Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

I think she was fantastic! We just had some troubles with the doors and locks!

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Highly recommend this well-appointed spot in Pomona! The house was exactly as described and pictured - clean, pleasant, and spacious. Ann and Joel were responsive, helpful, and made checking in and out such a breeze. The backyard, right down to the patio, fairy lights, and space to run around with a toddler, was exactly what I was looking for. And because of the lemon and orange trees, and the jasmine that blooms around the neighborhood, walking out your door is a bit like lighting a Jo Malone candle. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting friends or family in the area, or for anyone who’s attending the nearby (in walking distance!) LA County Fair and want to make a weekend of it.

David and Kelly's home was just as described, a beautiful secluded ranch in a nice walkable neighborhood. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early (especially helpful when flying across the county with 2 year old triplets!) The home had everything our group of 12 needed. We let David know an air filter needed to be replaced, just as a heads up and he changed it that day! They were truly wonderful hosts! An amazing perk of Airbnb is experiencing the culture and way of life where you are visiting, rather than a bland hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The house was spotless and very spacious. Very peaceful setting and only a short drive from the vineyards. Rob was a fantastic host and had great local recommendations. He even left us a delicious bottle of wine from his vineyard. Would highly recommend this home!

Fantastic place and just as great hosts. Family had so much fun in and outside the property. The ping pong table was an unexpected feature that really amplied the fun. Would come back again!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Justin is a wonderful host. Always quick responses to any questions and made us feel right at home. The highlight of the house is the amazing backyard. Perfect for larger groups with a fire pit, huge TV, putting green and large pool. The views from anywhere outside the house are spectacular. Thanks for a great stay Justin!

Very peaceful place to stay at, plus the host had complimentary drinks and snacks. Extremely clear instructions of everything inside and outside of the house making things very easy to understand. I love how she shares facts about herself and her family in a binder for guests to read!

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable! Basic necessities for kitchen and bathroom were provided. Extra towels, bedding fans, and heaters were also available to use. The kids enjoyed the boardgames. Audrey was very proactive and communicative when an issue with one of the trees on her property that posed a problem from a storm few days prior. She was trying to remedy the problem and even allowed us the option to stay at her property while I contact AirBNB customer support to assist with what our options were if we needed to relocate . unfortunately, Airbnb customer service had me on hold for 1hr before I hung up. Audrey was understanding and flexible with our situation and provided us the option to stay and even extended the time of check out. We highly recommend this property and host! Thanks Audrey!

To be honest Marianne made me feel like I was staying with family. She was very informative, helpful,friendly and very much invested in our comfort. Thank you for attention to the details that made our stay so memorable. I definitely recommend that if you are lucky enough to be selected by her that you run and book now!!!

Had a great stay with my family of 5! Great location, private, safe. Easy to get to Disneyland from property. Beautiful backyard space - though didn't stay long to enjoy it (there's a grill and firepit). Would stay again!

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.

It was really nice and open and clean, looked under the beds and there was trash under it. Despite the little things, there was clean towels, clean bedding and the bunk beds there was a lot of space, i think it may be a queen size. It was decent price but the time we booked it i just wish the last room wasnt a bunk bed. It was in a really nice area. nice and private lots of parking. Communicating to the host was really easy and clearly communicated, how to gt there and get into the place

The cabin was great. We really appreciated the little details put in by the hosts that made our stay much more enjoyable. Communication was great and hosts responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Two (minor) things that keep me from giving the place a perfect rating are the dog hair. I understood that the place was pet friendly but we did encounter a bit of dog hair on the floors, couches, and some of the throw blankets. Also the tv remote for the living room tv was in rough shape and made using the tv a bit frustrating at times. Again, these two things did not ruin the trip at all but worth noting. Overall it was a great family trip and we would definitely recommend the cabin to any one of our friends.
