The place and the hosts were splendid! Very fast to answer at all times, willing to help with local places to visit and see. The place itself its very comfortable and cosy we all felt like home from the same minute we entered: high ceiling, wooden interior, nice breakfast bar. It was even better than in photos. The neighbourhood is quite and authentic. When next time visiting Tbilisi will return here!!! Thank you so much guys!

Had an absolute ripper of a stay at Levan’s place! He’s a top bloke—warm, friendly, and super welcoming, making sure everything was spot on from the get-go. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of old Tbilisi. It’s an easy 5–10 minute stroll to Liberty Square and Rustaveli Ave, where you’ll find the metro and plenty of buses to get you wherever you need to go. The apartment is exactly as described and looks just like the photos—no dodgy surprises, just a cosy and comfy spot to call home for a bit. One thing to keep in mind, though: it’s on the fourth floor with no lift, so you’ll be hoofing it up about 90–100 stairs. If you’re not keen on a bit of a climb, that’s something to consider. But here’s the kicker—the effort’s well worth it! The terrace offers a cracking view of the whole city, especially at night when Tbilisi is all lit up. Stunning. All in all, would 100% recommend staying here. Brilliant host, prime location, and a view that’ll knock your socks off.

When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel like you've come back home. It is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. The apartment has high ceilings, creating a spacious atmosphere. The furniture and design are works of art - everything is well thought out. If you need anything, you can find it there. I must say that reality surpasses the photos. Additionally, the bedroom windows overlook a calm courtyard; we slept peacefully all night with them open. We were delighted to discover this apartment and will definitely stay again! Special thanks to Anna for her perfect communication and care.

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!

Great old apartment atmosphere We had a wonderful stay at Natia's place in Tbilisi! The flat is very well-located, just a short walk from Station Square where both metro lines meet, making it easy to get around the city. There are also bus stops nearby, which was very convenient for us. The flat itself is very quiet, surrounded by other buildings, and has a great atmosphere. The yard with a remote-controlled gate for parking was a nice touch, providing extra convenience and security. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay – from a kitchen with an oven, fridge, and cooker, to a cozy living room with a TV. It's clear the place was nicely renovated, preserving the old character of the building while offering modern comforts. Communication with Natia was quick and easy, and the check-in process was seamless. We actually ended up extending our stay to explore more of Tbilisi because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend!

Wonderful apartments in the center of Tbilisi. The interior is very clean and spacious, with a completely fresh renovation and multiple bathrooms. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided. The location is extremely convenient—all the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a metro station. The host provided clear check-in instructions, so the process was smooth and hassle-free. We stayed as a family of five and absolutely loved it. If we decide to visit Tbilisi again, we will definitely choose these apartments.

Natia‘s apartment is a well-kept, fully-equipped, clean, cosy and authentic flat in a traditional courtyard house. The location is very close to the Opera and therefore right in the middle of Tbilisi - ideal for any cultural and culinary activity. We felt very much at home there and enjoyed our week in the city a lot. One minor issue with warm water was instantly solved by Natia‘s mother, who lives nearby. We‘d come back with pleasure!

I had an amazing stay at Mikheili’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and Mikheili was a fantastic host — super responsive. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants, while still being quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s. Overall, this was a great experience.

Giorgi's place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed. Giorgi himself was amazing—he lives next door and was always quick to help with anything. He even went out of his way to help my parents, who don’t speak English, with their checkout and getting to the airport. Such a thoughtful host! Would definitely stay here again.

Мы провели незабываемые дни в этой уютной квартире! Местоположение просто идеальное: рядом есть все необходимое — кафе, магазины, а также удобная транспортная развязка, чтобы добраться до главных достопримечательностей. Квартира очень чистая, комфортная и обставлена со вкусом. Особенно приятно было вернуться с прогулки и отдохнуть в таком теплом и уютном пространстве. Хозяйка квартиры заслуживает отдельной благодарности! Она была невероятно отзывчива, всегда оперативно отвечала на вопросы и давала полезные советы. Мы чувствовали себя как дома благодаря её внимательному отношению. Однозначно рекомендую эту квартиру всем, кто ищет комфортное жилье в отличном месте с заботливым хозяином! Could not have been happier with the entire stay. The house was in great shape, the kitchen was great, and the neighborhood is lovely. We stayed in January, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool and the garden, but I can imagine it would be absolutely beautiful in the summer!

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!
