Amazing location for those wanting a quiet coastal getaway. Beautiful sea and mountain views, short walk to Monkey Island and then onto the long sandy beach of Te Wae Wae Bay. Great basecamp for exploring other highlights of the southern coast. Well stocked with kitchen appliances and ingredients. Added bonus - the house is a recent build with superior insulation. Even though it was autumn with cold nights we were super cosy throughout our stay. (18-20 deg inside with no heaters on - wow!!)

Incredible place and beautiful location. We were a family of 10, the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the games, deck and activities room, fart board etc. Our new favourite place. X

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The cabins were a particular highlight for us to ensure we all had our own space to chill when required. The view on a clear starry night is spectacular. Would most definitely stay again if it was available.

What truly beautiful accomodation in lovely private surroundings. We just loved everything about this accomodation. So so so tastefully decorated. Comfort plus from the lounge furniture to the beds. We will definitely recommend to anyone we know heading South. Just awesome!!

It was a most enjoyable stay , the second for us at this property. The house is beautifully designed and sits in a perfect coastal setting. Walk to the bottom of the garden and through a gate and there’s the sea. Lots of walks, short drives with Southland scenery and good eateries nearby. A great place to unwind and to recharge the body and mind. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Lovely little cabin, coffee and tea were great. Super cosy and loved the garden!
