Diane’s place was exactly as described. My daughter and I had an amazing time for Spring Break. Her home felt very comfortable and had all the amenities you could think of. Plenty of kitchenware to make meals at home. Diane thought of everything for a rental. She had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas to utilize and was very convenient. She has 2 different outside seating areas. Her rental is located within walking distance of the beach along with restaurants and gas stations. What I truly appreciated was the laundry soap/dryer sheets that were provided. It was an added bonus doing all of our laundry soap we didn’t have to do it when we returned home after vacationing. Diane’s home decor was beautifully done and very clean. I myself am working on my own rental and her place was a perfect example of what I want my rental to look, feel, and to be very accommodating to needs. I will definitely be looking to return here again. Thank Diane for providing an exceptional rental.

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

WOW 🤩 I had such a beautiful experience staying in Marilyn’s AirBnB. Her apartment was complete, extremely clean, beautifully designed, with the most thoughtful touches to accommodate a peaceful and restful stay. I was able to meet Marilyn and she is the kindest and most lovely host. I highly recommend her apartment to future guests.

Julias place is really nice, beautiful decorated and well equipped. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed with Airbnb. Beautiful neighborhood near a really nice park and close to restaurants and a trader joes. Downtown St. petersburg is just a short drive. We really had a great stay.

The place served our purpose while we were there. It is kept clean. The beds were comfortable. Had a nice backyard area.

Sid was very responsive and his place meet all of our needs. Comfortable, clean and the hot tub was fantastic.

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and varies restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and it had a refreshing feel to it. Andrea was a great host who communicated before, during, and after our stay. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

We had a great stay! The surrounding area felt safe and was in a convenient location, close to Tampa, grocery stores, gas stations, and more. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, just as described. Hector was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even when we arrived a bit earlier than expected (we let him know 30 minutes to an hour in advance and had no issues at all). Would definitely stay here again!

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Fantastic place to spend the week. Location was close enough to attractions, but just far enough away from traffic and noise. Very nice complex with a heated pool. Condo itself was clean and very spacious.

Great location! Just a few short steps from John’s Pass with lots to do. Everything was just as described. Would stay here again.

The condo was excellent! Pet-friendly and we love the ground floor (no stairs to climb with the pup). Only small issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and although Lisa was very responsive and tried to have it rectified many times, we were without it for most of our stay. Not a big deal though as there was only two of us. We love the Avalon complex and this was our second stay here. First time staying at Lisa’s and it was a very comfortable and clean space! Kitchen was well equipped. Lisa keeps on top of maintenance and looks after the unit. She was always available whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to be back sometime.

Had a very good time. Condo was how it was described. Check in process was very easy. Just fyi kiddie pool did not seem to be heated, but overall everything worked at great!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong!
