Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir waren mit unserem 7monatigem Sohn hier. Die Unterkunft war sauber, ordentlich und großzügig. Michaela war die perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns auf jede Anfrage eine qualifizierte Antwort gehabt und war sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Sie hat unseren Urlaub zusätzlich verschönert. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegener, was für uns perfekt war. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und man kann nach den Tagesausflügen wunderbar entspannen. Der Pool ist überdacht, was ihn perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse mit Kleinkind gemacht hat. Aber auch ohne Kinder ist er perfekt zum Abkühlen und entspannen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir empfehlen den Unterkunft und natürlich Michela wärmsten weiter. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Saubere, gut gepflegte Anlage mit Parkplätzen. Die Betreiber des kleinen Gastronomiebetriebes auf dem Gelände sind wirklich sehr nett und jederzeit greifbar, falls man mal etwas braucht. Haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt!

We had great time at Paolo's place. Paolo is great host - good communication- we have interacted mainly with his dad who checked us in and then checked us out- he was such a nice guy overall - gave us tips and met us at night at the station- interacting with him was so positive it made us feel very welcomed in Pisa. We appreciated his travel tips and advice on best things to visit and how to get there. Place was very clean - good condition. Location is ideal. There were some flies inside so we got couple of bites first night but nothing major. Otherwise beds were very clean and linen was freshly washed. Kitchen facilities were just about ok for a 3 night stay. Place is also very spacious making it comfortable to stay in and has a nice balcony where you could sit out. Overall great experience - I will recommend this place to friends visiting Pisa as the hosts are really nice and approachable making it safe to book with confidence!

Soggiorno molto piacevole da Patrizia, estremamente precisa e gentile. L’appartamento molto grande e dotato di tutti i comfort. Consigliato!

Barbara was a kind and friendly host who came personally to show us the apartment. It was clean and spacious and had a little cot set up for our fifth person. The rooms had dysons fans for the heat and the balcony views were beautiful.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom (Type N2) as a couple. The space was private and surroundings very peaceful, equipped with a garden and patio furniture to sit outside. Everything stated in the listing is provided. Roberta kindly let us check in early with no fee. The location is outside of the city so public transportation is required (10min to the station) otherwise a 50min walk to the station. However it is within 5min walking distance to a local grocery store with great prices so we utilized the kitchen well at Roberta's place, which is also well equipped. Overall we had a good experience here and would stay again. Thank you Roberta!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! L’endroit était vraiment propre et agréable, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions laissées. De plus, l’emplacement était idéal, à seulement 7 minutes de la gare, ce qui a rendu nos déplacements très pratiques.

Struttura pulita, ordinata e tenuta in maniera davvero impeccabile. In caso di emergenza ogni cosa è in piena regola: estintori e cassetta del pronto soccorso a portata di mano, pianta dell’edificio e vie di fuga segnalati chiaramente. Ogni ambiente emana un piacevole profumo di pulizia approfondita; non c’è un granello di polvere e si potrebbe mangiare per terra. Nonostante il livello di igiene pari a quello di una sala operatoria, si respira comunque un’aria tranquilla e familiare, di casa. In camera ci sono istruzioni per ogni elettrodomestico ed è presente una descrizione dei ristoranti della zona. I prodotti offerti rappresentano una graditissima coccola extra da parte di Maria Assunta, padrona di casa formidabile, arguta, con cui si possono intrattenere conversazioni piacevoli e di altissimo livello. Colazione variegata e di qualità: molti prodotti provengono da un forno del paese. Anche volendo, non riuscirei a trovare qualcosa di negativo. Super consigliato!

Giulia e Manuel sono degli ottimi host, gentili e premurosi,l'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettive, pulito e confortevole.

Un studio très beau, entièrement rénové, dans un immeuble ancien magnifique. Ce logement est idéalement placé à l'intérieur de Finale Borgo, une vieille ville calme, avec des restaurants de qualité, de jolies boutiques et une ambiance très agréable. L'accueil est dynamique et chaleureux, avec un petit déjeuner succulent dans le jardin de la propriété. Bref je recommande sans hésitation ! Un lieu à découvrir !

Tutto esattamente come nella descrizione. Zona tranquilla è molto comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura. Molto comodo l'angolo cottura.

Soggiornato per una notte per semplice appoggio per viaggio, ma sicuramente interessante per un soggiorno prolungato. La posizione è comoda arrivando dall’autostrada (5-10 minuti al massimo) e vedendo la mappa è a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro. Camera ottima ed essenziale. Materasso molto comodo e pulizia top! Comodissima anche la cucina con frigo utilizzabile dagli ospiti per appoggiare le proprie cose; altrettanto comodo e funzionale il self check-in con istruzioni molto pratiche. Che dire ancora…. STRACONSIGLIATO!!!

Très bon séjour en famille, le logement était très agréable, assez propre avec une super vue du balcon sur rapallo et la mer. Federica a été très réactif à nos demandes, nous avons échangé par message, très sympathique. Tout dans l’appartement étaient très fonctionnel. La résidence est placée dans les hauteurs de rapallo facile d’accès avec les bonnes indications. Nous avons pu visiter la ville et ses environs. Merci pour ce week end. Petit point négatif, l’insonorisation de l’appartement n’est pas très bonne, nous avons entendu les voisins. Mais à cette période de l’année il y en avaient pas beaucoup heureusement.

Luigi was always highly responsive and easy to work with. He was flexible working around my schedule which was very nice. The residence is very comfortable and highly functional.

Nice place, generally quiet area. Near a bus stop that will take you to the port and the historic center. Place was clean, and the host was responsive and helpful.

Ich hatte zwei schöne Tage in Firenze und in der Unterkunft von Ornella. Ihr Zuhause ist sehr gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich, als wäre man bei ihr zu Besuch. Der Check-In mit Marlos verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für diese Zeit!

Mio figlio si è trasferito per lavoro e avevo necessità di trovare un alloggio vicino al suo appartamento. Ho trovato subito questa stanza Dioniso molto carina con bagno e una piccola cucina in un appartamento piú grande. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Ottima la posizione per negozi e ristorazione Sicuramente terrò presente questa struttura per quando tornerò anche con l’altro figlio. Voto molto positivo.

I stayed with Ornella for a month and it was amazing! The room and apartment were clean and comfortable, the location is great and the view even better. But more importantly Ornella is an incredible host, so I felt like home straight from the beginning. I think Ornella is one of a kind. She is very lovely, kind, thoughtful, fun and caring. She always tries to to help with everything and is constantly busy making it comfortable for her guests. She will also provide the best tips where to go and what to do in the city and its surroundings. I really enjoyed staying with her a lot. Even when I had a few personal issues coming up, Ornella immediately helped me finding the best solutions to fix them – I am still very thankful <3. I could not have asked for a better host! I feel really lucky that I came across such a friendly and good person and Ornella definitely has a place in my heart now. I hope I can (please) come back to her one day. saluti e baci
