Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Fabien was an extremely kind and helpful host! This place was very spacious and comfortable. Being on a higher floor, it was quiet even though the streets were busy. It was also very convenient to take trains to Monaco and Italy as the station was just a 5 minute walk away. We had a great stay here and would recommend it.

My vacation was excellent at André’s-Pierre apartments. The host was very hospitable and communicative—he picked me up from the airport and took me to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Monaco and the sea. Huge thanks to André-Pierre for all the help and hospitality! I highly recommend André’s -Pierre apartments with great pleasure!

This is a roomy, top floor apartment with a real 180 degree view of Nice. It’s fantastic. It’s not in the touristy bit of the city. But a terrific neighborhood. Directly above a Carrefour grocery store and down the block from two superb bakeries. Five minute walk to the train station and main shopping street. Super close to Alliance Francais if you’re a language student. Great place. Merci Benoit!

Appartement très bien situé près de la gare et du centre ville. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description qui en est faite sur le site. Appartement petit mais très bien agencé avec du mobilier neuf et dans un état de propreté impeccable. Je recommande cette location pour ceux qui veulent visiter à pied le centre ville et le vieux nice.

Logement très bien situé, desservi par le tramway, proche d'accès de l'aéroport, des commerces, et de la mer. Appartement moderne, très bien agencé, lumineux, propre et fonctionnel. Le plus plus : une superbe véranda avec espace détente, très agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible et réactif. Je ne peux que conseiller ce logement. Valérie

Csodás szállás , csodás helyen. Ár-érték arányba nagyon jó választás. Egyedüli észrevétel, hogy vékonyak a falak és behallatszik ha megjön a szomszéd vagy éppen beszélgetnek. De nem panaszkodom , mert nem zavart minket és a csodás szállás kárpótolt minket. Köszönjük hogy itt lehettünk!

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

Our stay at Adelina's and Simone's place was a very pleasant one. The building itself is gorgeous - a historical palazzo - and the apartment perfectly matches the description. Adelina was a wonderful host, always friendly and proactive and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The apartment is in Genoa historic city center and near a lot of restaurants and commerces (can be a little noisy at night but it didn't bother us). Overall, a very nice place, we recommend :)

We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

Cet appartement à Juan Les Pins est très bien placé, à quelques minutes de la plage et avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare, c’est un endroit idéal non seulement pour profiter de l’ambiance et de la beauté de Juan Les Pins et d’Antibes mais aussi d’autres villes de la Côte d’Azur comme Cannes et Cap d’Ail. L’appartement était très propre, très bien équipé et très bien sécurisé. Nous avons été reçus par Yaël, une hôtesse charmante qui a fait tout pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Toute était très positif.

My month-long stay in Genova was made amazing because of Matteo’s place. Matteo and his family gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. The apartment is very comfortable, beautiful, in a great centralized location, and it has everything you need. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Important sights and the Porto Antico are also walkable from there. It truly has everything you could want. It is located inside of a beautiful Palazzo that is charming and safe. And Gaettana helped to keep my place clean with fresh linens and towels frequently. I highly recommend staying here, and I’m so grateful for this experience. I can’t say enough good things about my stay.

It is a very comfortable flat, located in a safe and walkable appartment building. Lift is there, also grocery store and good pizzeria nearby. The wifi speed is pretty good. Lucie is also a kind and responsive host. Plenty of space in the flat, its big. I would recommend the place to everyone. Specially people who would be working remotely. She has a good table / chair setup for working.

Quel plaisir d'être reçus par Pascal et Valérie qui vous accueillent à bras ouverts avec une excellente confiture maison! La maison est très agréable, le jardin aussi avec le terrain de pétanque, le bruit de fond passe après cette vue à couper le souffle.

The house was beautiful and more magical with the surrounding vineyards in the fall! You are enveloped by Moscato d’Asti grapes in 360 degrees. The house sits on the slopes of vineyards and it is so peaceful…the perfect way to unplug, without being totally inaccessible. We used it as a home base and traveled to Alba for the international truffle fair and to Torino for some good eats and sightseeing. But to be honest, we didn’t need to leave and would have been happy with 5 straight days in the house. For one of the evenings, we had dinner prepared by a private chef Joseph of Bevino. He made the most wonderful 6-course dinner with wine pairings from his personal cellar. Overall, It was the best way to experience Italian wine country! Make sure to take a car with you so that you can remain mobile and have the opportunity to explore all the pretty towns surrounding the house, including Cossano Belbo and Santo Stefano Belbo. We plan to return.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Maison Mimosa. Spread over several levels, the house had ample space for us all, was charmingly furnished, and had all important beach towels for beach trips (so many beach AirBnBs don’t). As keen cooks, we were delighted to find the house also had a decent amount of kitchen equipment. The location - in the middle of Old Antibes, very close to the local bus station and a 10-15 minute walk from the railway station - was unbeatable. Anna was an incredibly responsive host, checking in with us during our stay, and offering local insights. We would be very happy to stay with Anna again when next in Antibes - thank you for a wonderful week!

We have just returned after spending two wonderful weeks at the villa. The villa layout is perfect well equipped, with everything you need and much more. The location is stunning, incredible views and peaceful. St Paul de Vence and Tourette du loup are a must to visit. Floortje and Edgar were so welcoming, friendly and recommended places to visit, which were tailored to our requests and interests (three generations including a child) - wonderful hosts. Floortje was so accommodating of our early departure time - thank you. We will most definitely be back to stay again - wonderful memories for us all.

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Beautiful place and lovely host. Judith was a great host, she was very accommodating and even let us check in early so we could make use of the pool on a sunny day! Judith doesn’t speak English but uses Google translate to communicate which we didn’t mind at all! The accommodation itself was extremely clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. The pool and the views were the best part. Very secluded and peaceful area. I would recommend renting a car as it’s away from the centre and Ubers are not as easy to get. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would recommend. Thank you Judith for a great week!
