★★★★★ Highly Recommended! This home is a hidden gem in Marikina / Lower Antipolo. All rooms, including the living area, are fully air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The space is stylish, modern minimalist, and beautifully furnished. Everything looks and feels thoughtfully designed. It’s also incredibly clean and well-maintained. I also love how peaceful and quiet it is. It truly feels like a Tagaytay vacation home right in the middle of the city. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this is definitely it! Would love to come back.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The house was cozy and well-maintained, with spacious rooms, each having its own toilet and bath. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, and the house caretaker was very helpful. The host was also highly responsive. I would gladly recommend this place to my relatives and friends, and I’m looking forward to booking it again for the holidays!

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Very accommodating … clear communication and responsive. I book for my family and broke 1 glass of wine so generous that they don’t charge. I really appreciate the welcoming experience for my family.

The place was really nice and clean! Although we had some trouble finding it on the map, Mr. Alvin was very responsive and quick to assist, so we never felt lost. 💗 It’s a bit sad that we couldn’t enjoy the board games since we only stayed for a day—there were so many options! 🥺 But we truly appreciated how cozy and well-maintained everything was. The ambiance made it feel like we’re at home. On the bright side, the place was conveniently near a store (AlfaMart), so even when we got home late, we could still grab food and essentials. Plus, the peaceful surroundings made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, the experience was absolutely worth it, and I’d love to come back for a longer stay!

This was a last minute booking and Patricia made sure to accommodate us. She and her parents were very responsive to all our needs and very proactive! The place seemed like it was just newly renovated so everything is new, pristine, very clean, stylish, and contemporary. It’s near everything and very accessible. Definitely would rebook if I were to stay again in Antipolo!

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

This is our 2nd time in Carol’s place, but this time we tried her 2nd unit. It’s a well thought out place. Everything you will need is there. Great interior! Quality furniture and appliances. Most especially, Carol is easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a peaceful experience. If I were to choose, I will still prefer the other unit because it has a parking space in front of the house. With this one, it still has a parking space available but will need to walk a few distance.

Such an awesome and comfy house to stay. We enjoyed it a lot though it was just one night. The house is very beautiful. We had a good time taking photos inside the house. Every corner of the house is clean. The host was responsive. I didnt encounter any problems during my stay. I would choose this place again in the future. Definitely loved the place! It was what it looked like in the photos. It felt like I was somewhere in Cali. The house was quaint but so so beautiful. It was spotless clean and the location was very private/secure. But, there's a mall right out of the village gate so still accessible. Highly recommend and would want to stay again!
