Rivière du Rempart District : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

We have been visiting Mauritius since 2000 and have always loved spending our holidays on the island. Over the years, we've stayed in a variety of accommodations, including 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels, as well as private villas. This year was particularly special, as our kids, now young adults, thoroughly enjoyed all the activities—from boat trips and beaches to dining at restaurants and celebrating New Year’s Eve with the spectacular fireworks displays. We highly recommend this accommodation for its central location and the added bonus of a large pool. The host went above and beyond, even arranging car rentals and setting up a braai for us South Africans to enjoy. After years of searching for the perfect spot, we’ve found it and will continue to book this unit for years to come. Thank you for an unforgettable stay

Super séjour. Logement magnifique ! Situation en bord de plage avec accès de l’appartement directe a la superbe piscine. Chambres spacieuses avec rangements et salle de bain avec wc. Les propriétaires répondent aux questions très rapidement et fournissent des informations pour le sejour : adresse excursions, taxis et alimentation. Le ménage est fait tout les jours.

Résidence de standing avec belle plage. L’appartement propose de très belles prestations, piscine, terrain de tennis, jardin très bien entretenu. Accès à la résidence par chemin non goudronné et non indiqué, suivre la plage publique jusqu’au bout. Havre de paix. Bon contact avec les hôtes. Ne convient pas aux amoureux des boutiques et de la vie nocturnes.

Simply fantastic. We stayed for six weeks, but it wasn’t enough :-). Geraldine and Jean are very kind and helpful hosts, and everything was perfectly arranged. Communication was beyond excellent. They were always willing to help and advise us with everything, from the transfer to renting a vehicle. I highly recommend renting through Geraldine you’ll get a much better price than at rental companies. Early and late check-in/out was a huge help for us. The apartment was beautiful, exactly like in the photos. You have to experience the ocean and beaches to truly understand them. The nearby Mont Choisy beach was unbelievable. Reliable internet connection. What I must emphasize is the generator. It’s not mentioned anywhere, but power outages happen relatively often in Mauritius. Since the apartment has a generator, electricity is always available. This is by no means a standard feature.

Sonia est une excellente hôte. Elle nous a accueillis avec un dîner. Elle nous a donné de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour. L’appartement est superbe et idéalement situé, au bord d'une plage privée bordant un grand lagon. Tout simplement magnifique !

Elképesztően gyönyörű a kilátás, ez a terasz páratlan! A lakás szép és tiszta, a fürdő régi de tiszta, gyalog is van elérhető strand, de mi helyi busszal mentünk a Mon Choisy beachre ami kb 5 perc. Vimla mindenben segített, nagyon gyorsan válaszolt. Mindenkinek ajánlom a szállást 😀

Laurent und Laetitia waren wirklich hervorragende Gastgeber. Vom ersten Moment an, haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr idyllisch eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls super. Es ist alles vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Laurent und Laetitia sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had the absolute pleasure to stay in Francois apartment for 9 nights (while extending twice, because we liked it so much). The pictures don't do it justice as it is even more beautiful in reality. It is very well equipped, spacious and has a great terrace. The communication was brilliant and we highly recommend the apartment. Thank you very much for a great stay!

Super logement pour un séjour paisible à Maurice !!!…Mathilde est une hôte au top du top ! Réactive , sympathique et toujours disponible …la maison est parfaitement placée face à l’océan … un endroit rare où il fait bon vivre et qu’on a plus envie de quitter..merci 😇🌸

I had a great time at Florents place. The pool was excellent, and the kitchen had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and air conditioning very good and welcome! All in all, i would highly recommend this place. Thank you Florent for everything. Au Revoir mon ami.

Our stay at Villa Teresa in Roches Noires was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized, and our host, Balthazar, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The airport transfer was seamless—our driver, Darmen, was punctual and easy to find with a sign displaying our name. We also used his services to explore the island, and he was always professional and reliable. The villa itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area. The WiFi worked great, especially in the living room and on the terrace, which was perfect for video calls. The EU-standard electric sockets made it convenient for charging our devices without adapters. One of the highlights was the amazing service provided by Asmita, the housekeeper. She took great care of the house and also prepared delicious local dishes for us every day. Everything was fresh, simple, and full of flavor! We arranged for her to cook breakfast and dinner daily, and it was the perfect way

Our family group of 6 adults and 5 children had a great time. Catherine was extremely helpful with transfer suggestions, a cook for meals in the villa and her help with extending our stay after our airline delayed our homeward flight by a day. Our grandson fell over and gashed his head badly and she told us where to go to get stitches and even rang the clinic to make sure they would be able to do this as it was after hours.

Очень Крутая локация, выход к воде и это почти приватная территория! Тихое и уютное место! Большой дом с хорошими кроватями и подушками (не высокие и не жесткие), для нас это всегда важно) Наталя встретила очень дружелюбно и даже приготовила приветственный ужин ❤️ Очень понравилась терраса, очень уютная! Точно рекомендую!

We had an absolutely amazing stay with our family. The location is amazing and the house was so well catered for, it had everything you could possibly want. Clothilde and her husband were so delightful and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Très jolie villa bien équipée avec un emplacement privilégié et une vue magnifique sur la baie. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, le personnel est très souriant et serviable. Je recommande sans hésiter !! PS: attention en sortant de la résidence avec la voiture, la visibilité n'est pas top.

What a perfect location right on the beach and a beautiful bay. It is a rustic fisherman's cotage with 2 bedrooms each with its own toilet, shower and basin. Very well equiped with microwave, gas stove, pod-coffee maker, weber barbecue, beach towels etc. Dominique very graciously lent us some snorkels and diving fins which we used every day to snorkel on the reef. We viewed the most amazing sunsets (and sunrises) from the comfort of the "lounge" Which is actually a covered veranda. The veranda has electric rollers so you can close it for security. There is a cleaner that comes in every weekday morning and a security guard that patrols every night. However, we never felt unsafe. Take mosquito repellent, there are loads of mosquitoes. There is a nice supermarket called "Winners" approximately 1,2km down the road that has everything you may need. If you walk north along the beach to the next bay, you can book canoes and boat rides from the beach. Will stay here again, highly recommended.

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful apartment. It was walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. The beach which the hosts described how to access was stunning and never busy, paradise! Having the pool was fabulous too, like a little oasis. I read other guests thought the apartment was noisy but it didn't bother us at all. All the maintenance staff were very friendly, and the hosts were also on hand for anything we needed during our stay. You won't regret booking, we can't wait to return.

J’ai passée un excellent séjour à AZURI, dans l’appartement de Kamal, face au lagon magnifique et magique de Roches Noires. Je suis une habituée des longs séjours à Maurice dépuis 15 ans. Sur les plages de Poste Lafayette et Roches Noires…De séjourner à AZURI.. dans cet environnement très bien agencé et sécurisé, était une très bonne et belle expérience pour moi, quand à l’accueil et la disponibilité de mon hôte Kamel et de son frère Kumar et de son neveu Akshay sur place. Toujours prêts à renseigner et rendre service. Avec les sourires mauriciens légendaires 😄 Après la crise sanitaire, j’ai pu renouer avec mon deuxième île de cœur, qu’est Maurice 💞 Je recommande cette location, lumineuse, bien agencée et au cœur du ressort/ village, AZURI, parfaitement sécurisé et par dessus tout… loin des sentiers battus touristiques 👍. Par contre à proximité des villages authentiques où la vie mauricienne bat son plein😄 Merci Kamal et à toute la famille.. Et à l’année prochaine 🌈🌺🙏

Plage à 2 minutes a pieds. Supermarchés, restaurants , boutiques ,activités proches. Logement neuf , propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Hote très réactif par message . Belle Piscine juste en bas de la résidence. 1 place de parking sécurisée réservée juste en bas de la résidence. Endroit silencieux. Très bien, je recommande 👍

Such a luxurious quiet apartment. We fitted with all our kids very comfortably and all slept so well every night for a week. Walkable to a great bakery, restaurants and cafe and the pool was so close to apartment which made it very easy. We will definitely be back again as the host and location and apartment were all amazing.
