I will definitely stay here again. Everything is of walkable distance...The only thing I could find wrong but I read it in reviews was it can be noisy at night on street traffic...But really wasn't that big of issue ...Very Responsive anytime I had a question. I would definitely recommend

This is my third time staying at Ipana but first time at the Enrique’s place. Great spacious apartment, comfortable furniture. The neighbourhood, condo facilities are amazing. Security staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to stay here.

I loved my stay! The room is very clean, and it’s located in a very nice surrounding. Many coffee shops and cute restaurants around the area. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and super responsive. Thank you Jay!

Had a great stay at Mereh's place! The grounds and pool area were lovely. It is in a bit of a quiet area so transportation is necessary. We were fine riding bikes into town and the beach area. There is a new road (not far from the condo) from Aldea Zama to the beach which was great for riding the bikes as there was no traffic at all. The communication from Mereh was great and he was very helpful with recommendations.

El condominio es de primer nivel, las piscinas, el cenote, gimnasio y el sauna muy buenos, el entorno lleno de vegetación es espectacular, daban ganas de pasar el día adentro de el condominio, pero había harto por conocer. Lugar 100% recomendable

Excellent location exactly as described. Comfortable and clean and the rooftop pool and patio are great amenities. Right in the middle of everything in Playa del Carmen but quiet enough to relax. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious, modern, and clean condo. The amenities were top-notch, and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The huge doors opened up to a beautiful deck with comfy seating. The pool was fantastic – large, not crowded, perfect for kids. The location is tricky if you want to go to the beach. To get to a beach club, you’ll need to take a taxi and figure out where to go. The other resorts in Playacar charge a hefty fee for beach access, so we didn’t end up going to the beach during our stay due to the hassle. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, which is convenient, but if you want to go to the downtown area, it's about $8-14 taxi ride each way. If you're planning on exploring more, I recommend renting a car to make trips to restaurants or adventures easier. Overall, this is a great spot if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay at a condo and pool. Would definitely recommend it for a low-key, chill vacation.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia . Solo un pequeño detalle las camas no son queen, tienen tamaño de una cama matrimonial y una observación los climas le hacen falta mantenimiento de ahí en fuera es una bonita casa y mucha seguridad muy agradables el lugar volvería a pasar mis vacaciones nuevamente en el mismo lugar .

This place is a whole vibe! It's surrounded by lush greenery, peaceful, private, and safe with 24/7 security at the entrance. It felt like the perfect sanctuary while still being just a short drive to all Tulum has to offer {shopping, beaches, ruins, cenotes, restaurants, etc...}. The home itself is even more stunning than the photos ~ thoughtfully designed, spacious, and filled with inviting energy. Every bedroom had a super comfy king sized bed that made for the most restful sleep, and the rooftop deck was a dream ~ perfect for our sunrise meditation and movement, and later sipping wine while relaxing in the plunge pool. Pure magic! Linda was awesome, quick to respond and super helpful {providing a list of things to do and other resources}. Communication was smooth from start to finish. We had the pleasure of hosting an intimate women's retreat experience here and honestly, it couldn't have been more perfect. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place in Tulum, this is it.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was so close to the popular 5th Ave. wonderful restaurants and shops all walkable. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the private pool for relaxing. The lobby staff were also very warm and welcoming. Irene was a fabulous host and was very quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommend this rental if you’re visiting Playa Del Carmen!

Can’t say enough great things about the place. The view is absolutely breathtaking, a great location with lots of dining options and the beach is a few steps away. The hotel amenities were perfect and Mely was an awesome hostess. She was communicative and really made us feel welcome. Gustavo also did an amazing job with the transportation. Finally, the place was perfect for our group, beds were comfortable, living space was perfect and it had plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend!!!

Excelente lugar para alojarte, muy cómodo, muy accesible, solo tiene un tramo pequeño de camino que es brecha pero no está muy largo, el lugar está súper bonito, y muy bien cuidado. Fácil acceso y está cerca de la playa y del centro. Sin duda si lo recomiendo bastante! Además de la atención 🙌🏻

Nos quedamos solo una noche, la casa estaba súper equipada. Nos sorprendió muchísimo lo bonita que es y todo lo que incluye. Sin duda alguna volveríamos a alojarnos. Instalaciones de primera, ubicación muy buena y tranquila. Agradecemos mucho la atención que en todo momento nos brindaron. La recomendamos ampliamente.

El alojamiento de Angela es magnifico, porque es una casa muy cuidada en detalles, muy limpia, realmente te sientes como en casa, la decoracion es muy agradable y te sientes muy agusto. Me fascino la ubicacion porque esta muy cerca de xcaret, xplore, y otros parques, hay centros comerciales y supers relativamente cerca. Hay alberca en el privado, es seguro. Angela esta muy al pendiente de lo que necesites.

Great stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, which made for a peaceful experience. However, getting there was a bit tricky as the road is somewhat complicated, so having a car is definitely a must. Overall, a great place for a Tulum getaway if you're looking for a more secluded jungle vibe!
