Riviera Maya : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

Our stay was just perfect! We stayed one night while we were going from resort to resort. We had a lot of luggage and since the check-in wasn't until 3 pm, Andrea was understanding and allowed us to check in earlier. Any questions or issues (finding the location) we had, Andrea responded quickly and provided us the answers we needed. I have already recommended this place to other and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Puerto Morelos. P.S. Super safe place and a walking distance from both the beach and the little downtown which have so many restaurants to choose from and vendors to shop from.

We had a great couple of nights at Martha's place. Gustavo, her on-site assistant was very helpful, and Martha was also reachable and very flexible, e.g, we could leave our belongings after the official checkout time with no problems. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, even with some snorkeling gear that we could use. My only issue was the loud fan noise coming from outside in the mornings, assumedly from the AC of the ground-floor restaurant. Otherwise, dedpite being centrally located, the place is quiet and peaceful.

This was our second year staying at this Airbnb, and it felt like coming home. Though it’s a simple, budget-friendly place, its very peaceful and very secure The terrace, with its view of the jungle and the hummingbirds fluttering by, was a daily delight. The snorkeling equipment and two bikes provided were essential for our daily life. However, what sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of our host, George. A genuinely kind person, he went above and beyond for us. He organized a nice work place for my husband. Not only George ensured the bikes were repaired quickly, making our stay very comfortable. He also help us rent a scooter at a great price. When I lost my phone the day before we were leaving, only thanks to George I was lucky to find it. We’re incredibly grateful for his warm, attentive care and can’t wait to return again!

The apartment is spacious and most importantly clean. Due to the small windows it is naturally a bit dark, but everything else is great. Parking is available right in front of the building. Thanks for hosting us!

10/10 Mel siempre estuvo al pendiente de mí, sin duda, el hospedaje está pensado en cada uno de nosotros como huéspedes, ten, por seguro que si te quedas, aquí disfrutarás y tendrás tiempo de calidad, la zona es una de las mejores en todo, Tulum, no necesitas caminar demasiado, al lado puedes encontrar una tienda en donde puedes comprar de todo, y caminando, puedes llegar a muchos lugares, la piscina privada, es un plus para este hospedaje, puedo recomendar ampliamente la estadía con Mel, y sin duda, volvería!

La estancia fue muy agradable, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y tuvo toda la disposición, el lugar muy agradable lo recomiendo y sin dudar regresaría nuevamente.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

We felt right at home at Maribel's place. It was clean, and comfortable, peaceful, and private. We would definitely stay again.

Muy agradable y la casa cumplió con nustrasne esodades para el número de personas, aunque en realidad pasábamos poco tiempo ahí pues el uso fue para cocinar y descansar por la noche, tomar una ducha pues fuimos con.o equipo de Natación Artística a competir

Villa conforme aux photos. Logement bien équipé, ménage 3 fois par semaine. Très belle piscine, le luxe d'avoir une plage avec bain de soleil personnel et plage très peu fréquenté. Très bon accueil de Alberto et Damian. Succulent repas proposé par le chef Beto. Lieu calme, très bien situé pour visiter la Riviera Maya. En bref, un séjour de rêve. Merci pour tout, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances

Before I moved in I was told of nearby construction. Being familiar with puerto Morelos and knowing that the area is under expansion, renovating and new construction at almost every block, I decided to take a chance and booked the 3 week stay. While noise and dust were at times present, it did not keep me from enjoying the apartment. When I asked to have the kitchen mosquito screens covered with tarp or plastic sheeting to keep the dust away, this was done the next day. So perhaps it is not for everyone especially if a person is allergic to construction dust. I enjoyed the place which had everything that I needed and more. Just one cross street away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea!

La ubicación es perfecta a unos pasos de la playa, los servicios que prestan dentro de las instalaciones es perfecto, lo unico que podria poner como negativo es tal vez que las instalaiones se ven un poco descuidadas pero en terminos generales es un buen lugar para alojarse.

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

Clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the cruise ships coming in. Taxis are easy to get into the square, about 100-150 pesos. Walkable to Oxo convenience store and a really good Cafe Coco for coffee and breakfast. Gorgeous pool! Host was always extremely responsive.

As you go upstairs to access the office to get the keys, you are welcomed with an absolutely gorgeous view of sea with its many different tones of aqua, white sand beach and palm trees. The room is exactly what you see and read on the review, a breath taking view from the great balcony. Everything is clean and you have all you need to cook. There is a 711 right next door and the best grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. There are plenty of beach beds for you to enjoy the beach on their private area and the beach was never crowded. There is a huge rock to the left of the property whit the sound of the waves breaking. You get to see the sunrise from your balcony and can enjoy the late afternoon at the pool. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and there is a souvenirs market across the street. The pressure in the shower is low, but it is an above shower and comes out warm immediately. The bathroom and beach towels are soft. Amazing deal for the $$

la communication avec l'hôte ainsi que son homme de confiance était parfaite. Etant un habitué de PDC j'avais choisi cet apt pour son emplacement idealement situé. le rooftop était sublime. En matinée, en après-midi ou en soirée pour un bon repas avec vue sur la mer et Cozumel...magique. les salles de bain impeccable et l'eau chaude abondante, comme a la maison. une cuisine fonctionnel pour y preparer les repas, rien ne manque. Nous y retournerons assurément. Mon meilleur bnb qualité/ prix

We had a great stay here and agree with the other great reviews. We had lived in Playa for 10 yrs before leaving in 2018 so we were familiar with the strategic location - close to lil cheddaurai, restaurants, shops, right by 5th avenue. But we were thrilled to discover how quiet the apt was on the backside of the building facing only greenery and swaying palm trees. We could hear the music and voices at the kitchen window if open. But closed, it didn’t penetrate the condo. We never needed the AC in the living room with the fans and breezes from the terrace. Highly recommend!

We had a great vacation in Cancun and Miriam‘s advice was super helpful! The condo met all of our needs and more. I loved waking up being able to watch the sunrise right from bed! Coffee on the terrace in the morning and wine on the back terrace in the evening was so nice! We always had lots of fresh towels and beach towels and they came in to clean every other day, couldn’t have asked for more than that! Thank you for making our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back!
