The home was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Carol was a great host, friendly and always available to answer questions. Carol even kindly helped re-route packages that arrived for us after our departure. I would recommend the property to anybody looking to stay in the area or to be close to the surrounding areas.

I was in the area because my father had a stroke. Mark was so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. His brother and mother both helped me tremendously during a very challenging time! What an incredibly kind, compassionate and caring family. The house was adorable very well stocked convenient location with a beautiful walk to the river! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Ann Marie was super responsive, and the space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It’s an easy walk to the beach and only a short drive to town. A perfect little getaway spot for a couple—highly recommend!

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Staying here truly felt like being in paradise. The house itself feels so inviting; it took no time at all to relax and feel at home. Everything that you could possibly need is here in the house. Michael’s attention to detail deserves praise! This home stands out from all others because of the minor details. Beautiful views of the beach. Close to Silver Sands Beach with a nice boardwalk to take a walk on. Home is comfy and well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! This is our second time staying in the home and both times Mariza was accommodating and great to work with. The house is in a great location on the water and is clean and maintained very well. We plan to stay again in the future!

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything I needed was provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and it was quiet enough for a relaxing retreat. The communication with Curran was excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and provided great recommendations for things to do nearby. It really felt like a home away from home

Booked this for my mom visiting from the South , perfect location very close to shops and restaurants. The rental was clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book again

Had 3 wonderful nights here, took LIRR in & back to Manhattan twice & was able to catch some Broadway shows between my concert at the local historic Paramount Theatre John was a great communicator!! A+++

This is a lovely home. We felt very comfortable there. The surrounding park was beautiful. We saw 5 deer one afternoon! It was very convenient to our family in Kings Park and to restaurants and shops.
