We had an incredible stay in Tulum, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Hollie and Jorge's communication was outstanding from the moment we booked. They were quick to respond and ensured that we had everything we needed. The place was well-equipped with snorkel gear, beach chairs, and even spare sunblock—everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the meal services from William and Claudia. It was such a treat to arrive and find a delicious dinner waiting for us, and breakfast the next morning was equally amazing. Having that convenience made our trip even more relaxing. Armando and William were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. Overall, this was one of the best stays we've had, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. We’ll definitely be back!

Anas place was perfect for our family! The special touches with the water on nightstands and products in the bathroom were super nice! Ana was very easy to get in touch with and helped with whatever we needed during our stay!

La Amada is the place to be for relaxation and quality, beautiful accommodations. Leticia’s place was perfect for us. It was beautiful, immaculately clean, had everything that you would need and above all, peaceful. The studio is perfect for a couple. I loved the deck with table, 2 chairs and hammock. La Amada has multiple pools with many options for lounging near the pool. It also has a deli/convenience store that has basics and some ready made food. There is a cafe at the beach pool that is open until 6:00pm, closed on Tuesdays. They have great food and drinks. There’s many lounge chairs and beach palapas. When we were there, we often had the beach all to ourselves. Gorgeous beach and complex overall! It was perfect for one week with family and then another week just the two of us!

The house was great. Juanita the iguana (that’s what we named her) lives under the pool and peeks out once in a while. She runs if you move toward her (so no need to be scared), but she likes to poke her head out if you are not in the pool. The neighborhood is great, very walkable, and safe for kids. The golf course was fun, but bring extra balls. ;)

Words cannot express what an amazing stay we had at Casa Chaca and in Akumal, but i will give it my best! The house is perfect, our mornings and evenings spent on the sand right out the door, facing the beautiful Caribbean sea and Akumal Bay were unprecedented. We watched the sunrise on the lovely furniture provided every morning, enjoyed the hammock, watched Iguanas and squirrels and drank fresh coconut water from coconuts cut down out of the palm trees for us by Jamie, the groundskeeper. Guille, the property manager, was over the top helpful when we asked where to eat and when our rental car wouldnt start a few times, gathered help from her friends so we could jump start the car and continue on with our vacation. The beach trail to Akumal was amazing, we loved shell hunting and snorkeling in clear blue waters, we kayaked every day with the provided equipment and enjoyed hours of paddling. Neighbors on Akumal Bay were so helpful and even told us when the locals were releasing the baby turtles from their nest to the ocean and were were able to view this amazing part of nature, never imagining we would actually get to! The beds were wonderful, furnishings were beautiful and I could go on and on!Thank you everyone for the amazing memories you all contributed to, we will be back to Akumal and Casa Chaca as soon as we can!

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!

Amazing private location away from the large resorts. Perfect for our family. We loved staying here. Has all the amenities we needed. The beach was dreamy and perfect. We were able to rent a car and easily get to all the activities we wanted to do. The host was wonderful and responsive to any questions we had. She was even able to accommodate us with no trouble at all when we needed to check out a bit later. The only thing we didn’t realize is this is not a completely private house, it is an upstairs condo with another condo below and another condo on the property. So the pool and outdoor spaces are shared with the other groups staying there. It worked out totally fine for us but this wasn’t super clear in the description.

Our stay was fabulous! The house is beautiful and the pool and dock were great. We had a big group and six kids with us and the house accommodated all of our needs. The casita was perfect for the family with the younger children for nap etc. All of the staff were so kind and gracious and helpful. The house was cleaned every day which is always a big treat and helpful at the beach. The pool and grounds were also attended to everyday and looked beautiful. We loved the ease of getting into the ocean from the dock — great for snorkeling. And the pool was perfect for the kids. We also loved the big outdoor dining table so we could have family meals. Marilu, Bryan, and Cristofer were all extremely responsive and helpful. We hope we can stay again sometime in the future!
