The host is amazing. They allowed us to do earlier check-in and a bit late checkout Stay was perfect. Neighborhood was great. House itself was perfectly clean and ideal to host 6 adults. Bed linen and washrooms were clean and sanitized. It was quiet and far from roads and traffic jams. Host also provided equipment for BBQ Overall, I recommend this place for a group of adults.

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

Gvantsa’s flat is super cosy - a cute and quiet courtyard house in the middle of a lively neighbourhood. Perfect to enjoy vibrant Tbilisi while having a little cocoon to rest! Gvantsa is super responsive, helpful and flexible. I can only recommend her and her flat :)

I stayed at the place for two nights. I enjoyed my stay, felt safe and the room is in a nice area of the city. It was not ideal with the height, but it was manageable for me. Very kind people as well. will definitely come back one day

The location of the house is great, everything you need is nearby. The house is very clean and everything was working in the house. Keti always responded very quickly and we enjoyed our stay very much :)

A top notch Airbnb experience. The apartment and neighborhood were both so charming. Tamar was super communicative and pleasant. Our stay was a highlight of our visit to Georgia.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

J’ai passé un peu plus de deux mois, parfait dans ce logement, à tout moment l’hôte était joignable et très réactif pour répondre à mes questions au besoin au niveau du logement, cela correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Хорошая новая квартира со свежим ремонтом, дом новый. Хозяйка очень внимательная и отзывчивая, останавливались уже во второй раз

We loved Nika’s place! She was very accommodating. The bar noise didn’t bother us much, it wasn’t loud as we thought it would be. All in all a great experience :)

Wir waren zu dritt zum ersten Mal in Georgien. Nino ist uns sehr entgegenkommen bei der Ankunftszeit und hat sich viel Zeit genommen um uns die Wohnung zu zeigen sowie hilfreiche Tipps zu geben. Sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ist. Ihre Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man braucht um sich wohl und wie zuhause zu fühlen. Wir haben viel über herzliche georgische Gastfreundschaft gehört, dank Nino haben wir jetzt ein Bild davon.

Very friendly and responsive host. He was very flexible in check in and check out based on our strange flight times. The flat is very clean and well equipped. The washing machine is awesome. If we had our kids with us we could have used a few more pots and pans etc. in the kitchen, but otherwise the furnished kitchen was great.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment had everything we could ask for, and the overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay

It’s our second stay at the apartment and it’s wonderful as always. The apartment is in a perfect location. Right in the city center but on a quiet street, which made our stay very peaceful. It’s spacious, comfortable, and airy, with incredibly cozy beds that made it hard to get up in the morning! Nina and her father are great people. When Nina was away, her father helped us right away with a small issue, which we really appreciated. Every time we’re staying here we feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s pure comfort. Even for big families with kids. There’s a huge shopping mall nearby and an amazing breakfast place just around the corner called Breakfast Is. Highly recommended

Нам очень понравилось жить в этой уютной квартире, в ней есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания! Отличный вид из окна, тихо и спокойно. Неподалеку есть разные магазины, но в целом место достаточно удаленное для уединения

הדירה מושקעת, מעוצבת בצורה יפה ובטעם טוב, מרווחת, נעימה ומאוד מזמינה ממש כמו בית. הינו עם ילדים והם נהנו לשחק במרפסת, הכל היה מאובזר ברמה גבוהה ובטעם טוב. המארח החביב הסכים לנו להגיע מוקדם יותר ולצאת מאוחר יותר ועל כך אנחנו צריכים אותו מאוד. תודה רבה על האירוח!!!

We stayed for two nights in Mariam’s apartment and had a wonderful weekend. The apartment is very well located next to restaurants, cafes and museums, and close to the old center. Mariam is very friendly and responds very quickly to messages, making it very convenient to organise our trip. The apartment is cute, very clean, with all the right amenities to have a nice stay.
