Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

Full disclosure, I did not stay at his unit as ended up in another spot with friends. Awesome communication and great pricing!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

Super nice condo. Well-furnished, high end touches. Great views!! Many luxurious amenities and walking distance to so many restaurants me bars, shops, museums, pier and parks!

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

Piece of Paradise in the midst of nowhere. Just outside of Tampa's Business if you're looking to be away from the city per say. She even had 2 water bottles in the fridge for us. :)

Nice, clean, comfortable stay! Stayed for one night with my family and we felt quite at home! Location was close to many activities and restaurants, instructions for self check-in easy! Minor detail: when the main road is busy, you hear the cars passing quite easily, but given its corner lot, it’s a very minor detail - would most definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would happily stay again! House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

Tatyana was wonderful. We asked for help with door open instructions and Wi-Fi Pw, and she responded in less than 5 min. Since we accessed the door multiple times, the key pad battery was low, she came right over within 10 min. We enjoyed our vacation so much. And we will definitely book this place again.

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable room on the bay! Great amenities right outside the room and two walkable restaurants and beach. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Alison is a great host! Fabulous communication and excellent place. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and swimming in the pool most. The bed and couch bed were comfortable. We also liked the modern lock - much better than a key! Thank you Alison!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Summer's place was perfect for families. I have three children (8, 6, 3) and they were thrilled with the location. It was the perfect size for us. The closest was stocked with kids toys, games, kids beach gear, even a small folding stroller. The location was perfect and accessible. It is a quieter neighborhood but everyone was polite. The highlight of the trip was seeing a whole pod of manatees off the neighborhood boat dock. Summer was so responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect for us. Highly recommend!
