La casa di Marco è ottimamente posizionata nel centro di Pescasseroli da dove è possibile raggiungere facilmente tutte le località del Parco Nazionale, la vicinanza del parcheggio auto rende tutto molto semplice. La casa è graziosa e spaziosa, in quattro ci siamo stati comodamente. Marco è stato molto utile per consigli ed indicazioni di viaggio. Grazie!

Pierluigi gave very good directions and was very helpful in every way. The place is good if you want to have some peace and quiet and cook for yourself. A car is needed when visiting the town of Sulmona.

Gustaf and his local co-host Bice were great hosts. Very communicative and helpful. Bice was especially flexible and friendly and made the check in and out process a breeze. A great location for a peaceful rural get away. The house is rustic but with all the modern comforts you need. Very cozy with a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. A true home! Our family had a great time.

Laura é stata un ottimo host, molto disponibile e presente nell'accoglierci ed accompagnarci in casa, nell' indicarci l'area per parcheggiare e nei saluti finali. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro piú due cani, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa accogliente, riscaldata e dotata di ogni comfort, strutturata su due livelli con due bagni, spaziosa al punto giusto. Sarà un punto di riferimento e un motivo in piú per ritornare a Castel di Sangro!

La casa di Stefano è incastonata nei meravigliosi vicoli di magico borgo antico di Pettorano. La casa ha un affaccio su una bellissima vista di montagna del monte Genzano, accompagnato dal suono del fluire del fiume Gizio, nel vero centro della riserva naturale. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fantastico. I consigli di Stefano su cosa mangiare (ristoranti del centro storico da raggiungere a piedi) e di cosa vedere, sono stati utili. It was wonderful to experience the beautiful town of Capestrano. The home was charming, cozy and comfortable and so romantic! Easy drives to Sulmona, L'aquila and Pescara.

Ho alloggiato per una notte con il mio ragazzo. Adamo è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito ottimi dettagli sia sulle indicazioni della casa che sulle escursioni e posti dove andare a mangiare. Il paese è vicino a scanno e Villalago dove ci sono dei paesaggi stupendi. Complimenti! Ci siamo trovati benissimo

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

Il nostro soggiorno a Pescasseroli è stato molto piacevole, l'alloggio è molto accogliente, familiare, pulitissimo e ben fornito di ciò che occorre per una famiglia in vacanza. La signora Dora è attenta, puntualissima e molto gentile. Consigliatissimo anche per la posizione, più centrale di così è impossibile.

We have been at Eugenio's place three times over the past 2 years. It has always been a great experience! Eugenio is the perfect host: friendly, proactive and responsive. The flat is very comfortable and functional, it is well located within waking distance from groceries, (the best) bakery in the area, coffee shops and the historical centre of the small town. It is easy to reach by car from the highway and you can park for free just along the street. It is well equipped, with air con system for the hot months and a good heating system for the winter. Beautiful view from the large windows (perfectly tight and isolated). I can only warmly recommend a staying at Eugenio's place!

Se quiser vivenciar uma experiência na natureza e na cultura italiana este lugar é perfeito. O anfitrião e sua mãe são incríveis, foram muito gentis e atenciosos, nos sentimos na casa dos nossos avós. A dona Ilda mãe do anfitrião, está sempre pronta a ajudar, nos fez muitas comidas gostosas, sempre muito alegre e bem disposta, uma ótima companhia para você conversar e conhecer mais sobre os italianos. A casa é bem arrumada e o local é muito calmo, não poderíamos ter feito melhor escolha. Com certeza voltaremos, não tem coisa melhor do que viajar e se sentir em casa 🏡.

Annarita è una persona accogliente e subito familiare, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento, ci ha dato consigli e dritte sul posto dove cercare e trovare il meglio, ci ha descritto il territorio e le iniziative durante l'arco dell'anno. ci ha colpito l'accoglienza del borgo e della gente che lo abita , tutti estremamente gentili e disponibili. Miranda Abbiamo alloggiato in tre coppie con bambini e siamo stati benissimo: ogni camera aveva il bagno interno! La casa grande pulita e dotata di ogni confort! Il punto di forza è senz’altro la piscina grande e ben curata di acqua salata. Pulizia della casa impeccabile, la proprietaria attenta curare ogni piccolo dettaglio.

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

Nous avons utilisé le logement de Serena dans un contexte particulier. En effet, c’était un point d’appui pour notre équipe qui participait à une épreuve sportive internationale. Nous avons pu y manger, les athlètes se reposer durant la journée. Le cadre est très sympa et la maison très bien entretenue. Serena est très sympa et réactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande Merci

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche zu viert mit Hund in der Villa Margherita verbracht und uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der große Garten bietet viele gemütliche Sitzecken, der riesige Pool war einfach perfekt. Unser Hund liebte es, durch den Olivenhain zu laufen, toll war, das das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge, angenehm war auch die flexible Check out-Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.
