We were in town for a whirlwind, last minute family event and Ryan was the most accommodating, kind, and generous host we could have ever imagined. He made a really stressful time for us so much easier and we would never hesitate to use any of his properties. The place was clean, cozy, and was a really great price for all the space and amenities provided. Thank you so much!

This is our second stay at Eric’s place. We love the chill vibe of the mid century meets eclectic interior and the view of the river. As a host Eric is flexible, thoughtful and accommodating. The bed is one of the cozy, comfiest ever, linens just right, everything nice and clean. Nice touches include a chilled, bottled water dispenser, wireless speakers for listening to your own music or turn table and sound system for enjoying his. We discovered during our stay that January and February is bald eagle season. The huge picture windows and provided binoculars allowed for some great eagle viewing as they flew over and sat on the river.

it was wonderful to have a clean house to gather relatives for a meal, laughter and fun around a large dining room table and living room. The kitchen had everything necessary for us to make a meal together. Thank you for allowing our two lazy bulldogs. It was wonderful!

This charming cottage offers breathtaking views of the water and a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The sunroom was our favorite spot to unwind, catch a sunset and watch barges occasionally drift by. The neighborhood was quiet, but there was plenty to do nearby - shops, restaurants, wineries and historical sites. Robin was an exceptional host—responsive, and welcoming.

Can’t recommend this place enough! My husband I came for a relaxing and recharging weekend to celebrate our birthdays. The views were amazing and the hot tub is the best seat in the house. Betzy was so accommodating and friendly. Everything you need for a getaway ♥️

We loved our stay at the River Cabin! Its a place where you just feel right at home. I like the way they made use of all of the space. Loved the vintage record player and radio console. It was in a great location central to the Eagle watching spots I wanted to visit. This place is where I will return next winter to photograph the eagles, for a longer period of time. Catherine was very responsive and helpful. There were dog dishes and toys and a bed, for Mighty Mandy. Thanks for a great stay! There is a little place outside to sit at a table and watch the river, which would have been great if weather was warm.
