We really enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for our 4 adults & 2 children. It was very clean & had most everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The only thing we were disappointed in was there is no oven & we had planned to bake Christmas cookies with the kids.

Don't waste time looking elsewhere, because is the place you want to stay. Not only because the home is beautiful (clearly a great deal of thought went into the architecture and furniture) and the location in Old Tbilisi is perfect, but also the host, Oto, will make your stay seamless and worry-free. He is the most responsive, attentive and thoughtful host we have ever had at an AirBnB. He arranged airport transportation, helped us print documents, replaced an appliance, and much more, all with zero stress. Excellent English and Russian. Our family of six from NYC (me, my wife, my mother-in-law, our 4 year old daughter, and our newborn twin girls) stayed here for five weeks. The bedrooms/kitchens/bathrooms/patios were immaculate. We hired a housekeeper/cook to come for a few hours every other day, and a nanny for the twins when we wanted to do day trips. Both were excellent, inexpensive, and absolutely worth it. I'm sure Oto would be happy to give their contact info.

A top notch Airbnb experience. The apartment and neighborhood were both so charming. Tamar was super communicative and pleasant. Our stay was a highlight of our visit to Georgia.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Le Airbnb était propre, idéalement situé et bien équipé ! L’hôte nous a été d’une grande aide en nous proposant ses services de transports de l’aéroport au airbnb pour des vols en pleine nuit. Elle nous a également recommandé d’excellentes adresses de restauration qui nous ont comblé ! Si vous souhaitez passez quelques jours à Tiblissi, ce logement est idéal.

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

The appartment is so nice and clean, the owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. If there’s a chance to go back again in Georgia definitely we will stay again in this appartment.

Very cozy apartment, located in very convenient place. Right next to the wine factory, which is best place to have a nice evenings in Tbilisi. Fully equipped apartment with huge veranda to enjoy morning sun with cup of coffee. Just highly recommended!

Our stay was truly special! The apartment is right in the heart of Tbilisi, allowing you to walk everywhere while still experiencing authentic surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the apartment itself is warm, comfortable, and full of that unique Tbilisi charm. Staying at Tamara’s penthouse was an absolute highlight of our trip to Tbilisi. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The location was perfect—close to the city center yet peaceful enough to enjoy some quiet moments. The check-in process was smooth, and Tamara was an excellent host, always available to answer questions and provide local recommendations. The amenities were top-notch, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Tbilisi and looking for a luxurious, well-located apartment with an incredible view!

В квартире жила моя мама, и я волновалась, будет ли ей комфортно. Но квартира была настолько хорошая, что ей очень понравилось. Квартира чистая, с новым ремонтом, теплая, уютная, с прекрасным расположением в самом центре города, при этом в ней тихо. Спасибо большое хозяйке!

Безумно понравилась квартира, очень удобная, красивая, уютная. Расположение идеально, метро в трех минутах от дома.

Ev gayet güzeldi ve her türlü ihtiyacımız düşünülmüştü. Çoğu mekana yakındı ve çevresinde alışverid yapacağımız marketler vardı. Ev sahibimiz hem hızlı yanıt vermesi hem açık talimatları hem de dost canlısı önerileri ile gezimizi mükemmel hale getirdi.

Amazing unit in an amazing place. Quick response. In Tbilisi Old Town , which many amazing restaurant around, many halal options as well. Carrefour nearby. Pharmacies & mini market 24hrs. Clean unit. They also have a complete facilities to cook & also washing machine to wash the laundry. But i didnt cook & wash. Its my holiday right ?? 😅 Thanks to the host Teona. Will return if i have a chance to visit Tbilisi again.
