Nadia was so friendly and responsive! She made our stay so easy and comfortable! We enjoyed meeting her and her family, and her 2 cats! Loved the herb garden in the backyard. The shower always had quick hot water, and the casita was well insulated from outdoor sounds, always quiet. The A/C worked well, and we were always comfortable in the casita. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we hope to stay again next time we are in Austin!

We had a great time! Jim was super helpful and welcoming and the campground was beautiful. Lots of stuff to explore and friendly people. The camper was perfect and just like the photos and description!

Enjoyed our stay, very clean place and super walkable. Stayed with a work colleague and it was a good setup with the two bedrooms and two baths. No living room or couches, but there is a kitchen table and chairs. Would definitely consider another stay here under similar circumstances. Thank you!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aaron & Leigh’s. It’s a beyond perfect setup for anyone, staying for a night, or even weeks. They’re generous, accommodating, communicative, and responsive. Not to mention their place is in a beautiful area, walkable to many main attractions downtown. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Austin.

This terrific unit in a quiet neighborhood is close to Austin’s 6th Street restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and we appreciated the coffee supplies and some drinks in the frig. Steph was very quick to our request for supplies. The outside yard/ patio sitting area was nice for some sunny day rest. Note- bathroom is downstairs from the top floor bedroom. Also be careful : it’s a bit slick getting in/out of the clawfoot bathtub ! Thank you !

It was a super cozy place. Really does give you a cottage vibe. Chris was really chill. It’s a great location not too far from the city but far enough to relax and there are good gyms and restaurants close by

The most impactful aspect of the rental is that is very peaceful and quiet when you are there.

Joe's place is small, but comfortable, and it's in a great neighborhood. It was easy to find parking on the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Look no further— this place is great! Probably the best value Airbnb I’ve ever had the privilege of staying in. Great location, clean, comfortable, and safe. Mark was nice and responsive. I only stayed here for one night, but would not hesitate to come back for an extended stay. Overall great experience and would recommend this to any friends or family.

The space and the view in and of itself was even grander than depicted in the pictures provided on the listing, but the high praise doesn’t end there. This was one of (if not the) cleanest and most well put together Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Need spare batteries? No worries, they have them. Aluminum foil? K-cups? Sandwich bags? Feminine hygiene products? They have all of that as well. Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! Will definitely stay again!!

Esmeralda is a great host. She is very responsive and attentive to the guests’ needs. Her place is away from city’s hustle bustle yet not very far feom local attractions especially downtown Austin. The hot tub at the property was a great touch. The RV is nice and cozy. Will consider staying here again if I return to the area.

My husband and I loved staying at Nina’s place for a quick weekend trip to Austin. The decor of the home is so cute, and we were impressed by its cleanliness! It was perfect for our purposes.

Loved my stay at The Honey House!. As-pictured and literally a 1 min walk to all the action on SoCo but somehow quiet. It was refreshing to be in a guest house that wasn't a full-time Airbnb. It had personality! It was homey! Kristen provides a parking pass for free street parking upon request and we never had a problem getting a spot within half a block of the house. Would absolutely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Alison's guesthouse. The interior of the home was spotless and had everything we needed. The kids loved the outdoor space, and we spent a good portion of each day in the heated pool and hot tub. Plus, the kids loved the dogs, Teddy and Rupert. Alison and family were so friendly and great hosts. Thank you for a wonderful week in Austin!

I stay here frequently and it’s become a second home for me when working in Austin. Close to all the fun on South Lamar and South Congress… check out South 1st for restaurants also… can’t wait for the giant HEB to open on Oltorff 5 min away next month. I’ll be back soon.

We had a wonderful time! The home was easy to get to, had off-street parking, and is located very close to the river. We loved walking around the neighborhood and exploring the trail along the river. Also, the Launderette—less than a 2-minute walk away—was so cute and had great happy hour prices for a treat or lunch! Amina was a very responsive and thoughtful host. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

My friend and I recently stayed at Ana's for 4 nights; we absolutely LOVED this place! The unit smells like a spa each time you walk in. We were greeted with delicious homemade cookies and a basket of treats. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was available in the unit. The shower was beautiful with good water pressure (and designed for tall people) and plenty of hot water for back-to-back showers. The bed was comfy (on the harder side which I prefer). The location for us was perfect, within walking distance of trails, Ladybird Lake, downtown area, and good food/drinking establishments in the area. I have stayed in many Airbnbs over the last 8 years and have never had a host ask me what kind of coffee maker I preferred (Keuring or French Press?) or what kind of creamer I wanted - Ana did both! Ana always responded promptly to questions whether it was me or my friend inquiring. We got to meet Ana, Troy, and the sweet dogs. Great place to stay for 1-2 people!

Abid & Lamiyah's place is spectacular. The property is very nice and well-maintained. The location is great too - very central in Austin, walkable to restaurants/bars along Manor Rd, and yet in the middle of a quiet (and quirky) neighborhood.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Kelly’s ABNB! The location is wonderful, so love the quiet neighborhood and the ability to walk down to the lake. Kelly also is so welcoming… coffee, water, and milk, all ready for my arrival!

Kristin's place was perfect for our weekend stay from Dallas for a wedding in downtown Austin. Convenient location near highway making it easy to get around. It was close to downtown as well. The place was very clean and tidy and everything we needed. The weather was great to lay out by the pool as well.
