Ruhig gelegen mit schönem Pool, für Menschen die Entspannung suchen. Um zum Strand oder sehenswerten Dörfern/Städten etc. zu kommen, sollte man längere Fahrtwege einplanen (30-45 Minuten).

We had a great stay at Lennie‘s palazzo. She and her whole family have been very helpful and friendly. We‘d definitely go there again. The pool was ideal for our 2 yrs old child, the garden spacious and the view at the lush Italian countryside very relaxing.

Posto davvero bello! Esperienza divertente ed unica per chi come noi ha bambini, spazio per giocare, giochi a disposizione, ambientazione caratteristica. Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort immerso nelle colline Piacentine. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Consigliatissimo.

We had a lovely stay at Eli & Pier’s. Given its strategic location of the castle it boasted an impressive 360 degree view down below and was beautiful inside and out. I’d highly recommend this stay for something different and a place where you can truely relax

Es war ein super Aufenthalt, von Check-in bis zum Check-out. entgegen der Beschreibung, hatten wir ein eigenes Bad auf dem Zimmer. An der allgemeinen Sauberkeit im Zimmer, könnte sich so manches Hotel ein Beispiel nehmen. Wir durften uns in der Burg Tags, wie auch Nachts frei bewegen. Nicht alle Teile sind beleuchtet. Daher war es spannend, dort Nachts die Burg zu erkunden. Hallen, Balkone, Burgmauern, Innenhof etc.. In einem Hof leben Landschildkröten. An der Burg angeschlossen ist ein kleines feines Restaurant, sehr lecker und preislich ok. Ambra hatte uns empfangen und uns "eingewiesen". Sie stand mit Rat und Tat freundlich zur Seite. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Es war ein super Erlebnis! klare Empfehlung 👌🏽

This location is exceptional, the views, the castle, the room, the history, the tour. Really glad I didn’t read too much about the ghosts before I came to the castle. As part of your stay you can take a tour of the castle which was fascinating. Also looks like Pietro the owner supports artists and the arts and has quite an interesting collection of art pieces made and installed by former artists in residence. Fosdinovo doesn’t have much in the way of restaurants for the evening, but if you come by car there are places nearby. The stay includes breakfast which was quite lovely range of typical Italian collazione- pane, marmellata, frutta, salame, formaggio, some kind of little merenda ( the one I had was a pine nut cake and I haven’t had pine nuts in sweets before, only savory, but it was quite tasty) and of course Caffé or tea. My hosts Nicola and Giulia (they both work at the castle and live nearby, Pietro was out of town) were so friendly and attentive. I was not traveling by car and Nicola sent bus information but it turned out he was able to give me a ride from the train station instead of having to take the bus. So generous. For the record I took the bus back to the sarzana station and it was ridiculously easy, 1.50€ for bus ticket which you buy at bar across from the bus stop. Bus only runs in the morning to noon and for a few hours in the evening. This is an amazing place to retreat to and get out of the city. Nicola and Giulia only make everything better. I speak Italian but they both speak excellent English. You don’t usually think, oh I’ll make friends through this, but Nicola and Giulia generously offered of a glass (or two) of wine as nothing else in town or even nearby was open and frankly someone who can quote fugazi lyrics offhand is certainly someone I can be friends with. Hope I get to come back sometime.

Die Lage des Hauses bietet einen traumhaften Meerblick, doch der Zugang ist sehr schwierig und erfordert unbedingt ein 4x4-Fahrzeug. Mit unserem Jeep Renegade ohne Allradantrieb blieben wir stecken und mussten den Wagen abschleppen lassen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist eher einfach; uns fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie eine Spülbürste und ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Haus kaum geeignet, da es nicht isoliert ist und die großen Fenster bei starkem Regen undicht werden. Maria, die Hausbesitzerin, und Federico waren freundlich, wobei besonders Federico sehr hilfsbereit war. Er half uns nicht nur beim Organisieren des Abschleppdienstes, sondern unterstützte uns auch am Abreisetag mit unserem Gepäck. Trotz ihrer Freundlichkeit gibt es bei der Ausstattung und dem Komfort des Hauses deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.

Très belle et grande maison, parfaite pour les week-ends en famille ou entre amis ! Le terrain est parfaitement clos , c’était l’idéal pour nos chiens. Accueil chaleureux et efficace de la part de Giacomo .
