Patricia has put so much love into this home it is absolutely beautiful! The garden is a serene little paradise away from the hustle of everyday life. I can’t say enough about the kindness of the staff and how warm and welcoming everyone was. If you are looking for a hidden gem on the beautiful island of Cozumel you need to not look any further. Muy linda casita y muy acogedora , solo fueron dos noches pero estuvo genial las camas muy bien y el patio de atrás súper relax para pasar la tarde, y el tío Charlie siempre pendiente, nos prestó una hielera, nos dio recomendaciones de restaurantes playas y cenotes, sin duda volveríamos!!!

El lugar es hermoso y tener el cenote a unos pasos es un super plus! Larisa es muy buena persona y nos ayudó en lo que necesitamos. Las cabañas son bellísimas y es un lugar para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, recomiendo mucho a Larisa y su AIRBNB!

Our stay at Quentin’s place was fabulous! We made memories for a lifetime. It was different from typical touristy places, which was nice for a change of pace. The write-up gave us a great idea of what to except. And we appreciated that Quentin advised us to have a rental car, as the road getting in and out, is a bit far from the main road and is quite bumpy. The palapa in which we stayed was roomy and creatively designed in harmony with the surroundings. My daughters loved the hammocks that were inside our space. The shared kitchen was clean and organized. We did not encounter many bugs but there was small spray provided if needed. Quentin was very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for us on our trip. His responses to any questions were immediate and thoughtful. The whole space was beautiful, great for relaxation and a break from city life. We would highly recommend this lodging for anyone who loves to try new things. We really loved having the opportunity to stay here!

Ich habe den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Abseits vom Trubel und Baulärm in und um Tulum habe ich hier einen Ort gefunden, wo ich Ruhe und Entspannung mitten im Dschungel finden konnte.🦜 Oben auf dem Dach des Tiny Houses konnte ich schön chillen und die Schönheit der Natur genießen. Gutes WLAN war auch vorhanden und wichtig für mich. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich, am besten ein Höhergelegtes. Aber mit meinem normalen Mietwagen, konnte ich trotz zwischenzeitlicher Nässe ganz gut durchzukommen. Barbara und William waren immer da, wenn ich etwas brauchte und beim Abreisen durfte ich mir auch die Zeit lassen.🙏 Ich bin sehr dankbar und wünsche den beiden alles Liebe!🪶

Fue una estancia muy agradable. Todo lo que necesitábamos. Mi esposa y mi hijo quedaron fascinados con la casa. Cerca de ahí hay muchos locales para salir a cenar y almorzar. Otra cosa a favor es que el ADO está a unos 10 minutos caminando y en UBER 3 min aprox. Y es súper fácil llegar. A unos 5 minutos (dos cuadras o tres aproximadamente) llegas a la avenida donde pasan las rutas (R2) para ir y regresar de la zona hotelera. Sin duda volveremos ahí. En nuestras próximas vacaciones. 🙏🏼 Se los recomiendo ampliamente.

LOVED my 4 day stay. It was very clean and lightly but perfectly equipped. It could house 2 if you are really organized, and is def great for one. I appreciated the attention to sustainability. Don't be afraid of the composting toilet - it is great and no odour - certainly less than a normal toilet! the outdoor space was nice for me to work in the warmth. The rusty old bikes were perfect for a ride down the "bike lane" and into the heart of town. Its also walkable. Little shops nearby for water, basic groceries, fresh tortillas, fruit (wish there was a way to refill plastic bottles though). Wifi good. Hot water good. Cristobal was super responsive and generally nice! I recommend the brownie at Ah Cacao, btw. :-) I would stay again.

Nous avons passé un séjour tout simplement inoubliable! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, tout en étant au milieu de la jungle! Si vous cherchez un endroit pour déconnecter complètement au milieu de la nature, nous ne saurions que recommander cet endroit magique! Marivi Y Roberto ont été extrêmement réactifs.

La verdad que pasamos unos días maravillosos en Tulum y en el alojamiento que Rita nos brindó, nos pareció un lugar increíble tanto el hospedaje como en el barrio, súper tranquilo, linda zona para rentar bicis, motos, autos. La verdad que terminamos fascinados con el lugar y esperamos volver pronto. Le pondría un 10/10 a este alojamiento superó mis expectativas.

An indescribably visionary and inspired situation. What Alonso and Miguel have created here in the magical forest is something like a sanctuary, a biosphere and sacred site. Only with independent networking possibilities of Airbnb could we have found such an amazing place. Details: picture perfect and solidly constructed lodging. The design of the units allows for seamless existence with the outdoors AND - somehow -complete privacy. The lay out was perfect for our family to lounge, sleep comfortably. The grounds are superb. Infinite care is clearly put into the placement and maintenance of the pool, the countless plants, the paths and the FOUR STORY TOWER FOR nature watching! Really too many features to write, but all were appreciated. Alonso is right nearby ready to share his time and wisdom, knowledge, food...or simply to offer you your space and privacy. This was a life changing Airbnb, the very best the company has to offer.

la estancia se encuentra en tercer piso... las vistas son muy hermosas. el apartamento agradable y tranquilo.

Cristina's palapa was super cute, close to the restaurants and beach, everything was clean and organized. Getting there was smoothly and we had everything we needed. It's a bit loud at nighttime with the karaoke close by and we happened to be there during construction across the street. But if that construction wasn't happening it would have been perfect. Thank you so much Cristina for providing such an affordable and welcoming place for us to stay. Would stay there again.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Studio in Tulum sehr genossen! Die Lage ist wirklich top – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem, was man braucht: Restaurants, Strand und kleine Läden sind schnell erreichbar. Besonders positiv überrascht war ich vom Internet – super zuverlässig und schnell, perfekt zum Arbeiten oder einfach zum entspannten Streamen am Abend. Das Studio ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Ich komme gerne wieder!

What can I say about AKNA Cabanas. This has been my third time to Cozumel and somehow Jose manages to make it better easy time. I've never had an Airbnb host so invested in making sure I am having a great experience. He was kind enough to pick us up and drop off of at the airport for free. Provided endless recommendations about local restaurants and attractions. Connected us with locals providing tours (and getting us an amazing discount just for AKNA visitors). And overall, stayed in constant contact to ensure we had everything we needed and weren't having any issues. I've now traveled to 8 different countries and stayed in countless Airbnbs, but I can say the Jose has been the best host by far. I recommend this location to all my friends and family and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Plus qu’une location, c’est une expérience ! La villa est spacieuse, nichée au cœur de la jungle.Victor est très sympathique et réactif et un gardien sur le site s’occupe de nous avec une grande gentillesse. Le lieu et les aménagements de la résidence sont superbes (Cenote, piscines,…). Idéal pour un séjour en dehors des sentiers battus !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zen Canto. The place is simply magical — a true haven of peace in the heart of nature, perfectly located to enjoy both the tranquility of the jungle look alike and the proximity to Tulum and its beautiful beaches. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views of the lush greenery, creating a serene and unique atmosphere. The shared spaces are also very well maintained, and the cenote-style pool is perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. It is located in the village of Macario Gomez, which is home to several fantastic restaurants — some of which are even better than those in central Tulum! A special thank you to Martina, who is an amazing host. Always available, she was incredibly helpful and caring throughout my stay, offering great recommendations and making me feel truly welcome. If you’re looking for an authentic, comfortable retreat surrounded by nature, this is the spot!

The best AirBnB experience ever. Paulina’s place is very special. Full of joy. Her new pool is the best and she was lovingly decorating the patio while I was there. Go here!
