My husband and I stayed at Megan’s place for a little over a week. It was exactly as described. You can tell from the outside that the building is an older building, but definitely was very modern was you got inside. It is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and stores, some even in walking distance (didn’t walk because it was cold). Megan was very quick to respond whenever I messaged about anything. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay as well.

My husband and I came for work purposes. Jessica made the difference from the beginning. She returned my call very quick and although at the time she didn't have a long term available she helped me get settled for a few days on one of her units. We arrived in town late in the afternoon so it was very nice of her to have answered. Later in the month I was able to ge booked on a longer term where i stayed for 5 months. I hardly had to get ahold of her her but any time I did, she was quick to reply. A week before I left she reached out again to make sure everything was ok and to see if she can be of any further help. It was time for us to go back to Texas or else I would of stayed there longer!. There is good food around and in my opinion the town is very calm and safe.

Everything you need is right there from the appliances, to soaps, all the way down to a few interesting toys. The coffee shop downstairs is an extra touch if you like trying to new things! We'll likely try to visit again soon.

Lisa was responsive & the apartment was spacious, homey, warm, comfortable, and clean.

What can I say? The location was perfect. We were even able to walk to a local brewery a couple of times for dinner and drinks. Jenn was so quick to respond with any questions/concerns. Thanks Jenn!

came for a weekend of horse showing at WEC. soooo close! Comfortable, easy drive, off street parking, wash/dryer a plus for us. Beds were very comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the historic building. Very nice kitchen. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

I ended up getting sick and so I thought I might have to stay a second day and the owner was quite willing to accommodate email though I was able to get up in the morning and drive home. It was a lovely place very convenient to Miami University.

Have stayed at quite a few Airbnbs. This one is at the top of my list ❤️❤️. The decorations and the set up were amazing! Now the shower was level!! Like staying at a spa 🤩❤️. Made the trip to come visit Cedarville. Perfect location, within walking distance to many of the local coffee shops and to Cedarville University. Will definitely stay here again!!

We have stayed here twice and both experiences were perfect. The space is beautiful and well-appointed and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Jeff is a terrific host and very responsive!

My fiancé, 18 year old son, and I stayed here for a soccer tournament weekend. We had plenty of room! We fought over the recliner! May be the most comfortable recliner ever! We used DoorDash for some delicious meals! Highly recommend Submarine House and JT. Chumps! You are only 10-15 minutes from all the city, but we enjoyed the peace of the country! Great communication, price, and location! We would stay again! Thanks for the hospitality!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while visiting my in-laws in Dayton. Phil was super nice and helpful, the place was very clean, and we got it a great price. No complaints - I highly recommend!

Overall rating: 5/5 We had a great time in this case! The host is very friendly and quick to respond to all questions. The apartment was as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient - there are shops, cafes nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation. I especially liked the view from the window!!!

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

The place was very cozy & clean and very peaceful! My sister even saw 2 eagles before we left. It was so comfy and homey. They pond was wonderful to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful property. It was quiet and just what we needed. The only thing I would suggest is to not use the plug in deodorizer and to have some info on restaurants, grocery that are nearby for those not familiar with the area that might not have cell phones. Very nice place and highly recommend this to others to enjoy! ❤️ We loved it!! It was decorated & furnished so beautifully! It was nice that snacks were available also! We also enjoyed the indoor fireplace. It was very quiet and peaceful & beautiful!! Very pleased with our stay and the ease of getting in!!

This was our 2nd visit as the location cannot be beat. So walkable and dedicated parking. The hosts checked in and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They even allowed us to have a later checkout so we could have more time to explore the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

The host gave instructions on how to find the location, how to enter and for check out. They allowed us to walk the property and interact with their farm animals. They were very kind.

The Jailhouse Loft was exactly what I could ask for. It was cozy with lots of amenities to keep my guest and I occupied and comfortable throughout the night. The glass shower was an unexpected luxury and the electric fire place was adorable. The small details in the room are what made it so memorable, such as the guestbook with handwritten notes from past stays and the hidden guest bed. Can’t wait to visit the jailhouse in the future, it was a lovely stay!

Joshua's place was exactly what we need it. Location was perfect near AF Base. the space was brilliantly organized. ample parking. Joshua responded to all my questions quickly and our communications was great. I will definitely recommend and go back to it if I am in Dayton again.
