Beautiful apartment. Better than the picture. Can walk to many restaurants and city center. Easiest way is walking through municipal building, just 5 minutes to main city life area.

Increíble hospedaje, cómodo, limpio, fresco. Vale la pena porque está cerquísima de tiendas y ahorramos muchísimo en comida. No usamos la piscina, pero las áreas están muy cómodas para relajarse. También estaba cerca de la playa y muy bien conectado para ir a tomar las vans. Los dueños muy amables y siempre pendientes, no había cafetera en el cuarto pero te dejan una abajo a tu disposición con cafecito para hacer y un garrafón de agua. Volveré con mucho gusto.

READ THIS REVIEW!! I come to playa del Carmen a few times a year. I know the place very well. First of all, Jay is very responsive and super nice. His place is better than the pictures very quiet but very very close to everything that you need next to the fifth Avenue (3 min walk max) which is the main spot for all. This place is perfect for a couple or a single person even a small family The price is really on point. The staff is super nice. The check-in is very easy. I will definitely recommend this place for everybody. If it’s your first time in Playa Del Carmen, I think it will be the best spot for you. You can ask Jay anything that you want. You will answer within minutes. If I could give this place 10 star review, I would give him. This place have over 400 reviews and most of them is 5 star for a reason!! and if you see a bad review, please ignore it. I travel all over the world and have my own Airbnb this one is a gem. This place is located toward the southern part of the island, providing a quiet stay with some great restaurants and attractions which are close by (Punta Sur). The suite itself was wonderful. Excellent views, spacious, well stocked and clean. Definitely will book again on our next trip back to Isla Mujeres. Our host was excellent and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an extended stay on the island at a reasonable price that’s hard to beat!

Agradable lugar, a unos pasos de la playa y con salida directa a la piscina. Cerca de playa Delfines. Hay un mini súper al qué se puede ir caminando. Excelente lugar si buscas dónde llegar a bañarte y descansar después de visitar alguno de los lugares turísticos de Cancún.

Daria tuvo una atención increíble desde el momento de la reservación, en donde contestó a todas mis dudas. Estuvo muy al pendiente durante toda la estancia y siempre estuvo atenta a contestar mis solicitudes. El estudio es increible, y el lugar es maravilloso. un lugar tranquilo, con acceso al wellness center y el gimnasio los cuales están increibles y con muchas clases.y aparatos. La playa también está muy cerca ya sea caminando (media hora) o 15 minutos en el carrito que te lleva de forma gratuita. Hay un mini super a 10 minutos caminando y los paisajes son muy lindos en general!. Seguramente volveré! Muy cerca de Tulum, Cenotes, Akumal y ruinas Mayas.

Really lovely spacious apartment with a quick walk to most restaurants, shopping and the beach. Nice small rooftop infinity pool adds another nice spot to rest. Excellent fruit stand across the street.

The place is really comfortable and safe, the premises are great: pool, padel, running, etc. The apartment is new, with all the furnitures necessary to feel at home. Carlos was very kind, good communications and he gave us good restaurants recomendatios. I highly recommend it, I will be back soon!!

BOOK YOUR STAY NOW AND DON’T WASTE TIME!!! After the first day i was already impressed and I couldn’t wait to write this review. It’s in the perfect location no more than about a 7min. Walk to the Grocery store, convenience stores, restaurants, (I recommend trying “Al Comal” and trying out their “Huaraches”) This place was muy bonito from the inside to the outside. And if you are worried about the bathroom situation THEY PUT UP AN EXTRA CURTAIN so you will have your privacy. The host was amazing, fast response, very helpful. NO TENGO nada malo que decir!!!!! I can’t wait to come back. 🙂‍↔️☺️

Recomendable 100% Apartamento muy limpio y perfecto para pareja o persona sola. A 5-10 min andando de quinta avenida , con parking subterrraneo privado para el coche y lavadora. El apartamento se encuentra al lado de un Walmart por si quieres hacer una compra grande para tu estadía y cocinar en el apartamento. Eder nos abrió el departamento y nos dio unas sugerencias para hacer en playa del Carmen Buen sitio

Departamento muy cómodo y bien equipado, sobretodo si tienes intención de cocinarte algo. Bien ubicado y cómodo si llegas en coche, con disponibilidad de uso de cajón de estacionamiento del edificio. Aunque fuimos con vehículo propio, puedes llegar a la 5a avenida caminando (aprox. 6 cuadras). Súper recomendable!

L'endroit est tout simplement magnifique. Le lit était tellement confortable. J'ai adoré l'endroit avec les piscine et le toît, c'est intime mais ont peut également sortir aux piscines. Je recommande sans aucun doûte.

This apt was in a great location and extremely comfortable. Carlos responded to everything quickly and also provided several recommendations in the area. Highly recommend! Wifi was also incredibly quick!

Las fotos coincidían con todo lo que había en la habitación, pero quizás sentí que era un poco más pequeño. Estaba ubicado muy cerca de la 5ta avenida, pero a 30 minutos (caminando) del ADOy el Ferry, lo que hizo que fuera complicado moverse. Estaba muy cerca de la playa coco beach, lo cual fue bueno porque era muy linda y más limpia que las otras. Alma fue muy atenta y respondía rápidamente a las dudas.

Una excelente alojamiento en un punto estratégico además de que la comunicación con Marie siempre fue muy buena, sin duda regresaría y lo recomiendo 10/10

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in, loved the layout and double window. Also a bathroom downstairs and upstairs. Hot water is not an issue if you run the hot water through the bathroom tap same time as shower - we had no problem getting consistent hot water this way 😀 the apartment felt like a home from home, it has everything you could need and really love all the small touches thought of by the owner. It was super clean, the garden is a lovely space, plenty of room to sit and enjoy (unfortunately not the pool for us as weather was not on our side!) very walkable to main areas (10 min walk to 5th Avenue) and lots of lavanderías nearby if you need your clothes washed! If I was to come to playa again I’d make sure to book Ivan’s place! Thank you for a great stay 😀

Azula Maya is a beautiful place to stay and the host Anita is very friendly, she always responds to our requests and make us feel like home. We would definitely love to recommend this place and if possible we would like to visit again.

Muy amables los anfitriónes, el lugar increíble. Muy tranquilo el lugar. Cerca de todo, centros comerciales y la playa muy proxima. Super recomendable.

Muy buen alojamiento. Destaco la comunicación del anfitrión quién nos dió indicaciones claras y recomendaciones para movernos. Estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. La ubicación es ideal para tomar el ferry a Isla Mujeres desde el puerto. Lo recomiendo!

this was the 2nd place I stayed at on my first visit to Cancun - great value for money. Keep in mind this is a residential neighbourhood so lots of barking dogs, the street is a R6 bus route and has a fair amount of traffic at peak hours. There are a number of corner stores within short walking distance and a Super AKI 6 blocks away. Host Juan Carlos was super responsive when the bathroom sink had a small leak and he had it fixed very quickly
