My family's vacation at Cheryl's exceeded my expectations. The condo was really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was responsive with my family's needs, and the occupants at Estrella del Mar were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local food and fun. The beach was stunning and the island told a story Mayan history. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

It was our second time at Francisco’s house, and we will be back. We always enjoy staying there. People in the community are friendly and so are the staff. Great communication with Francisco & Teresa. Any issues are always taken care of immediately.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the casa! Brigitte, our host met us at the house and showed us everything. We arrived on Christmas Day and she picked up some grocery essentials as we were not sure if stores would be open. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond and resolve any minor issues that came up and provided lots of help and local knowledge. The house was immaculate and walkable to coffee shops and cafes and a small market. We had a wonderful meal at The Orchid House, a hotel and restaurant right next door. The stay included a mid-week cleaning. We took advantage of the chef service twice. Chef Jesus and his assistant came to the villa and made a wonderul surf and turf Christmas dinner for us, complete with amazing cocktails. They also did a taco night for us at the house. Parking was easy. This was by far the best service we have had at a rental. and we have stayed at numerous AirBnBs throughout the US and Europe. Highly recommended! Many thanks!

Un buen lugar para conocer Cancún, el condominio es muy lindo, buena ubicación, el dpto limpio, ofrece todo lo que indica en la descripción, Antonio y Teresa son muy amables, te ayudan con todas las dudas, solo para tener en cuenta queda en el tercer piso y no hay ascensor por si va un adulto mayor o presentan alguna condición, el baño de la habitación es chico pero el principal es muy cómodo, volvería a alquilarlo sin duda alguna

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar. Sehr liebevoll perfekt eingerichtet und direkt am Meer. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit Ninfa verlief reibungslos. Der Lärm von der Baustelle nebenan nervte etwas aber wir konnten uns problemlos mit Ninfa darüber austauschen! Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le logement est très bien situé, un beau bâtiment, la décoration a été faite avec beaucoup de goûts L’appartement est confortable est spacieux Les deux choses que je n’ai pas aimés et quelles purement personnel, un manque de lumière naturel et le digicode pour ouvrir la porte

Very friendly host and nice family that made us feel at home. Appartment was very clean,spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a car so the location was perfect for us because we wanted to be in a cozy neighborhood away from the cruise ship traffic. Would stay again without hesitation.

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Greatest host ever! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. Phenomenal communication, extremely helpful, and Karla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is our favorite Airbnb on the island.

El apartamento estaba limpio y tenía todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia corta o larga. Excelente anfitrión, comunicación clara, el apartamento está ubicado en una excelente zona y en un complejo de apartamentos tranquilo y hermoso con seguridad las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. Fácil acceso a los restaurantes ubicados en la plaza outlet. También hay un Oxxo y una farmacia cerca. En general, fue una buena experiencia alojarse en este apartamento. Great host, clear communication, the apartment is located in an excellent area and a peaceful and beautiful apartment complex community with 24/7 onsite security. Easy access to restaurants located in plaza outlet. Also there is an Oxxo and a pharmacy nearby. Overall a good experience staying at this apartment. I would like to return in the next visit to Cancun.

We LOVED staying at Elizabeth’s place. This building is amazing because of its views, pool and beach. We only had a party of two so we loved having separate rooms. I will never get over the view from the master bedroom! Beach access was so easy and we loved just walking up and down to find restaurants. There was a ferry to isla mujeres right next door so we also utilized that. The rooms were very nice and clean! Elizabeth is so quick at replying and helped us even weeks before our trip. We even got our airport rides through her! She had everything we could’ve needed for a 5 day stay. I could see this being a great place for a family of four or five staying, or, like us, young women looking to relax! We ate out for most meals as we didn’t want to uber to a grocery store but there was plenty of convenience stores and restaurants near us. Stay here and enjoy this beautiful area of Cancun!! Thank you Elizabeth for everything!

Fueron unas vacaciones muy divertidas, el alojamiento es muy bueno , muy cerca a todo , condominio es un primer piso, tiene estacionamiento propio, la seguridad del edificio muy buena, cumple con lo que ofrece Ronald …

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

We had a wonderful time at Eva’s place. Great location- far enough from Hidalgo so that it wasn’t noisy. Clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc. It was just steps away from restaurants, shopping and the beach. No need for a golf cart and easily walkable from ferry. Eva was very responsive to any request! We will be back!

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

Muy buena ubicación, segura el apartamento y edificio limpio y ordenado. La seguridad muy buena nos sentimos en casa. El host buenísimos siempre nos respondió y dio opciones de restaurantes y lugares para visitar. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location and views of ocean. Close to bars, restaurants , etc. but quiet at night.
