If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville with or without animals this is the place! Very quiet neighborhood, large fenced in yard for dogs, close to shopping and restaurants! If you’re looking for a place with oddly great water pressure in the shower then you hit the jackpot staying here!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Good location for our needs and check in was simple

The house was very clean and bigger than what the pictures showed. My family and I had a wonderful time in their home and I will book again when we return to Jacksonville: great neighborhood and only 20ish minutes from the airport. Beautiful home!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I must say the pictures do not do it justice! We felt right at home when we walked in the door. The comfort of the home was very inviting. Felt like we stepped off the plane right into England. The beds are quite comfy. Plenty of room for large families and even us small ones too! Tho we did not swim, the pool appeared to be very inviting. Private fenced backyard. Very quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Fantastic host. Always responsive and was very accommodating. Thank you James, we look forward to returning here or another one of your locations.

Great place, very clean. very spacious. it was a little cold to use the pool, but the summer months should be awesome. I highly recommend this place.

This location had many local amenities that made us feel like we were right at home. There were many new developments for shopping etc. we were just 25 minutes away from downtown St Augustine, 20 minutes from St John’s Town Center and 25 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. It was the perfect location for us to get around the greater Jacksonville area.

The accommodations were appropriate for the purpose of the trip. The host was very kind, helpful and quick to respond.

Gregory is awesome. We had an issue with a bed frame and he drove 2.5 hours to take care of it. We enjoyed a cup of coffee and great conversation with him while he was there

this was an amazing tiny home perfect for one individual or a couple. It was myself my wife and our two dogs and plenty of room for that so close to everything in Avondale in Riverside easy access to the highways zero complaints for me about this spot. great host amazing location. Next time I go visit family in the Jacksonville area. I will definitely see if this location is available.

The second we walked into Connie’s house we immediately felt at home. We have made many trips to Jacksonville, FL and this has been our favorite. I would love to be able to rent it each time we need to stay a couple of weeks!

Carolina was a great host. Her instructions were clear and she was very responsive. Her home was perfect for what we needed for the week. As a family with a young child it had everything we needed. For others who may be in the same boat, the townhome has stairs which we did not realize when booking (always a risk with a toddler) but we were able to make it work. The backyard was nicer than we expected and the location is very convenient to a lot of places around the beach. Thank you Carolina!

Notbing but positive stuff to say! The house was perfect for the two of us, not far from anything at all. David responded super quick to anything, and even came to help me back into the house! I would definitely stay again if need be!

Something came up and we had to move to another location that Lisa owned. She was quick to respond and took care of the switch. Even though it was late in the evening she was able to complete the switch. The next morning we had a box of supplies deopped off to us for the location. Thank you again!
