Our family had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Villa Las Brisas. The apartment on had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were completely accommodated for a family traveling with our 7-year old. The interior and exterior decor was also lovely, thoughtful and felt very authentic to the region making our experience feel even more delightfully immersive. The beachfront location can't be beat and the garden at the entrance is delightful and lush. Overlooking the ocean was magical! I really can't say enough about how pleased we are to have stayed here. The location is secluded from major tourist destinations yet is close to everything that one might want to do nearby, from archeological sites to swimming in cenotes and visiting local snorkeling destinations. We are thrilled to have found Akumal, including the playa which has a gorgeous beach and surrounding village with restaurants and shops. Five stars all around, highly recommend!

The location was fantastic and easy to find. It’s two blocks from 5th avenue and an extremely short walk to the beach. The front desk staff were very friendly and the private deck of the property was a favourite space for us. The rooftop pool was fantastic and the bar up there provided cheap beverages, good food and the bartenders were great! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and had air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan which made it comfortable for us to sleep. Last but not least, the property manager Renzo was easily the best property manager we’ve had since we started going to Mexico years ago. Really, really responsive, friendly and helpful which made this trip even better. Highly recommend this property.

Ana was quick to respond to any questions we had, a great host. The condo is in the perfect location right by the beach, the main square, and the road that has most of the restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the living room was a great place to relax plus the space was very clean. The location, and all of Puerto Morelos, Is really safe and quiet, it’s a lovely town. Our only minor complaint was the hot water was inconsistent so showers varied in temperature but we learned how to deal with it so wasn’t too big a deal.

Je suis demeuré 4 semaines dans le logement de Victor. Logement bien situé , près de la plage (Mamitas 1 km), beaucoup de restaurants près.Grand logement , bien équipé. Victor répondait très rapidement . Il m a fournit plus d eau que ce que J étais capable de consommer. Ménage une fois semaine inclus, très apprécié . Tout était parfait , il ne me manquait qu un balcon, mais ça je le savais avant d arriver. Robert

We loved this. Best beach view you can get from Any Cancun apartment. This apartment in particular has One of the few balconies in the complex that is safe for little kids (most others, if not all, have bars too far apart and a little child may go through). Pool and beach set up is just so easy to use. Supermarket/pharmacy/urgent care and many restaurants less than a block away. The hosts were so unbelievably responsive. There is some wear and tear. No biggie for us. We will most definitely be back to this apt again! And so will our friends.

This was a perfect base of operations for my scuba diving trip, only a few minutes walk from the piers and local eateries in town. I never needed a taxi. The host provided a big water cooler (you can't drink tap water on Cozumel) as well as some sunscreen in case you needed it. It's adjacent to the cruise terminal and the navy station, so it feels very safe. I would certainly stay there again.

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!

Paola was clear and quick with communication. Her place was very comfortable and beautiful!! The walk to the beach took less than 3 minutes. It felt like we almost had the beach completely to ourselves! We are hoping to return to this same part of Cozumel in the future- it really was a true gem!!

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Sylvia and her family were amazing hosts. They were attentive to our needs, and showed ip to the home regularly to assist in cleaning, trash removal and everything in between. The home is located in one of the most pristine areas of the island, offering wide open views of the ocean which isn’t the easiest to find. We will definitely be back!

Great house in an amazing location! The house was clean and extremely comfortable. We loved being right on the beach and had a wonderful stay.

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Also, a big thank you to Edwin and his lovely wife who were great neighbors, we only saw them when we needed them ☺️ Jim and Dawn

Absolutely spectacular. Traveling with two couples and two teenagers and we had plenty of space to spread out. Lots of privacy and tons of lounging opportunities. The beach was fantastic, there’s so much outdoor space in sun and shade. We had all the doors open for fresh air and waves crashing. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful for cooking. The little plunge pool was pristine and refreshing and a perfect size. I truly cannot say enough good stuff about this home. It was the most luxurious vacation. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and walking distance to so many activities and restaurants. Our favorite food was definitely in the Puebla but the beach bar two minutes away was perfect spot to start the night. Be sure to bring water shoes because it will make snorkeling off the front porch more comfortable. The hosts helped us arrange transportation and airport transfers and were available for any questions we had. An incredible week we did not want to end! Thank you!

Gary has a beautiful condominium. That is worth every penny we paid. Excellent location, beautiful view and a nice infinity pool. I would definitely recommend if your going to Cozumel stay at Garys

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

We had a great time at the Salvia Apartments! We only stayed for 5 days but made the most of it. The view at this place were stunning with high vantage point of the beach. It was a great access point for various activities like food, drinks, ports, and shuttle pick up. Highly recommend a stay with Nichole!

We had an amazing 10 days at Nick’s place! Everything was as advertised and we could not have been happier with our stay! Eduardo was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and super responsive to our questions, thanks again, Eduardo! We will definitely be back soon!

The unit was beautiful and had the most amazing view of the water. We arrived early in the morning and a lovely lady was still available to meet us and give us instructions on the unit. Luis made us several reservations at Zama beach club. We might have contacted him each day with questions about the island and he responded immediately. The unit was a perfect size for our party of 5 but had room for more. The location was perfect…close to everything but peaceful and scenic. But the best part was the view and waking up to the sound of the ocean. We would love to come back someday!

Perry’s place was perfect for what we needed, was just as described in listing , on the Marina and the property with the pool and ocean front access was amazing. Perry was very responsive and addressed any concerns and questions right away. Thanks for a great stay ! Would book again !
