Host was kind and accommodating, so were the caretakers. We were 5 adults, 4 kids, and we also had an infant even though the Listing says it can only accommodate 6 guests total when you book. The Host is very considerate. The listing is really nice, neat, and cozy. All the items in the Listing felt bougie. Hahaha Handle with care! We just kind of had a hard time locating the listing using the address. We were two separate parties that went to the Listing, my mom ended up at a motorshop nearby and I ended up at a nearby warehouse. Recommend clarifying what to pin in the Map if you are gonna go here. Overall, experience with the Listing and the Host were AMAZING!!!

The rooms were clean, secured, and all rooms are simple, cozy and minimalistic. The owner is accommodating and allowed me to check in early. My expectations went beyond.

The unit is just right for us. It has all the things you need on your stay. You can cook if you want and if you want to just order out, there are a ton of restaurants and fast-food shops located just outside the subdivision. The amenities are great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool, we are planning our next stay!!!

My parents had a wonderful stay, especially enjoyed the many walkable establishments which was very helpful for them to facilitate their needs while away from home. The place was homey. There were 2 bedrooms; you get privacy, everything u need was there. Perfect stay for a family.

check in and check out is a breeze. Dale is very flexible and accommodating. Since our arrival flight is scheduled to arrive early. he granted my request to check in early. Location is perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. Thank you Dale for being such a wonderful host.

The place was really near the Marikina Sports Complex where the Swimming sports meet was held. It was easy to go back and forth the place and there are many restaurants and the grocery is is just around the corner. Place is clean. Only the cr Shower head needs replacement. Thank you!

We loved our stay! The house has a clean and modern aesthetic which makes it a great place to take photos. There are lots of windows that let in natural light and air. There are lots of spaces to hang out and do different activities, this was great for our big family group! The area is very private, but hilly. We loved that the place has great views of the city from sunset, to night, and even sunrise! Hershey was easy to communicate with and answered right away for any questions we had. Drinking water is provided. Great internet service and easy to access. Tips: Advise the host early on if you need to borrow the baby crib. Bring your own towels. Plan your room assignments. Only one room has an ensuite, so all other rooms share the remaining two bathrooms. The biggest room is actually a theater/ game room, so it’s configured less like a bedroom (no cabinets/ racks for your things and it’s pretty dark). No coffee maker, but there is hot water for instant or your own drip coffee.

Relli is a very accommodating host. The place is spacious and located in a quiet village.

The place was wonderful and I felt comfortable staying there the whole time. It's my first time sharing a house with strangers so I was worried about being uncomfortable but everyone was nice and not at all intrusive. I spent a good chunk of the time asleep in my room but had pleasant conversations anytime I was downstairs, especially while cooking. They gave me my own pantry and refrigerator space, and even a counter space for all my seasoning stuff. I was able to cook and do laundry due to all the accomodations. Sir Edwin was very kind and helpful all throughout my stay and I'm very thankful to them. As a student, I really appreciated the times that they shared meals with me haha. If I ever needed a place to stay in the area, I would definitely come back here. (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)
