has been completely renovated and has very efficient heating, constant hot water and two good showers. The appliances are all newer and work well. It was great having tvs in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen. If we stay in the area in the future we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Eu definitivamente adorei minha estadia na casa da Helen, a casa é muito aconchegante, muito limpa e tinha tudo que eu precisa pra um ótima estadia, lugar bonito e muito próximo ao centro, eu recomendo a casa da Helen me senti em casa. Definitivamente eu voltarei a casa de Helen em Chichester.

A great little house with much to recommend it, well located just a twenty-minute walk to the cathedral and high street. The private parking space is right by the back gate and you enter the house via the back door into a sunny well-equipped kitchen. The living/ dining area is spacious and nice that it was fully carpeted. While we were there it was a chilly 2 degrees and our host Qiao could not have been more helpful, checking in with us every day to make sure we knew how to manage the central heating. The internet connection was excellent, a big plus for us as we are writers and needed to be online for chunks of the day. The area was super quiet at night and if you are staying a while and want to be self-catering, there is a large Waitrose within a 5 minute walk. We would happily recommend this little house for anyone wanting to explore Salisbury and the surrounding area.

The house is in a great location, a 10 min walk to both Richmond Station and Richmond Park and under 5 min to the river and the high street. Elena was a great host, she offered very clear instructions proactively, e.g. regarding the peculiarities of heating and hot water (which don't work simultaneously). For people with reduced mobility, it's worth noting that the bedrooms are on the second floor. The beds are really comfy!!

We had a lovely weekend away staying here. The house was very clean and tidy and it was a very easy commute into central Brighton. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stay just outside Brighton.

Echt een hele fijne locatie (5 min lopen en 10 min trein naar Waterloo station) het is een mooi huis als onderdeel van een nieuwbouw-complex. Alles is er in en er omheen is modern en dus netjes (ook goed geïsoleerd tegen geluid en kou etc). Parkeren betaal je los voor maar is ook super goed geregeld. Enkele zaken die wel van belang zijn: De Gym op de foto's zit niet in het gebouw/complex, maar een min of 5 lopen er vandaan (in station Clapham Junction) en je moet er ipc los voor betalen. Verder zijn de bedden erg goed en liggen lekker, maar ze zijn allen iets smaller dan de standaard van 180CM die we in NL gewend zijn.
