Great services apartment inside a super charming boutique hotel. Totally a win.

Tolle Unterkunft in Punta Allen. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber und total gemütlich. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Alles ist sehr sauber! Es gibt eine sharing Küche wo alles vorhanden ist. Villas und seine Frau sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben eine Tour mit Villas gebucht, die sehr schön war. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, uns viel gezeigt, viele Hintergrund Informationen gegeben und dabei aber auch die Natur respektiert. Nur zu empfehlen :)

Roger was great to work with. Responds quickly, answers questions, helps out in any way needed. We loved the resort and he made it happen without a problem!

Great 2 room option. Can walk to restaurants. Would stay again when we come back!

Great place walking steps to the beach, clean, they put attention to every detail. AC works perfectly. They even got a crib for my baby. Host always responsive and friendly. Highly recommended

The place was smaller than the pictures showed, but it was just me so it was okay. The man down the hall was very friendly and helpful even though there was a language barrier. The location was great; shopping and dining nearby. The beach is only a 10-minute walk. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling alone!

We had an amazing time at casa Jardin! The villa is in the perfect location in Tulum near town and restaurants and only a short drive to the beach. The villa was stunning and clean with a huge pool and plenty of room for our group. Very responsive hosts that gave us recommendations and made our trip complete. Highly recommended! Thanks again

We loved our stay! The host was very responsive. She helped us get a golf cart so we didn’t have to deal with that! We loved how private the apartment was and really enjoyed the rooftop balcony. We watched every sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Quick golf ride to playa Norte. Beach across the street but we didn’t use that one -too rocky to swim but beautiful to look at! Enjoyed watching the turtles in the lake. One bed was a bit too firm for me so we used the other bed. Easy access. Taxis always available if you don’t have golf cart. Our Favorite 2 restaurants are Mango’s and Rueben’s. We will definitely be back!

I came here for my birthday . It was an awesome spot. Very clean, the host was responsive & helpful . One of the best vacations I’ve been on!

They were very accommodating and were able to get us in within a day notice! Their place is perfect for bringing families together because you are all under the same roof but each family/couple has their own space in their own condo. Mateo was great help too. Thank you guys for the great time!

Words truly cannot describe how beyond exceptional Mantaray Tulum is. It is a hidden gem in the most spectacular bay with the most attentive service I've ever experienced. From the moment we landed, we were texted directions and asked what cocktails we would like waiting for us, greeted in the parking lot, given a tour of the property, and set up in our room. The room we stayed in was amazing with sliding glass doors opening right to the beach. Everything was immaculate and brand new-even picture frame TVs! The food, OMG THE FOOD-the best we've had in Tulum. From breakfast, to dinner, and everything in between, everything on the menu is to die for. Highly recommend their ceviche! The owners and staff are truly invested and in shows in every single detail. I would recommend this place hands down to anyone looking for tranquility and a little slice of heaven. 10/10, gold medal, best of the best. Thank you Mantaray for an incredible visit. You have my heart.

Excelente experiencia de estadía Nos hospedamos en este hermoso lugar durante la navidad y la experiencia fue increíble. La casa está tal como se muestra en las fotos: moderna, limpia y muy bien decorada. Cada detalle ha sido pensado para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. La cocina está completamente equipada, lo que hizo que cocinar nuestros propios desayunos y cenas fuera un placer. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. Nos dio recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en los alrededores y estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier consulta. El check-in fue fácil y rápido, y nos sentimos muy bien atendidos en todo momento. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera que busque una opción cómoda, bien ubicada y con un anfitrión muy amable. ¡Una excelente experiencia!

had a very pleasant stay here and the room was immaculate. I won't downgrade the review because of this, but the mandatory 20$ fee they make you pay is a rip-off. they say you get access to 2 beach clubs but there is an extortionate minimum spend...

Great spacious house for our big group! Staff were very accommodating and fulfilled every request we asked for…the house was in a beautiful development with near by park and walking distance to golf course…can’t wait to return, we had an amazing time, thanks to Enrique and Fabi

Our stay was fantastic, the location is great and directly next to the police station / hospital (which came in handy when one of us got food poisoning midway through the trip). There are a ton of restaurants and supermarkets that are walkable and city center/downtown is a 15-20 min walk. The grounds were beautiful, normally once you see the Airbnb in person, you realize the pictures make it look better than what it really is but this was the first Airbnb I stayed in where the Airbnb was better than the photos. We also assumed the pools in the photos in front of the units would be off limits (and only used by the people staying in those units) but those are available for everyone staying at Xalet! The sauna wasn’t working, that was the only negative.

Location is great. Easy to walk around, all kinds of restaurants, bars, beach, ferry dock are all in 10 minutes by walking. Hotel is clean. The first day had a little trouble to find the place if you use google map by searching the address. We stayed there for two nights , the front desk would not let us exchange wet towels. The owner responded quickly to messages that helped a lot.

The home is great to stay in Cozumel. It is in a location that is close to the square and behind the Mega superstore. You can walk almost anywhere you want to go in town. The home was nice and clean, gated and secure. We would stay there again.

I fell in love with this little gem. It went beyond my expectations with how clean and well kept it was. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and homey with an awesome balcony. Plenty of room for our party of 7. Rental car is ideal for the location. If you forget anything, there is a convenient store right across the street. Host was easy to work with and check in was remote and simple. Would stay here again!

Wow wow wow!! The best location on Isla Mujures BAR NONE!!! I was completely blown away by the location. It is the perfect walking distance all while having THE BEST VIEW! I’ve come to the island several times now and have never had quite a view like this one!! The check in was fast and simple. The beach felt almost private compared to the rest of the beaches busyness. 20 out of 10 in my opinion!!! We walked from the post to the hotel with an overnight bag. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer this time. I feel like I found the hidden gem on the island! My family, friends and I will be back!!!!
