The place was very nice , unfortunately the weather changed do we were not able to stay for the entire time . I host was able to give us some time in the future to come back . We will be happy to come back and stay for a future trip.

Nous avons aimé notre fin de semaine en famille avec nous chiens. La maison de roches était tel que décrite dans la description. Très bon service de la part d'Amélie et réponse presque immédiate. Nous avons eu accès à la maison 2 heures avant l'heure prévue. Secteur paisible et maison chaleureuse. Je recommande.

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Il s’agissait de notre second séjour à la Maison du bord du fleuve. Comme lors de la première expérience, la maison était chaleureuse, très propre, bien équipée et avec une vue sur le fleuve toujours aussi incroyable. Les communications avec l’hôte est claires et rapides. L’arrivée autonome était simple et pratique. Le lieu était de nouveau parfait pour notre séjour de groupe. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable chalet. Lyne, the host was very responsive and friendly. Extremely clean. Kitchen well-stocked. Lots of room. Very comfy beds. Hot tub was fantastic apres ski. 5 mins to Baie St Paul and about 15-20 mins from Le Massif.

This was a beautiful old school house, on a fairly quiet street. The kitchen was set up with everything you would need to cook a meal. this was a greatbhouse for 3 of us for 5 daya

Maison chaleureuse, porte bien son nom. Endroit magnifique pour ne pas dire majestueux. La maison et son terrain, impossible de trouver mieux sur le marché, considérant le prix. Un des attraits, la cuisine, phénoménale, ou c'est convivial et fort plaisant d'y être en famille ou en groupe. Bon en résumé, votre place est un bijou.

Un excellent séjour au cœur du noyau villageois ! La maison est chaleureuse, avec une cuisine bien équipée, parfaite pour nos moments en famille. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la vie locale. Merci pour l’accueil, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about this home. We felt so comfortable here, and I really appreciated not only how carefully and detailed the house was furnished/decorated/appointed, but also how CLEAN it was! It genuinely felt like we were the first people ever staying here. Host was responsive, friendly, and exemplified the qualities I search for in an AirBnb host. I only wish our trip was longer!!! Book this stay and don't waste time with the other "chalets" in the area. This one is the real deal!

The space is really beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. It also provides enough heater during winter and full amenities. Would recommend it to anyone who is stopping nearby!

Dave and Clara provide a lovely clean home for your stay. We were winter renters so we did not get to experience the pool. The location was perfect for 7 of us to be close to the city for the holidays.

We had a wonderful stay with our family gathering! We were celebrating two birthdays and had a fabulous time. We were 8 guests and the house is big enough that we never felt cramped. We cooked breakfasts and evening chef’s meal in the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the St-Laurence River from the large windows given us a spectacular show of the large ice chuck floating away and all the shipping boats going by! This was just mesmerizing! The hot tub and the fireplace were a hit with our family and everyone took their turns soaking in the hot water under cold March nights! We hope to go back in the summer to enjoy the in-ground pool and the beach to put “Les pieds dans l’eau”!!

Il est grand cette appartement là! Tout étais vraiment propre, endroit tranquille avec toutes les commodités! j'ai grandement apprécié la poêle! Ça fait du bien! J'y retournerais!

Second time staying at the Blue Cabin and it was just as great as the first. The perfect halfway point between Toronto and Halifax.

C'est la deuxième année que nous allons en famille dans les refuges du Massif de Charlevoix et nous adorons l'emplacement. L'accès est facile et tout est convivial. Le logement loué correspondait aux photos vus sur le site et à ce que l'on recherchait. Rien à dire. Nous projetons d'y retourner l'an prochain. Raynald

Philipe's cottage was absolutely wonderful!! The cottage was bigger and cozier than in the pictures and there was ample space and amneties to host 12 of us! Upon arrival, we were all pleasantly surprised by the warmth, the beauty and the spaceousness of the cottage. The karaoké ambiance was definitely a vibe!! We adored our experience and had nothing negative to say about the property, only positive vibes and very appreciative of Philipe's warmth and kindness. Philipe was very responsive and helpful for local reccomendations as well as where we could go out and explore his large and beautiful property. We crossed him on the trails where we went sliding, which was such a great time, and he warmly asked if we needed anything or further instructions. We all highly recommend staying with Philip, we had a wholesome cozy time and throroughly enjoyed the outdoors right in the backyard. We felt right at home, which made it feel like more than just a weekend getaway! Thank you so much :)

We loved it here! I wish we were staying for more than one night. Tricia was so accommodating and communicated regularly. The cabin was perfect and I love the private shower/bathroom assigned to our spot. There weren’t any events while we were here so it was very quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for us. I would love to come back here for a wedding, the event space looks so fun!

This was the perfect stop for my dog and me on our road trip. Flexible and easy check-in meant I didn’t have to worry about falling behind schedule. The property is pet-friendly, so we could stretch our legs and feel at home. With it being off-season, it felt like we were staying in our own private cabin in the woods, which made the stay even more worthwhile. The cabin was the perfect size for the two of us and was equipped with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay.

We had the perfect stay at Eric’s tiny cabin, felt like home, quiet and roght in the middle of nature! The place was clean and very welcoming! They did an amazing job on the property, exactly what we wanted for our short visit in the area! :)
