This is the perfect location for a very peaceful and restful stay on Tortola. The host was really good at communicating both before and throughout our stay. One minor issue with the bathroom basin plug was resolved straight away. The garden area, pool and small beach were all delightful, though loungers could do with an upgrade (a very minor matter). Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the sea and if you’re really lucky watch a pelican fishing right in front of you. We saw it most mornings and late afternoons during our stay. Probably best to have a hire car available though taxis easy to organise. We also used the local bus service, which was ‘an experience’, one I’m glad we had. Would we go back? It’s a very long way from Europe! But we both really enjoyed our stay and, though not as young as we used to be, would love to come again. We had some important communications to make during our stay and excellent WiFi enabled us to do it. Thanks Justin and all the staff.

Monic is a wonderful host! She is very kind and has excellent communication. Her suggestions of things to check out on St. John was also very helpful. The location is beautiful! It is exactly as pictured/described, and so comfortable & relaxing. We would love to stay there again!

Excellent host and the view ... priceless

Bridget and Mike made every effort to help us along the way during our trip, super responsive, very friendly and personable, and gave lots of insight into the local scene and answered any questions we could dream up (and we had a lot! ). The unit was clean and comfortable, plenty of room for the two of us. Definitely get a rental car as the location is tucked away from the bustle of downtown cruz bay and requires some steep hills/driveway. Just a stones throw to all the amazing amenities, bars, restaurants, etc that St. John has to offer. Overall a lovely quiet place for us to rest our heads after five long, active, and relaxing wonderful days on St John! Thanks Bridget and Michael, we will be back!!

Our stay at Melissa’s place on Sapphire Beach was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect—just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches with stunning turquoise waters. There are great restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals with a view. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The binder provided was extremely helpful, offering great recommendations and useful information about the area. The resort staff was also wonderful—friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. If you’re looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in St. Thomas, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay here was wonderful! The apartment was CLEAN and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered porch and reading, listening to the chickens and goats, and watching iguanas in the tree tops. It was a quick drive into Cruz which was convenient and close to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Mayling was responsive when we needed assistance with the wifi. There were loud groups staying in the units below us, but it didn't bother us as you couldn't hear it much inside with the doors closed.

Great apartment with a beautiful view. Terrific value for staying on St. Johns. Short drive to best beaches on north shore. Driving on St. John is very doable but takes confidence and a little adjustment with all the curves and left side driving. The apartment driveway is typical for the island, steep and at an angle. It is paved. Also takes some adjustment, but quickly very doable. Elvis and Paulina were reachable by text and phone and live a short distance away. Apartment is very private and well equipped. They provided all linens and plush beach towels as well as beach chairs. King bed was very comfortable. There are two apartments, we were on the lower one. Never heard the people upstairs, which was great. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place with an astounding view and you are ok with the driving, it's the perfect spot!

Perfect location and the beach is beautiful albeit a little windy while we were there. The beach near the restaraunts are busier and louder but you can go down towards the point and it is pretty quiet. The apartment had basic cookware, AC worked well and it's very nice having the porch overlooking the ocean. Cab far to red hook is 6$ per person each way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

Andy has a great home! Location is close to Cruz Bay! The view is amazing! Private parking spot. Andy is very helpful and responsive. We loved staying here! The deck was our favorite!

Great location in Coral Bay ! Very nice View ! Clean, Well appointed Kitchen, beach chairs and cooler available. Quite and Relaxing Neighborhood. Cassie and her assistant were great with communication. The Road is a little Steep, but that normal in St. John. Highly Recommend this Villa !

Barons place in st thomas was very clean and a lot of space. Kitchen had everything needed to make food. I would recommend renting a car because the place is in a very beautiful secluded area on the mountain. Well worth it

Has everything you need for a great beach trip to St John. Pack your swimsuit and some cash and your good to go!

I cannot say enough good things about Casita Del Mar. It is the perfect Caribbean vacation accommodation. Gorgeous views, wonderful pool, great location next to secret Harbor beach. Close to the ferries to St. John. We had a blast! Our hosts were very communicative. Everything was as easy as you could hope for.

The house was so cute and very well maintained. It was supplied with anything you could need for a perfect vacation getaway. Drew was responsive and available-checking in with us throughout the week. St. John is a special island and we hope to be back.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at Casa Carolina. It was our first trip to St. John and truthfully this villa offered one of the best views on the island right from the deck. Whether reading a book under the shaded area or floating around in the pool, you cannot help but feel a sense of peace and tranquility. We really enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife (white donkeys, iguanas, goats, deer) this side of the island offers. Keep in mind that Coral Bay is not the side of the island with the iconic white sandy beaches and aquamarine water. You will have to drive about 15 mins to get to the North Shore beaches and Cruz Bay where most of the shopping and restaurants are located. Also, the villa’s kitchen and living area is separated from the downstairs bedrooms by an outdoor staircase. This was not a huge deal for us, but I guess could be for some. We thought it was nice to not have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view was spectacular, and we took full advantage of it...sitting on the porch for coffee in the morning and wine at night. We went to sleep every night, listening to the waves. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen at an Airbnb. There was even a Nespresso maker for morning lattes! The closet was full of supplies, including towels, beach chairs, tons of snorkeling equipment, and laundry supplies. The condo was only a short walk on a paved path, to the Cowpet Bay beach. We loved this quiet beach was with plenty of shade under the trees and great snorkeling. There is even a rental company at the beach for kayaks, paddleboards, and other water toys. There are two great restaurants and a very nice pool on site. The Ritz is close enough to walk to, for other nearby dining options. And we loved our dinner at Sunset Grille, just a 5 minute drive down the street. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay here.

Great Location! It took us a little bit of time to find the location. It’s right next to St. Thomas’s yacht club. Once we arrived and checked in, we were pleasantly surprised it looked just like the photos. Me and My Husband stood 30 days. This is the first time I stayed at an Airbnb. I am so thrilled we did. The convenience of having a kitchen, a washer and dryer the freedom to come and go as you please. Nathan’s project manager Brittany was wonderful and took care of any mishap that will occur. The beds were extremely comfortable. He had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Thank you again so much, Nathan. We definitely will be back in the future. You can’t beat the Location . the restaurants and so many attractions are endless .

We had a fun stay and enjoyed the location of the unit. Easy to get to pool and beach. Danielle is a great host and we were very well informed before arrival. In addition she was extremely helpful when we needed a few extra hours upon check out. Well equipped unit that suited all our needs.

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. Great host. Comfortable bed and amenities. The condo had a gorgeous view where we got to have coffee each morning. Heidi was accommodating as we arrived a little early. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful quiet, space and loved the gated area with beautiful views! Cooler and beach chairs were a nice bonus. Tips: Google maps is accurate. The owner sends step by step instructions although we didn’t need it. You need a proper car. The roads are legit steep. We did walk 20 minutes to and from town a couple times although we enjoy walking. Gym is old although similar to a low to mid Marriott.

Absolutely beautiful place that was exactly as described. Brandon, our host, was fantastic and one of the most responsive hosts we have ever experienced. This is a great location close to Red Hook and many beaches. If you are looking for a resort to stay in St. Thomas this is your place. Pool, hot tub, and on site restaurant for dinner are just a few of the wonderful amenities that make this a 10/10. Thank you!

We LOVED Kristen’s place. Within walking distance to four restaurants and bars. Had towels and chairs for the beach. The drive to Red Hook was super easy. We will absolutely be back!!
